Jiffy Lube helps with advice and keeps you informed of what s going on with your vehicle. They make you feel like you re part of the process, not just another person to get money from. At the end of your service you feel confident that the job was done correctly and you got exactly what was needed. I ve never felt taken advantage of at Jiffy Lube at any of the locations.Great work people!!!!

Was not told to change my air filters the first 80,000 miles at all the places I went to during that time including other jiffy lubes. Until this jiffy lube said to replace them. Now 2 oil changes latter requested I change them again such a scam were not hardly dirty at all.

I replaced a light but I didn't need to because the plus was melted so it came they could of just told me that instead of me buying one... but there service is good maybe it was mistake they didn't catch it.. I went back the next day cause I am seeing the light was still that's when they o you see it disconnected its melted I feel like they saw this but can't call it I mean you guys are looking under hood so just found it weird

Jiffy Lube in Roselle is amazing. I always come here for my oil changes. They let me know what maintenance is due on my car and always do a great job. It's hard to find a place where you trust their employees. And the employees are always so nice and friendly. I moved at least 20 miles away and still come to this Jiffy Lube.

I recently had a fantastic experience at Jiffy Lube for an oil change. Their honesty and thoroughness in assessing my car's needs left a lasting impression. Unlike other places, they didn't aggressively push additional services; instead, they patiently explained the recommended ones. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions. Lou has a calm manner and exceptional customer service. He explained all the options and verified what I wanted done with my vehicle beforehand. It's refreshing to find an auto shop that prioritizes transparency and customer satisfaction. I left feeling confident that my car was in great hands and received top-notch service. Jiffy Lube has won my trust, and I'll definitely be returning for all my car maintenance needs. Highly recommended!

The worst service today. I brought my friend truck in for an oil change. One of the workers walked me to the waiting room and told me to have a seat. Never once was I told the price, nor was anything asked from me. After sitting for 10 minutes nobody said anything they just opened the hood of the car and started working on the car. The service for the filter M9509 was $99. The oil was $30. Why is there a separate price? And why is the filter service $99? Overpriced and will never come back for any services...So disappointed in the servic

I can't complain about the service I received today at Jiffy Lube. It was fast and when I asked the man about the oil needed for my car based on the recommendations made by the system he seemed pretty knowledgable. However, they did ask me if I would like my coolant topped off for $5 and I said sure. I told my boyfriend about this later and he said that it should have been free if they topped any liquid off. So, I'm not happy that they took advantage of me not knowing the policy and took money from me.Service: Oil change

Not sure what happened to this place but I've been going for years and my most recent visit was disrespectful through and though. I got an oil change (less than 30 days ago) and that same day my display showed "oil change soon." When I went back to inquire about the message the mechanic literally just tried to hit the reset on the steering wheel, said the button didn't work and refused to do anything else. Never even checked the dip stick to at least humor me that he actually cares. Not to mention that the whole time I dealt with him he had an attitude. Needless to say I'll never be going back. Additionally, the cat wash guys gave me attitude as well literally out of nowhere, I never even had a conversation with the guy.Service: Oil change

This establishment will overcharge you for a simple air & cabin filter replacement, as if the labor was truly worth $60. Please save yourself the hassle and purchase one from Amazon. They were all very friendly and professional. They made me feel comfortable and at ease. They were informative about my car, let me know my brakes needed to be replaced. I am a big fan of this location! I'm newer to NJ and finding people you can trust to take care of your car can be a tough task. I have been here a few times now and the gentleman here are GREAT! They are friendly, professional and timely! They explain what is needed right away and what can wait until the next visit. This review is late but I finally was convinced by my family to write the review. They stole my remote starter out of my vehicle, I only noticed months later because around the time i got my oil change was spring nearing summer & i try to avoid using my remote starter because i was told it drains batteries i only used my remote starter during the cold months. Immediately after getting the oil change I noticed my actual remote start keychain was missing i told myself perhaps the remote broke off from my keychain & i didnt realize it feel off, i did wonder how it broke off if it was secured, but i let it go. fast forward to fall I purchased a new remote keychain as i attempted to program it i noticed it was not connecting to anything, i assumed it was loose or burnt out when i popped my hood the whole remote starter was missing literally gone ! I went back to Jiffy Lube & confronted them & they reassured me they did not do that, my remote start was Viper & came with the car when i first purchased it from a gentleman off craigslist. I can say with complete honesty NO ONE but Jiffy Lube had access to my car. I dont accuse people without having hard evidence but remote starters do not grow legs & walk away. These are the reasons why i believe a member from their team took my remote starter.1)prior to going there i 100% had the starter & key remote on my key chain2)after leaving their facility I immediately noticed the key chain was missing but assumed it just feel off when i walked to my car from my home prior to arriving there3)from the time i took my car to them for an oil change to when i noticed the remote starter was missing from under my hood NO ONE HAD ACCESS TO MY CAR; I MEAN ABSOLUTELY NO ONE, I did not take my car anywhere for any maintenance.

This place is great. The guys are so professional. They do great work and have great products. They don't try to sell you services or products you dont need. They are non-intimidating. I trust their recommendations. All of them are courteous and you don't have to wait forever for their services. Just FYI companies pay for positive reviews don t be fooled . I will never use them again customer service is terrible not to mention I went in for an oil change and left out with a power steering leak They are terrible with rectifying situations and resolving them.. We are in the process of taking legal action against them I can t speak for all Jiffy lubes but this one is terrible I took it to my mechanic he said the hose was loose someone removed the clamp never replacing it and from the pressure the hose loosened and was almost off.. It was replaced in secs.. You are terrible but lucky that it was an easy fix and not something serious.. Do a better job vetting the skill of your mechanics.. The age of a car has nothing to do with the negligence of your mechanics I paid $60 to learn to never use your services again I m good with that

Excellent service. Always very polite and helpful. Theymake suggestions and show you the parts that need to be replaced and allow you to make the final decision as to what to be done. They don't try to push items on you. I recommend them highly. Quick and accurate service. Thanks for all your help with the car. Your support made it less scary to deal with. Stopped by on the weekend for an oil change. I was in and out in about 1/2 hour! All the men that worked there treated me wonderfully, you can tell they were very concerned with customer satisfaction. I was also pleasantly surprised that they vacuum the inside of the car AND clean the windows. All that for $20.00 (I found a coupon online while I was waiting.) I will definitely go back there.
