I was always scared of mechanics but these guys did my exhaust work and different things on my Scion TC, i ALWAYS brought the car there, and the car NEVER had an issue, if it did they d fix it on the spot, BEST people around, shoutout to (Kat the manager) Ozzy the manager, AND all of the mechanics. just have some patience and they will get you right.

Was very pleased with the service I received. Want to say that Kat and the mechanics working at the facility were AMAZING. Not only did they fix my exhaust, they saved me hundreds of dollars. Looking forward to doing business with them in future. I will be recommending them to friends and family.

I brought a ticking time bomb Infiniti G37, (Kat the manager) and all of the staff have been a MASSIVE help. the car was leaking oil, shooting codes, smoking exhaust. needed at least $8000 in repairs, more than the cars worth. these mechanics are honestly the best around. very trustworthy and honest

I had a problem with my 2021 g550 for quite a while now. I've owned 3 other vehicles before this one and never experienced the amount of oil that it was draining. After calling 3 other places, they couldn't get my filter. Frustrated, I decided to call a Meineke located in Roselle. To my surprise, a well-spoken young lady named Kat answered the phone. She was amazing! She gave me the best price and I immediately knew that this was the place to go.I drove over to the Meineke and within no time, they found out what the problem was. It took them less than 10 minutes! Kat came back out and showed me the issue. She even texted me a picture of it directly. It turns out, I had an oil filter that was leaking oil. I couldn't believe it! After going to 3 different mechanics, most people wonder why I didn't take it to Mercedes. Well, the truth is, I drive a lot and my warranty expired at 70,000 miles. So, I had no choice but to explore other options.I am so grateful to Kat and her team at Meineke for doing such a great job in helping me. Their professionalism and expertise were truly commendable. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends. They saved the day and got my car back on the road in no time. Thank you, Kat! You're the best!

Had my radiator replaced a few days ago and my thermostat, before I brought it only cold air was blowing and now my heats finally working, just in time for winter. Mechanic was quick and super educated. Kat was awesome to talk to, it s impressive how much she knew about the repairs and seemed very knowledgeable! definitely coming back with my truck soon to show off my truck to her. Definitely my new favorite shop, customer service was phenomenal, overall a pleasant experience.Thank you guys!

stopped by this morning and had my exhausted welded. was met by a nice young, lady who gave me a rundown of what needed welding and was quoted a pretty good price for the repair. mechanic was super quick and did a great job. my car sounds good as new. super professional and great staff team.

I had a horrible experience. I went to get my breaks done and ended up towing my car out of there with born rack. Man name uan said it would cost $1400. But I called the police after the police told him to give me the written estimate he put $1100. Even if they're not responsible for my rack the guy tried to over charge me by $300 because I was alone and don't know much about cars. I had to pay $125 to get my car towed. Never again. And the attitude of the so called manager was disgusting. Not only they didn't try to help but they tried to take advantage of me. At another location I was told it would be $1000. What a big difference. $400 yo be exact.

I brought my car into Meineke on a Thursday morning and was told it was going to be fixed by 4 pm that same day. I got a call around 5 pm stating that they found something else wrong and it wasn t going to be done until Friday morning. I then got a text Friday afternoon stating that the car will be done Friday evening. It s now Monday and I still doesn t have my car. I spoke with someone on my and they were very rude with me and my husband. I will not recommend this place to anyone

Got my car serviced for brakes and rotors a couple days ago. I was blown away by how well I was taken care of. When I walked in I was instantly greeted by a kind young woman. She was very sweet and was a pleasure to talk to. The mechanic osman was very welcoming, gave me a detail oriented explanation and quote me for the best price out of 5 other shops I called. Will be coming back for the rest of my service in a couple days.

went in got an oil change, super quick, high quality service, mechanic/owner gave me a detailed inspection of the vehicle and explained step by step what needed to be repaired and gave a fair price. The young lady in the front was super welcoming and informative, such a lovely experience, had a great time. This will be my new official oil change spot, looking forward to coming back for my next visit!

Went to get work done on my infinity Q50 on Thursday noontime. I just need to get my tire rods replaced. The. That stated I need a new knuckle which needed to be replaced also, I m like ok . But they need to order it. The part will be there in the morning. Car should be ready by 2pm Friday. Called Friday at 4pm . Wrong part was sent , so I have to wait until Saturday morning. Saturday afternoon come , now have to wait until Monday. I was never giving any call or updates at any time. I had to keep calling them. The staff was getting smart and obnoxious with me about my car being in the shop for 5days.. so I made a complaint with corporate. I would never get service nor recommend anyone to this establishment. Very unprofessional..

I called Meineke yesterday and was told to come in the morning because they were busy. I went in for an oil change at 8:30am and was told by the girl at the desk they have another location that opened and that they don t have the tools to do an oil change. TOOLS FOR AN OIL CHANGE. I guess they want to push traffic to this other location they also own. Doesn t make any sense.

the receptionist at the front was very nice to me pretty sure her name is Kat . she helped me order parts for my car and explained the whole process of the work needed for my car to be fixed. 5/5 . highly recommend.

im definitely coming back to this location!! Great customer service my car was in and out. Repair wasn t too expensive and the owner was super chill and informative, front desk receptionist was incredibly sweet and welcoming! Staff went out of their way to show me the problem and gave a detailed explanation on what it needed and how it worked.

This is the only place I ll take my car they were extremely nice and very helpful took time to listen and sympathize and fix the problem with my car also very honest and reasonable rates if u want great customer service pricing and work done on your car I highly recommend this meineke you won t regret it !!!

I took my car in for one repair and left needing another. They changed an axel and I ended with a huge puddle of fluid on my driveway due to a leak from a broken seal on the repair job. Took it back and they failed to properly fix the leak. I don't believe that 3 times is a charm so I took my car to a different mechanic to fix the leak and the original repair needed!!

Stopped by to get my corolla checked out after having a tune up, found out it also need a purge solenoid mechanic was super thorough with the explanation and kat was a blast to talk to. Check engine light finally disappeared, it s a Christmas miracle. Thank you guys and merry Christmas

My experience was superb to say the least. I was almost immediately serviced and was clearly told about the ACTUAL issues that needed to be fixed unlike what many car repair shops would have done. There are very honest individuals that work here who are knowledgeable in their craft. I waited an hr or so (very short wait time for what needed to be done) and left with a car that drove like new. Definitely recommend this place!

Do not go here! After having brake pads for 3+ years I went and the changed brake pads and rotors. Less than a year later they tell me I need brakes and rotors again and did not honor the warranty. I let them do it again with better break pads and another year later, the same problem!!! They are horrible!!! Suppose to be specialists smh

Working with Ron, the manager of this location, has been nothing more than the most pleasurable experience possible. He's thoroughly knowledgeable about my vehicle and how to navigate around it. He's always very thoughtful about how to work in my vehicle and preserve its condition. The pricing is very fair, and he's been available always, even with short notice! I've had instances where I've gone for service at Pep boys and have had them attempt to egregiously overcharge me for parts that I was able to find for probably 30% of what they were going to charge.Services: Auto body & trim repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto maintenance
