Very professional and caring for my feelings and needs I was kept up to date with everything that was going on with my vehicle. My vehicle looked great very satisfied This is what a squirrel did to my engine twice and twice Caliber Collision put it back to new (before/after photos)

Went there for a bumper, headlight, and fender repair. The employee with me throughout the process, Jim, was explicit and thorough for the entire duration of the process, making sure I understood everything from length of work, payment, ordering parts, etc. The job itself was done phenomenally and it appears brand new, nicer than when I first got it. I also received the car back multiple days before expected which was a cherry on top.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

It was a very good experience at Runnemede caliber collision. Joseph hall did a fabulous job in fixing my car, and helping me out of the situation . He communicated throughout the repair process and took additional care about my requests too. I recommend this place for any car accidental fixtures. Go and ask for Joseph who is the chief estimator.

Caliber did an amazing job! My car looks perfect. Everyone was really professional and communicated each step of the process. The paint is perfect and they cleaned up the inside for me prior to turning it back over to me. I m really happy we chose this location.

This is the best auto body shop! Their customer service exceeded my expectations! Everyone was friendly and made me feel welcome. You can tell they want you to be happy, and not just about the money. They kept me up to date with what was going on with my car so I was never out of the loop. (Which was great cause I was on vacation while my car was being worked on). I stopped by their Runnemede location to have the damage to my rear bumper assessed. My appointment was for 10:30. I was about 15 minutes early and Joe Hall came out to meet with me almost right away! He went out to look at the damage to my car. Joe explained the process with the insurance company, with the repairs, and the car rental. In about 15 to 20 minutes I was on my way to work! Joe is very professional. I feel good about having my bumper repaired at Caliber Collision.

I had my 2018 Toyota Corolla recently repaired here after the driver's side door was damaged from an accident. From the start, Joe Hall made me feel welcome and assured that I would be getting the best level of service. He explained how the general process would go, answered all of my questions and promised to be in communication with me as progress was made. True to his word, Joe called me about every two days to update me on what had been done and what the steps would be going forward. A completion date was scheduled just two days into the repairs (which I knew before going in would likely be at least a week) since they were able to get the parts in early. They didn't even finish on time...they finished my car a day early! The driver side door is a new OEM part, the paint blends perfectly, and every detail looks beautiful. The interior was even cleaned and smelled fresh.I would recommend Caliber Collision - specifically the Runnemede location - to anyone, and (although others I met were also kind) ask for Joe Hall. You'll get top quality customer service and results on your vehicle!

IF YOU HAVE AN ACCIDENT GO TO CALIBER COLLISION IN RUNNEMEDE NEW JERSEY. EVERY STAFF MEMBER I ENCOUNTERED WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL MY CAR WAS REPAIRED IN A TIMELY FASHION. THANK YOU ALL FOR FIXING MY CAR.

I can't say enough good things about my experience at Caliber in Runnemede. This must be why they are all over the place in South Jersey. I worked with Joe and he was very patient and explained everything in a friendly and respectful manner. The communication was excellent and I was sent calls and text messages giving me updates, with a link to a website that broke down all of the job details. When it was time to pick up the car, Joe noticed an issue with the paint and insisted that it be taken care of. Honestly, I may not have noticed the issue if he didn't say anything. But that shows that level of customer service and satisfaction that they have there. And on top of all that, it was returned cleaner than when I dropped it off, inside and out. I was very impressed with everything and wish I could receive this level of service everywhere I go. Thank you.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Rob was a great help from beginning to end. He is very knowledgeable and courteous. My car was done sooner than expected. It looks amazing. They also cleaned the inside of my car even though they worked on the outer part of the car. Very disappointed with there service. I stop in at 3:30 today to get an estimate for a repair on my bumper only to be asked if I had an appointment. Since when do you need an appointment for an estimate? Have to go somewhere else.

Had to take my car here since they were partners with my insurance. It was an easy and quick experience! Rob was great, guessed it could take a week or two to get my car all fixed up but it was completed in 4 days. They kept me informer the whole time. I had a minor, but annoying, fender bender that I thought I would just live with to save money, but was also planning to keep my car for as long as I could. With trepidation I had the work done at Caliper Collision and I came away beyond happy with the service and result. I know a little about determining if a car has been previously repaired when evaluating a car, and I used that knowledge to rate what they did. Result: You would never know. And I can tell that this paint job will not later be one that peels or start rusting out prematurely (often happens with subpar work). And Joe, my main contact, was so awesome. Thanks. I highly recommend this company (at least the one in Bellmawr NJ).

CALIBER COLLISION comes Highly recommended as a body/paint shop. The service was phenomenal...My experience started with Robert, he handled my claim with respect and professionalism. in addition, the customer service, front desk person Jade in particular, was first rate, professional and courteous throughout the process. In closing, my entire claim was handled efficiently, with respect to workmanship in particular, they are sincerely "THE BEST" at what they do...and take pride in their delivery of quality work at reasonable rates...ultimately to get your vehicle back on the road.
