My partner and I brought our BMW X5 and Chrysler 300 to AAMCO Roselle Park and let me tell you, they came through! The team at AAMCO Roselle really knows their stuff and paid attention to every detail when they were working on our cars. They took care of everything from swapping out the oxygen sensors and valve cover gasket to fixing up the keys, getting new tires, and sorting out the torque converter and transmission.What really impressed us about AAMCO Roselle was their dedication to excellence and customer service of all the team members but Frankie! is a true professional and ensured that everything was done with precision and care. Great service! I had my SUV towed there since it didn t start. Jackie & Adrian were extremely helpful and got my car fixed in one day. It got dropped off Monday afternoon and I picked it up on Tuesday afternoon. I had a used transmission done there in August so I didn t hesitate to take my car there again to get fixed. This time I needed new spark plugs and they replaced mine and gave my SUV a tuneup and oil change. My car is running very smoothly. Thanks Aamco for fast and reliable service!

Took two cars to be diagnosed price comparison to see which is in better condition and if either is worth saving. Adrian is fair and honest would recommend for others to use him.After the diagnostics were done Adrian advised me of my best options of what to do first. Got my truck back runs great totally happy with the services. Adrian has a customer in me for life.Had my air filter cleaned out. Adrian is a man of his word. These guys are now my go-to place for body work. They stand by their work and are very professional. They offer a great price and didn't patronize me. They made me feel very welcome and walked me through every step of the way. They revitalized my 13yo bmw and made it drive like new again. No gimmicks and run arounds and you can tell these guys know what they are doing. I appreciate that about this shop!

Gave excellent customer service , Adrienne was very helpful , told me exactly what was wrong with my car , gave updates of the process and how it worked because i have warranty. Also Jackie was very helpful as well , I just love how genuine and helpful they were in getting my car back to normal. Took out and replaced with a new transmission and my baby rides smooth. I highly highly recommend. If I can give 10 stars I would !!!!

I have been bringing my vehicles to AAMCO in Roselle Park for the last 2 years. Adrian, Frank and Frankie have been great to deal with. They are very communicative and always deliver quality within a reasonable timeframe. Their prices are fair. I would highly recommend them.

I was in the process of looking for a good mechanic & I thought I found one until I realized someone had stolen a small bag of gold. A small black velour bag with 2pc of women s gold on top of keeping my car for a week. Don t leave anything valuable if they need to keep your car there. They will rummage through your personal things. Oh yea they had my car 4 days AFTER I paid because the transmission fluid blew out of my transmission at a stop sign & my car would not go into gear. Mind you I drove my car to them with NO slipping just a minor leak.Service: Transmission

This location is by far my favorite A genuine team of honest, trustworthy & very efficient guys! The mechanics are knowledgeable and kept me updated on my vehicles status. I can't say enough about the staff (Adrian, Carmen, and Frank) none of the shops that I've been to in the past give you that at home feeling and they're so understanding and compassionate to whatever your situation is. I left it with them to find out what was going on with the intermittent starting issue and they did tests all week to find the problem and found it was the tipm (fuse box). They fixed it before the weekend and I'm thoroughly satisfied with my vehicle. I don't take my truck to anyone else. Love you guys. Tell Jackie Hi.

Highly recommended- The AAMCO team at Roselle Park are really excellent. Driving up I 95 from Washington DC when car failed. First garage I took the car recommended this team. Although I am realistically a one time client, the work on the car, the service and follow up were first class. Thank you to the team for all of your excellent work. The bottom line: Although I didn't make the original departure with the rest of the families, it has to be said that Jack and Dennis and their team went above and beyond to get me on the road that Wednesday (see full story below). Both Jack and Dennis did their best to keep me updated and even though I'm sure I was a bit annoying calling them for updates, they stayed professional and to the point at all times. Their price was more than fair and they were up front with me before they did the work. Even though they are a bit far from me, they've more than earned a repeat customer.The Story: I found out that my RV was not shifting properly 7 days before my family was set to head out with 3 other families on a 5-day camping trip. It just so happened that I discovered the problem on the 4th of July (2019). This was a Thursday, so naturally everyone was closed and many shops were closed that Friday as well. Friday I called every shop within a 10 mile radius. Although Aamco was closed, Jack, the owner did pick up the phone and spoke to me for a few minutes to help talk through the problem. He was more than willing to take it in but confessed they were closed and wouldn't be able to touch it until the following Monday.In desperation I passed on his offer and kept calling; eventually finding a place less than a mile from my house that was willing to look at the RV that Friday. Turned out that the local shop jerked me around Friday, Saturday and was not able to find the problem and then on Monday said they couldn't touch it again until that Thursday (a day after I was supposed to leave for the camping trip). Frustrated I called around some more and then called Jack back. His offer still stood and was able to look at it that afternoon.Once Jack had it, he and Dennis jumped right in and began troubleshooting all afternoon Monday and again most of the day Tuesday and after checking the continuity of every wiring harness related to the transmission, finally discovered that the ECU (or PCM in this case) had failed causing the transmission to go into "limp-mode". With the pressure mounting to make my departure, Dennis did everything he could to get the new PCM delivered, installed and reprogrammed but unfortunately for me, it was not in the cards, at no fault to Dennis or his team. Racking his brain that night, Dennis took a fresh look at it Wednesday morning and found the issue and ultimately got me on the road early that afternoon, only 6 hours after my originally scheduled departure. My car was abused by another auto shop in Union they continued fix things but never fixed anything. I decided to take it to this AAMCO in Roselle Park and received outstanding help on my vehicle. It was horrific spent over 4700$ on a transmission only lasted 100 miles. Was then told it would take DAYS for the warranty Service to be completed before they can even start to replace it AGIN. DONT GO THERE. Just received a call from the shop saying they are doing the best they can for me to be patient guess we will see what happens on MondayService: Transmission
