I made an online reservation for the maintenance that I required and it was confirmed quickly. When I arrived the next morning Marc was very friendly and informative about what I needed done. The work was done relatively quickly even though there was a lot to be done i:e oil change, brakes, tires and the included fluids and alignment. The price was fair and a lot less than surrounding stations and dealerships. This is my go to place for all of my car maintenance.

I highly recommend coming to this establishment for a fantastic and fairly fast oil change. It may not be a drive in oil change but they have a clean and well kept waiting room with freindly and kind staff. The manager on duty here took great care of me for my first time being here and even proivded me with options for my next visit that will keep my vehicle running in great condition. I look foward to my next visit here and so does my main mode of transportation. I will be relying on this place to keep me safe on the road.

They were awesome! As a woman going into a car place I always feel like I'm taking advantage of. Not at Midas in Rockaway. They always explain things and never push extra service. Definitely will be my go to car place!

They did my flexpipe, tires and alignment, which are all very good. The problem was the next day when I had a lack of power. Brought it back to be checked, after spending over $1500, and waited till 4:30 for Bryan to get back to me and he told me my transmission is shot. Took to transmission shop, not the transmission. Took to A REAL MECHANIC, and........CLOGGED CATALYTIC CONVERTER! In case you don't know, that's connected to the flex pipe! Both REAL MECHANICS that test drove my car knew something was wrong, NOT MIDAS, even though it was in my exhaust. Do not go here, they just look to sell the obvious. If you expect anything extra, it will only be more mo ey from your pocket. I was very nice to them and this what I get, incompetent individuals.

Art the manager was awesome! I needed a lot of work done on my car and he explained every charge to me before I authorized it. I needed 2 tires which he didn t have in stock but got them in very quickly.

Place is amazing, clean and the manager is very friendly. Workers look happy to be here and so am I. I recommend this place to the locals because the work is guaranteed to be done right. 5 stars all the way!

Marc, the manager, is the best, showed me what was wrong with my car before and after the work was done. I was able to use the Midas credit card to help take the payments in smaller pieces to get my car on the road safely without breaking the bank. Great service and I will be coming back!

Severely under staffed. Facility has 6 work bays, yet there was only 1 employee. This means there's alot of wait time. I get it, corporate wants to run lean and mean. But, all they're doing is alienating the few customer they do get.

I can't say enough about Brian, Samantha, and Eric. I've been using the Rockaway location for years but this was the best experience yet. New management has brought the best people in to make car repair easy. I was just here today was having issues with severe wobbling in my front end. After having gone to a few different places, I was lied to about what the issue was. I went here for a third opinion because in my experience, you need at least three. They took me into the garage and I could see with my own eyes what the actual issues were when their mechanic Edwin comprehensively pointed it out. The manager Pedro was a really kind guy who took my concerns seriously and was honest and genuine with his response. they didn t kill me on price and he was fair. The woman at the counter Miranda was very sweet offered me a ride home and picked me up when the car was ready. Overall, very happy with the service. I know I can trust them, their opinions and their work. Trust is earned and integrity is lost without honesty.And I got to say so far. This is the only Midas I would trust in the area.

New owners now and what a difference. No more trying to pressure you to have repairs made you don't need. In fact, they found the source of a issue I was dealing with that other shops missed. Samantha and Brian were amazing!! They were swamped when I came in after hitting a curb and getting a flat. They didnt hesitate to get me in and I was done in 15 minutes! The best!Service: TiresService: Tires

This place is excellent and unlike any other place I have ever been! They are very friendly , punctual but most of all very thorough and easy to work with. Unlike previous locations I have been to what I liked was they actually brought me into the shop and showed me what was wrong instead of just telling me. They are also very accommodating and we re able to order everything today so services can be done today and my car will be drivable and safe to drive . Highly recommend!!!

The receptionist didn t make me feel the way that I felt at the Kenvil location. However, I was delighted she gave me an automatic discount on the oil change.Long story, but I m going to keep it brief. The oil change was done in about 45 minutes. At checkout, I received a list of repairs that totaled $3K. I was bewildered. It included a wheel alignment which I had recently got from the Kenvil location. I thought they all shared the same database. In addition, I wasn t offered a date ti complete the repairs.Most of the repairs were done less than two years ago and I hardly drive. I went and got a second opinion and turns out, everything is ok with my vehicle. I will not return to this location again.

Was looking for a place we could trust nearby to take care of some auto issues. I enjoyed getting to walk out with the techs to get a closer look at the guts of my wife's car from a better vantage point then my back in the driveway. Team was very pleasant, knowledgeable, fair and straight forward with cost. I appreciate the work you guys did. One new muffler, 4 tires, and an oil change. My wife is happy to have a quieter ride. Good place to go. Will be back. Definitely recommend
