I posted a review a while ago and Dwight the employee who works there tried to berate me. He acted like a customer not an employee when he posted saying how friendly they are. Sure they are friendly until you say they are wrong, Or heaven forbid review them for bad service, then see how friendly they are not. Please see response from their employee Dwight below.Glad there are a lot of negative reviews. Took my car there 5 times and every time there was a new problem. Finally took it somewhere else and they said I was ripped off. Put bad part in car. Tried to get a refund for it was told no. Don t go there everIn response to R&Ds responseAgain I did post a review 9 years ago and your employee berated me. Pretty shady if you have employees post good reviews I did not have a google account so used anothers, which is why you don t have a record of me, but trust me I used your service Also I bought the defective part back and was told I could not receive a refund so your post is invalid . You must know how your bad your service is if your are so defensive now and even 9 years ago.

What a bunch of incompetent thieves! They charged us multiple times to fix a problem, but they didn't fix it. Then the truck was towed to them where they proceeded to do NOTHING for the next 4 months. 4 MONTHS!! Now they want to charge me another $4500 before they release the truck. And it still doesn't run. Everything out of their mouths is a lie. Stay away!!

Called late this morning and they said to come on in. They were ready and waiting for us. Found the air leak on the trailer after some digging, but replaced the main line and had us out and moving again within a few hours.Very professional and personable guys.Highly recommend if in the area.

Stay away from them . They will rob you. Charged way more than his estimate for a simple 10 min Jump start job. Had host my truck and add $100 more when asked breakdown of the Bill.

I called these guys to jump start, but they said it was a truck problem and they wanted to take my truck to their shop. I declined it, but they still charged me $560 dollars for 10 min of work, trying to jump start. I called different company and they jump started the truck right away. These guys are crooks DON'T USE THEM! They just wanted to take the truck to the shop so they can take more money.

Kept truck hostage for a week destroyed do you joints were they can t be repaired and they were welding stuff on it and didn t fix anything. Don t go to them they will destroy your property.

I would never come back to this place, mechanics have no clue what they're doing. I stopped by with not working AC, they spent about 2 hours and told me I have to replace lower pressure ac line as they don't have it have to wait till next day, also they don't want me in the shop and didn't want to show me where's line is leaking. I told them Im leaving, paid 165$ for nothing and went to other people, they fixed AC within an 1 hour. So stay away from RND they are not mechanics, robbers.

These guys did a great job for me on the side of 287! They got me rolling quick, didn't overcharge me, didn't try to push anything on me! I'd call them anytime I have issues in NJ without hesitation!

I took truck in for fuel pump repair. I was upsold fuel pump rebuild, new fuel injection lines and promised the truck would be ready in one week. It took 2 1/2 weeks longer to get the truck back than was promised. The truck smoked, ran rough & had major oil leak upon delivery. After several attempts to correct problem was told it was everything from plugged fuel/air filters to "it's an older truck you have to let it run for awhile to get warm" with no mention as to why it was leaking a large amount of oil when it didn't come in with that as a problem. This truck went in with no other problems than a leaking fuel bonnet & came out barely running. After leaving it at their shop for over a week with no resolve I was informed by two of the RND mechanics that performed the repairs that they couldn't figure out why it was missing & blowing white smoke upon startup. The only explanation givin was engine was cold & to let it run for a time to warm up. Had another shop offer to take a look & found pump was not timed properly ( a 1 hr fix ) also didn't use rubber o ring gasket when putting pump back on truck which caused the massive oil leak. You were notified Ray because the truck never left your shop for more than a couple of hours before returning. Nedzetsky services llc, black ford ltl 9000 triaxle dump. You know it well Ray it was at your shop for 3 1/2 weeks. Showed you the video of the truck missing & blowing white smoke, which baffled you and your mechanic. The oil stains in front of your garage door should have given you a clue that there was a leak that wasn't there earlier. You couldn't fix the problem and I couldn't afford to leave it any longer. Sloppy inexperienced mechanics that try to explain it as being an "older truck" so you have to let it warm up for awhile first is no excuse. These were your mechanics word's not mine. That's when I took it out of your shop and went to another. I'm a working man with one truck. Your shop cost me enough money in down time & paying another to fix the problems you weren't capable of fixing on your own. If you have any questions feel free to contact me anytime...I'm not hiding or trying to be anonymous. You have my phone #. BE WARNED, I WOULDN'T LET THIS OUTFIT CHECK THE AIR IN MY BICYCLE TIRES !

They have only 6 qualified truck mechanics and yet over the past year have hired and fired 14 people. The management is staffed by text book psychopaths, and they have people on staff that were cooks that are now servicing wheel ends on trailers that are not trained or certified. Customers should watch their wallets for sure!FYI Nikki Deighton is the owner's wifeNever worked there, but a friend of mine did back in 2015, and has since moved to Florida where he plays golf every day instead of pulling wrenches and smelling like a truck!

Been driving for 13 years and this is the worst place ever they gave me an estimate of $38,000.00 for my dpf system to be fixed after all they charge six hours of labor and didn't even bother to put the stuff back... I tow the truck to Chicago and fixed the problem for $1,800... they like to pray on out of state drivers to make their quote...

great repair center, friendly and honest don't no what" sun ketcher" talking about ruined her car?? she has two reviews online both negitive about auto repair shops sounds like she does't think she should pay for repairs. cars are not cheap to repair,

Cheeter my truck gear stuck I cal them they tow my truck to there shop and told me gear and clutch both need new also signal they said almost 12000 dollars I declined they still charge me 1999 for nothing done bad service badService: TransmissionService: Transmission

Stay away from them Overcharge trying to rip you off. Don't call them for road service they will rip you off. stay away from them

Overcharge, I did the trailer lug nut retorque on one wheel and paid $ 43.87. Twice the amount than all others. What a rip off.
