Carlos and his crew team are very professional they took care of my tires and alignment the price and job they performed were excellent,I m definitely going back with my second car and I will recommend to anyone that I know. Thank Carlos from banfiel.

Update : went to Arcol to order new tires I did not have vehicle with me, only manufacturer and tire size. Seems more info was needed so I offered to come back at 3:30 with the vehicle. When I came back, I guess they were too busy to check my originals to order new. After waiting an hour, I left. Called Cleveland Tire in Elizabeth and got taken care of right away over the phone. I realize the Arcol mechanics were busy, but it literally would have taken a minute, considering I was there earlier in the day. A bit disappointed since I had good service on my first visit and wanted to give this place my business...... I needed to have my tires rotated before going on a road trip and I was gladly accommodated. It was truly service with a smile. Very hard to spot the shop from the street. Highly recommend and I will do business there again !!!

Quick and easy, go early as there is only 1 guy in the early morning, went at 8am on a Friday. I had a plug in my tire and ready to roll in less than 15 minutes. $10 for a plug, I'm not sure how much a patch costs.

Came in to get a nail taken out of my tire - these guys attended to me quickly & professionally - I was in and out in about 15 min max - added bonus they take Apple Pay

I came to get my tire pressure checked and get a tire rotation. 10/10 service! Hernan was so helpful and knowledgeable - I m scheduled to return in a couple months to get new tires :) highly recommend!

Happened to come across this place on Google after getting a flat tire. I asked if my tire was salvageable and unfortunately it wasn't but they gave me one with a tread that was similar to my other three. The gentleman that helped me was so kind and had me on my way in 20 minutes! The price was also very fair and reasonable. Would definitely recommend if you need tire services!

My elderly neighbor was having his tires rotated, and one of the mechanics didn t prep one of the tires properly, and broke-off one of the tire bolts. Then they tried to charge him $12 to fix their mistake the manager said he was too busy to address the issue, so my neighbor left with a car is lesser condition than he took it there.

Prices are okay but not the best. I was charged 30 to balance and install new tire( which I purchased myself online). Most places charge 25 and a extra 5 to keep the old tire but they did stay open longer to accommodate me.

What a terrible experience. The first time they did a repair the leak wasn t fixed properly . I came back again and the tire tech dropped and scratched my tire right in front of my eyes and tried to pretend nothing happened. The owner was rude and unprofessional He acted as if I was trying to get over on my tire change when I asked to repair rim. Never again will I give them my business!!

I went to change the tire and they broke the pressure sensor when replacing the pressure sensor, not telling me anything about it and leaving it broken in the wheel
