I had ordered rotors for my car when opened they were the wrong ones. Napa representative (didn t get her name) really went the extra mile in customer service. Since my car was apart she sent her driver to other store to pickup correct part & delivered to me. Thanks again! Much appreciated !

Waited for help 10 minutes while 5 people were chatting while one dude helped a customer. After that customer , he picked up the phone and started helping the phone customer rather than me. Go to autozone they actually help you.

Looking for a headlamp for my wife's car, the sales Rep was Joseph. He was very helpful and was reading the bill of sale. NAPARewards .com tells me to use claim code ********** to get started with extra savings.

I went to Napa Auto Parts in Rockaway, rather then go to the dealer. Let me say that these guys are the absolute best. I went in to purchase some pop rivets and screws for my CR-V, not a big purchase at all. The gentleman that assisted me couldn't be any more helpful. Coming out to the car and seeing what I needed then, taking the time and the patience to not only find the parts but to help/show me how to put them in. Good old fashioned customer service. I don't get that at the competition, not even close. Needless to say, I will be coming back to Napa in Rockaway, Nj for whatever and whenever I need parts and supplies for all my vehicles. Great job guys please keep it up!

Unprofessional from lack of accurate inventory to the person giving customers attitude from behind the counter. Sorry Napa but Danny and crew are bringing your name down.

Great service and very friendly staff. They went above and beyond to assist me. When they didn't have something I needed they called 2 of their shops until they found the car touch-up paint I needed.

Desperately needed to do my brakes so I came to NAPA rockaway. Not a single employee had their mask on correctly or at all and I was ignored for several minutes. Never coming here again

Most of the people there are crazy, but it is a good NAPA. They don't have much retail space compared to others though. Say hello to Harry.

Absolutely horrible service and very dirty. Manager (Fred) changed the quoted price for parts on pickup/ payment and said "don't take it if you don't like the price". Avoid at all costs.
