Went there to purchase a part for my car. The staff there was very courteous and respectful. They were also patient in explaining the difference between the product I was looking for. They didn't immediately try to get me to purchase the most expensive part. Even gave me some recommendations on where I can have it installed and what I should expect to pay. I'm new to the area so I wasn't familiar with any mechanics down here. I definitely recommend them

Advance is a joke I asked a employee at the desk to price match a part from the same company and the same part number from auto because autozone only had one instilled and I need 4 so I call this dump to ask the guy that answer, has no manner or sense of customer service, he said they do price match and when I told him Brookline said no he changed he s kind I guess when I told him what he said the first time didn t match what he said the second time and he hung up.

I only stopped for some windshield washer solvent. It was pretty quiet in the store and the staff seemed less than thrilled to be there. I didn't have any issues getting what I needed.

Terrible experience. I bought a part and paid for it online. Get to the store and it is closed due to a lightning strike. OK things happen. They direct you to the nearest store only to find out they will not honor the purchase because you were supposed to pick it up from there not here. What a run around. I'm just going to stick with Auto Zone from now on.

Bad service, register worker was rude and left me in the middle of my transaction for something unrelated to my thing. Made me wait for 10 minutes when all I wanted to do was return a 9$ item. I don't plan on ever going back again

One of my least favorite places to shop during the ongoing pandemic. I had a hard time getting the attention of a cashier, even though 4 employees were standing behind the counter talking to each other. When Miguel did come to ring me up, he wasn't wearing a mask.

Very poor customer service. I Waited 45 mins to check a battery with 2 ppl in-store. Only to be told that if purchased had to return 6 hours later. Never mind the signs out in front of store that says battery check and installation.

Had an issue with my engine coolant, and I went in here for help never having been in the neighborhood before. The cashier behind the counter, Miguel, told me exactly what I needed and even gave me a funnel to borrow to add it in. Great customer service!

Awesome experience. Had an issue with a battery and the guys on staff not only helped me, they also diagnosed for other issues. Extremely courteous and professional. Highly recommend.

Came here for a single item, brought said item to the register. Was ignored for 5+ minutes. Put the item back and left, never again.

Everytime I go there they never have the parts I need. So I started going to Auto Zone & they always seem to have what I need plus they go above & beyond to help.

Went here because i needed a new radiator for my 1998 honda accord since the original one starting to spring a leak. The staff helped me in terms of finding the right part to install and was able to find out about my wifes car as well as to what here problem would be. The staff were fast and knowledgable on what we needed in order to fix both situations. High recommend this store when considering advance auto parts.

First time order from this store - ordered online serpentine belt for Toyota ,picked up next day ,half way Home i looked on the belt and rear diagrams show gmc trucks ,check number - wrong belt ,came back and asked what is this ? So clerk tells me " somebody had to pickup up wrong belt " so i asked " people are allowed behind counter to pick up their own online orders ? " No answer ,slamed belt on counter and hand it to me without one word- thanks a lot advance for " breath taking " shopping expierence

Your standard auto parts store. Staff is very knowledgeable. Certain items do tend to be over priced though and you can find same products online for much less.

Had a flat tire, but the fix-a-flat stuff didn't work. Had help from Matt on changing the flat and recommending a place to get the tire fixed. Thanks!
