We moved to the area 2 years ago but I only recently discovered this auto repair shop. I m so glad I did! Bob and Bryan were amazing and very welcoming. Bryan explained every details for me and even test drove our 16-year old van before I brought her handed me back my keys since I mentioned I will be taking it for a long drive that weekend. Talk about above and beyond customer service! I highly recommend this place!

I highly recommend Wall Automotive. Bob was born for a career in hospitality. He scheduled my oil change, contacted me when my vehicle was ready for pickup, and went over the recommended services when I paid my invoice.When I made my appointment I informed them that I have a road trip planned for three months from now and that I may need new brakes and a brake flush according to my mileage and my owners manual s recommended services. Contrary to what I am used to, not only did they not try to sell me a bunch of unnecessary services, they actually said I still have some mileage left on my brakes and they can do my brakes and brake service at my next oil change. To top it off (pun intended), the oil change was 40% less expensive than the dealership which is where I normally went. I will go to Wall Automotive for all of my vehicle maintenance needs for as long as I m in this area.

Was pleased and surprised to have my car diagnosed, repaired and returned within 10 hours. With other shops, I ve waited as long as 10 days! Thanks for your great (and fast) service!

I used Wall Auto to get a few things maintenanced on my car. They were kind enough to walk through the quote with me and review was needed to be done right now, and what things could wait for a little while.When I picked up my car and left, there was an incident on my way home. I called Wall Auto and they had me come back the very next day.First and foremost they cared about my safety, kept asking if I was okay, and made sure I was taken care of and got me into a rental. Been going to Bryan and team for years including when he first was up at the BP station. Amazing job on everything he s done, very reasonable with the work he does and I trust him with all my vehicles without a doubt. What a great experience! I had an unexpected car breakdown on Father's Day, coming back from a car show with my RX-7. They accommodated my unscheduled repair, had good/fair pricing, and provided clear communication throughout. Bob, Bryan, & Femi are a great group of honest guys, and I couldn't be happier with their service. Highly recommended!

I have lived in Rockaway for more than 10 years and I have been using Bryan and his crew for almost that entire time.Wall Automotive is an excellent shop! They are responsive, honest, and highly skilled.They have helped us with new to us cars that we were buying as well as maintained the cars we already have. Wall Automotive is hands down the best mechanic shop I have ever dealt with. They are completely honest, do amazing work and never try to upsell anything. I once went in thinking I needed new brakes. They could have easily sold me new brakes but not only did they not, they showed me exactly where my brakes were at and what to watch out for. I used Wall Automotive for a decent list of repairs on my Nissan Altima and I had THE BEST experience ever!! He explained everything better than any other place I've been to and fixed a bunch of things that another garage said they fixed but was still giving me problems. After the nightmare experience I had at the other garage it was a pleasure dealing with Wall and they are now the ONLY garage I will be going too!!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Oil change

Honest and affordable, the best in rockaway! I had something hanging from the bottom of the car and I was FREAKED OUT! One of the guys took a look at it and said it was barrier and not critical. No charge. Other times they service what I NEED and let me know why. I have had breaks done there. Once my car was there and somehow the tire went over something. He called to explain and replaced the tire. He could have lied, I would have had no idea. I cant tell you enough about how good these guys are.

Brian is to most talented mechanic I know and his employees are always very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable in everything they do. I leave all my faith to Wall Automotive for any truck repairs we may have.

Bryan, Bob and the entire team at Wall are exceptional!Always going above and beyond my expectations. It starts at the door. Bob is always welcoming and friendly, no matter how busy they may be. Bryan and his mechanics are never to busy to say hello. That counts for a lot we with me. I don't feel like I'm business/money to be made for them. I feel like a buddy coming in and getting some help with my vehicle. Always up front, never selling work. Only doing what's needed, and giving insight to other things that may need to be worked on in the future. It's great to know there is a small business owner to go to that is just like all of us. Has a family to care and provide for, but isn't trying to do that at inflated rate. Treats clients with respect and honesty. And a long the way, you can call them a friend. Not a friend that you're hanging out with every couple weeks necessarily. But a friend that you know would do anything to help you out if you needed it. And you would do the same.Wall Automotive will be a Rockaway gem for a long time to come!Thanks guys, keep doing what you're doing, it matters.

My experience with these guys was top notch. I experienced honesty. The integrity is real. Long story short what I was told elsewhere was wrong was not wrong and even though they could ve taken advantage of me and fixed that plus the actual problem, they only fixed the actual problem. Have been a customer of Brians for approx 20 years and have had every single one of our cars taken care of there. Consistently excellent service. Not only is Brian extremely knowledgeable , competent and meticulous in what he does, he is patient and takes the time to explain so the customer knows exactly what the service entails. Very professional and experienced staff. Wall automotive was the forth repair shop that I have visited to be fixed break and stearing problem. First three was failed, Bryan and Bob solve it. Now I enjoy driving my Camry again.

I had a pleasent experience with a not so pleasent problem. I rolled into Wall Auto with a work truck and leaking flat tire. I had a screw from Rt 80 in my tire and it was going flat. Although they looked very busy, Brian dropped what he was doing and immediately jumped into fixing my problem. He was professional and the repair did not take more than a few minutes. They have a super nice knowledgeable staff and place was clean. After my good experience I have been back multiple times and the experience has been the same consistently every time. These guys know what car people need and how there should be treated. They are really good at building relationships with there clients. This company is a true gem to the community. Reliable and trustworthy mechanics are hard to come by. Bryan and his team were professional, transparent and stand behind the quality of their work. Have recommended them to numerous friends who needed a go-to mechanic and none were disappointed. Even though they were located far from my home, I would rather make the trip for peace of mind. Worth it! Keep up the great work!

By far the best mechanic I have ever used. Bryan and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and professional. It's very hard to find an auto repair shop that you can 100% trust isn't taking advantage of you. Everyone in my family brings our cars to Wall Automotive. I would gladly recommend them to anyone!!!
