I used Gucci services for many years. Service on time and job completed at 100%, it is a given. What I like the most is the sparkle clean service shop. We highly recommend Gucci for any car issue. He is trustworthy, experienced, efficient, fair, helpful, personable. We have used Gucci for over 25 y., first when he worked for West Caldwell Service Center (Shell, Jose, before it was a bank), now in Roseland. After trying 2 other shops that couldn t properly balance my wheels, I was recommended to come here by a close friend. Gucci is an honest man and even better mechanic. He was able to figure out what the other shops couldn t and got the job done right. Straightforward experience with minimum fuss. Highly recommend this shop and the mechanic here.

Fantastic service. Helped me two times and the first he help me with tires. Second he diagnosed the tire problem and fixed it in the same day I would trust Gucci with my needs and will take my service to him rather than the dealer who was servicing it before.
