My experience at Quality Auto Center left me somewhat disappointed. While I initially had high hopes for their service, I found myself having to bring my car back to the shop multiple times due to a persisting issue. This not only proved to be a significant inconvenience but also cost me more money in the long run, as I essentially ended up with the same problem I initially sought their expertise to fix.One of the aspects that added to my frustration was the considerable amount of time I spent at the shop. On one occasion, I found myself waiting for almost 4 hours. It felt like I had wasted an entire day, which left me wishing they could have provided a more accurate and realistic timeline for when the work would be completed.While I understand that automotive repairs can sometimes be complex, and unexpected issues may arise, clear communication and efficient service are crucial to maintaining customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, my experience at Quality Auto Center left me feeling that these elements were lacking.In conclusion, while Quality Auto Center may have good intentions, my personal experience did not meet my expectations. The need for multiple visits, increased costs, and extended waiting times made it a less-than-ideal experience. It is my hope that they can improve their service to better serve their customers in the future.

If I could rate zero 0 I would. This business should go out of business for the incompetence and lack of skills of the mechanics, who didn't fix the problem, and let me drive a car in risk of blowing up the car and putting me in danger situation while driving my car, according to another mechanic. Shame on your work.

I visited this location this past Saturday 07/22 for an issue I was having with my vehicle. Prior I had read many good reviews on this location, so I was expecting exceptional service. As a woman, you have to be very careful when it comes to mechanics because there are some (not all) that will take advantage of your lack of car knowledge. With this being said when my check engine light came on I took it to Autozone for a basic diagnostic but I knew that I would need more info from an experienced mechanic. I honestly just wanted a general idea of what may be wrong. I got a second opinion from a family friend who was a mechanic that confirmed the cause of the issue but unfortunately he did not have the tools to do the job. So with the part I ordered in hand and at least two opinions I headed to Quality Auto in Roselle. When I got there, I explained to the person at the front desk the circumstances but told him I understood and would appreciate if they ran their own diagnostic. He looked me in my face and said they don t work with parts that customers buy ( that s the not issue, that s perfectly fine). He also told me that since I diagnosed the car and had the part I might as well fix the issue myself. I looked at him shocked and just said thank you and walked out. I m not sure if this is how this company conducts business but I can t assure you that if someone walks into your establishment intending to PAY for a service they may need. Telling them to do it themselves is never the answer. I m glad I didn t waste my money there, I went straight down to Jiffy lube and received prompt, affordable and reliable service. Not to mention good customer service. I will NEVER be returning here and will advise anyone I know to save their time.

Very poor service. Took my jeep n charged $900 n it had the same problem after I picked it up plus they wanted to change my spark plugs. Fed up I finally took it Jeep dealership after a week of non usage of car, they fixed problem and only charged me $200. What a ripoff quality is. Will never take it there again. Lost $900 at quality. Went for a routine check on my brakes. My brakes were fine and just needed to rotate my tires. They did a thorough check. Honesty is Quality. I went to another place to check my brakes prior to seeing them and they quoted me almost a $500+ Without a thorough check. I ll definitely be back if I ever have issues with my car. I had a battery short going on for 2 months somewhere in the car. Civic kept dying every time I turned off the car and let it sit for 6-8 hours. I went to a couple of places that wasted my money replacing parts that wasn t the problem. I went to quality auto , talked to Willy , he called me the next day explaining everything that has to be done to the car and what was causing the problem. Also , he inspected my whole car to make sure everything is safe and what I need to have everything working fine in the electrical. Like replacing the battery terminals , ground wire , etc.Now , the civic hasn t died in over a month now. Everything is working good. I did many things with this place, spent about 4k all together. But won t be returning ever again.I gave them my trust and never complained about anything.I noticed them giving me quotes and then when I finally get the job done, a whole new higher quote is given to me and I still paid.Owner and manger Willy play around with the price a lot, the mechanics are good and will fix your car, Willy and owner on the other hand cannot be trusted, unfortunately.I called to ask for a quote for something and I recognized it was owner and he asked for car type and then quoted me $9010 days later I called and it was Willy this time and he quoted me $120 for the same thing.That s when I realized that everything I did at the place was questionable when it came to what I paid. Unfortunately I paid and signed already so nothing to do about it now. But they lost a customer and any referrals I made.This is my 2nd quality auto center to work with and I ll say this, they are all the same be careful. They are about quantity not quality.

So happy with my visit. It was like my father, uncle or brother was looking over my car to make sure it was safe. Highly recommend.For those with a bad review for wait times, I brought my car for an oil change and I was there for almost 3 hours. They rely on a delivery guy to bring them parts and I m assuming, like the rest of the nation, there is a shortage of people to do this so you just have to wait.

When you find an honest mechanic you hang on for dear life and hope they never retire. Jay is honest, forthright and has a great team of mechanics. They know what they are doing, provide timely service, and great pricing. Nothing but the best here! Update 11/20/20: Still NO ONE I would rather go to. Consistently send family and friends here and they are always happy to have found Quality Auto and their staff.Update 8/23/2022:I always get all the details, and before any work is done, the owner and mechanic explain and/or show me the issue. I'm glad to have found a trustworthy shop to come to where the service is done correctly, efficiently, and is cost-effective. I know following through with the work here has saved me money, time, and worry. My car was taken by them between 12:40-12:45 today. I went by at 2:35 and nobody had touched my car. There seemed to be relatively no business at the place and yet they could not do a simple oil change. I took to jiffy lube and they are already working on my car. It is only 2:49 pm. This place is absolutely more interested in a 2 hour lunch break then helping customers. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE

It was my first time going there and Willy was very helpful. I had called prior because I needed to do wheel alignment after changing my tires. I was told the process would take an hour to complete . I needed help on a Sat & Willie quickly took my call, took my info & told me what to tell the tow driver when he dropped it off. He called early Mon morn with an update, worked with Warranty company, did the work, fixed another issue & passed my inspection which was past due. Best car repair experience I've ever had! Smooth, no BS, quick service & very polite.I will refer all my friends to Quality Auto! Thanks again Willie!! :-)

I went for the NJ state inspection and sticker. It was quick, inexpensive, the guy was super nice and welcoming. So glad I was able to get this done with ease on a Saturday morning. I will definitely be going back for any service or repairs my car needs. I ll also recommend to everyone I know.

I was given an honest evaluation of what needed to be done with my vehicle concerning a replacement exhaust system, with no pressure to persuade me to only do the job there. Their estimate was the best in the area! When I returned, the service was done efficiently and professionally, in a timely matter. I recommend Quality Auto Center in Roselle Park with 5 stars.

Fabian and Jay provided delightful customer service by being patient and accomodating to *all car issues I shared, even when I was late with my promised time to show uo. The price is fair and I got my costco discount from the costco auto program. Milton, the mechanic even shared the part that he replaced and the new part. I truly value that gesture as it gives me assurance that I am getting what I paid for. The main issue, car wiggle above 50mph, is resolved when I tested on the highway. I will surely recommend Quality Auto to my husband, and all friends in the area. Thanks, Quality Auto of Roselle Park. It is shameful and humiliating, that in this place, they hit the car, the mechanic when doing the route test, when I returned to the said workshop and my husband asked him what happened! this man denied what he did! and I accuse my husband of driving the car like this! outrageous that they violate ethics, principles and together with the manager, they wash their hands, without assuming their responsibility! The lack of honesty is incredible! Worse daring to hurt the integrity and principles of my husband!

Quality Auto in Roselle Park is a good honest mechanic with great service. We have an older Honda CRV (2007) car and they have been fabulous. We drive in from Jersey City because we trust them and they have helped us out without breaking our bank, which other mechanic have tried. This place is great! Straight foward honest service. Had work done on my 2010 hyundai sonata. Brakes and rotors replaced. Oil change, w/ OEM filter. New rims and tyres.. they installed tyres onto rims, balanced, mounted and ran wheel alignment. Overall great experience! Milton was the mechanic. Thank you for the professional and prompt work! I needed a headlight restoration on.my 2007 G35 coupe. They were in pretty bad shape.When finished, they looked as good as new. I'm very satisfied with the quality of the work and the great customer service, especially the counter man.

Well I was sent to the center because the car I was driving needed special work. They guys were able to fix my car quickly and were very efficient and professional to the point that the next day I had another of my cars serviced by them. They were thorough and professional and are now the guys who I will go to any time I need work done on any of my cars.

Finally found the one auto service that I feel comfortable with! And who knew they were only about a mile away from home.Called the day before and Jay was very patient and courteous answering my questions.I had a oil leak problem repaired and needed front brakes replaced. Service was great and prices were reasonable!I will absolutely be back. Thank you!

I came here after my tire blew on the highway and I realized I had bought a Living Social deal for an oil change, so I figured why not kill two birds with one stone. While I did end up spending three hours there which was much longer than I had wanted, they did tell me in advance it would take about that long and I ended up getting several things fixed.This was the first auto shop that actually brought me behind the desk to physically show me how my motor oil was very thick & turning into a dark brown color (they even brought out the normal oil to show me the difference in color and texture). Willy also brought out my cabin filter to show me how gross it was and to explain what was happening with it with the build up of dirt on it. He also showed me that my tires were balding and about to start cracking. Jay, the Indian man at the desk was not a man of many words and was soft spoken and hard to hear at moments, but he was very polite. Willy was super friendly and we had some funny conversations while I waited.I had gotten an oil change at a Brake-O-Rama in Roselle Park a few months ago prior with a full inspection included of the car. The person caught none of these problems. He also failed to notice that my car needed realignment and even told me it was fine and didn't need it. I'm so glad the guys at Quality Auto caught these problems! I feel like I was driving a death trap and had no idea.Willy and Jay, thanks so much for your help and for the discounts as well! You guys rock! I will definitely recommend people to your shop in the future.

Mr. Jay saved my car engine from serious damage after taking my car to another company who put the wrong oil filter in my car. Though it was a Saturday morning and very busy time for him and his team, he was very patient and took the time to explain and show me what I need to know and understand. Great quality service. Brought my Sentra 16 there after being referred by a smaller garage (they found the problem to be too complicated for their line of work). Jay helped me with the process and everything was as smooth as it can be. The price was very reasonable as well. From now on this will be my home mechanic. Thank you!
