If I could give this place 25 stars I would. I had such a positive experience here. Everyone was amazing! I've never had such a great car buying experience. The salesman Leo was very patient with me, I thought I wanted an Outlander and then saw the Eclipse Cross on the showroom floor and fell in love with it. I will refer everyone I know to them!! Henry started the introduction so welcoming, I knew I came to the right place. Thanks again!!

Derrick with Nielsen Mitsubishi was great very personable and clear. It can be stressful buying a new car and negotiating a fair price. In general, they were all very transparent about the process and were willing to negotiate. They re also one of the few dealerships that were offering a rebate which brought down the MSRP, making the purchase of a new car possible. Highly recommend them and Mitsubishi. Very happy with my new Mirage!:)

Nilsen Mitsubishi is a great dealer, everyone is very friendly, very clean and accommodating. Love going to do my oil change, feel they are very honest, don't over charge or keep asking for extra service. I have a complicated schedule but i can leave the car overnight and have it ready next day and pick up at night.My friends bought at this dealership and my mom too. Definitely recommend. Thank you Nilsen Mitsubishi.

I ve been dealing with my girlfriend s car. Henry is the supervisor who s been helping us with a transmission issue. He has gone above and beyond what was expected. His level of customer service is absolutely incredible. Highly recommend anyone touch base with him if they have an issue with their car.

After buying my car in NY I knew I couldn t go there for service as I live in Jersey. These guys have personally taking care of myself and my car. Above and beyond. Service unmatched. Will get my next vehicle from them for sure!

This place sucks. The mechanics have no idea what they are doing. And they always lie to you. They told me I have no hole in my tire. I had to go back there and show them where it was. This place is the most unprofessional place I've ever went to in my life. I would recommend going here at all this place SUCKS!!!!

I needed a part for my Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. I spent 2 days calling all over the U.S. I ran across some pretty rude people. Mr. William Tonero was kind and patient with me. I do not look for parts everyday so I do not know the lingo. I live in Ohio. There was places right off would say, we do not ship. I'm sure there is a reason but I do not know why. If I can not find a part local again, Nielsen Mitsubishi and William will be the first place I call.

How come only five stars. From first step on dealership grounds I met a very polite and knowledgeable young man named Duvall Taylor. We talked I explained my need for a new car. He showed me several models and I decided it was the Outlander. He gave me prices and explained purchasing versus leasing. That was day one and only one hour. Day two met with Duvall and his manager, Carlos Robles went home with a Leased Outlander. The process so smooth. All staff were very kind considerate. They both gave me Peace of Mind I think they deserve 10 stars.

Update! Came in today for a routine oil change and tire rotation! My service advisor was so sweet and then Henry found a leak I was unaware of that could have caused future damage and I m getting it fixed next week! Thankful they know their stuff and got me safely back on the road. Thank you!I m so happy I choose and trusted Nielsen mitsubishi for our recent suv purchase. We had a great experience from test driving to signing. Thank you so much for all your helpfulness and patience!!

I am a 52 year old man and obviously have been buying new & used cars for some time now! I can honestly say without any interference from this dealership that Nielsen Mitsubishi by far is the best dealership I have EVER dealt with!! I literally just bought 2 brand new cars from there close to 3 months ago and so far it has been an amazing experience! Ryan in sales is a great man and takes care of me every time I come in or reach out to him, and Henry is the Service Mgr. and has treated me like I was an old friend and the same goes with Chris as well. Nielsen Mitsubishi has definitely got s loyal customer in myself & family for life!!! I bought a vehicle from here on 5/28/22. No price gouging, no lies, no games, no hidden fees, no harassing calls and no B.S.! Isabel Q. the sales lady was wonderfull. The rest of the staff was great. I am totally happy with my purchase. Go here they sell there cars at MSRP unlike other dealers I went to that wanted $4,000 over MSRP.

I worked with Ryan & Andy and bought my Car. They both were extraordinarily patient and Customer-oriented. They were supportive throughout the complete process. Only draw back was the finance process which took long time and some information were not cascaded properly..

Purchasing a car right now is not an exciting process due to high prices and lack of inventory. After being cornered and mocked by three men at a dealership in Denville ( ), I walked into Neilsen Mitsubishi in Rockaway feeling defeated and that my expectations were way out of line. To my surprise, I felt immediately welcomed here. I personally worked with Duval, Carlos the manager, and Andrea. They all played a different part in assisting me to find the perfect vehicle with a tough budget. I needed a reliable and safe three row vehicle and they were able to find me something perfect immediately. It truly felt like they wanted to help me, I never felt any pressure to buy or told that my budget was out of bounds. During the time I spent here, every single person was pleasant to work with, from the front desk, financial manager and mechanics. I highly recommend stopping over at Neilsen Mitsubishi in Rockaway

Extremely professional group of people. It was a pleasure working with all the staff there. Financing was quick and easy and low pressure. I felt like everyone there led me to make the best decision for my scenario. I'd say I look forward to seeing them soon, but that would mean I have car issues again! Regardless, I will continue to work with the Nielsen Group for years to come.

we had a great experience buying our car from Nielsen Mitsubishi!Jamie was exceptionally friendly and clear explaining all details and following the entire process. we really appreciated that she stayed overtime for us while finishing our closing process. Additionally the finance manager came into office after his working hours just for us to finish closing process!would highly recommend purchasing a car from Nielsen Mitsubishi!!
