Went to have my rv checked. The ride was a little ways away. Called and told i would be late, around 525 530pm. The person on the phone said ok would still be there. Showed up at 534pm, and no one was there. Not worth the time or not how you should treat a potential customer. STEAR CLEAR DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

I go to J&J Mobile Truck Repair, when I am home and need some repairs, pm s, routine check and advise, everyone at the shop is personable and friendly, the Owner John is very proactive and knows his stuff, like wise with Slammer who s runs the service counter, very knowledgeable of the big truck, they have some very quality service tech on staff. I recommend them.

I have brought only two vehicles into this company for repairs and I am one satisfied customer with both. My first time here was with my 2008 Dodge Charger which went through a flash flood a few years ago and was saved then had a pistol blow through the engine. J and J installed a working refurbished engine which extended my Charger s years with me.This recent time was a couple weeks ago where i brought my Ram 1500 with an aftermarket bumper to J and j to see if they can fabricate it on since i ordered it off of Amazon and the bumper was for a Chevy. I was not sure if J and J can do this and i kind of unexpectedly showed up with my truck. To my surprise J and J was able to squeeze me in last minute. J and J did one better than welding the bumper on by bolting it in place with bolts they had or ordered. When i got my truck back i was expecting a weld job and a bumper that will have to be sold with the truck when I m ready to sell. With the bolts i can now take the bumper off if needed. This place, workers and owners go above and beyond to make this customer happy.J and J saved me a lot of stress and time with both my vehicles. They have so much knowledge with any vehicle and respect with their customers along with amazing service.

Went in here because I have a bad sensor on my Kenworth. Needless to say they did absolutely nothing but run the diagnostic on the OBD which was about 120$ and say I needed DEF filled up and charged another 120$ for 12 gallons of DEF... the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one is because they took me in for service quickly while I waited and the guy at the front was fairly pleasant to deal with. However the tech and everyone else I feel didn't address what the problem was which still remains. Wouldn't recommend getting your truck serviced here especially if it's a major repair.. not much confidence in minor repairs either.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. John the owner refused to discount his bills after multiple, and I mean multiple consistent mistakes. Go across the street and you ll have a much better experience.

I called to get some work done and a lady answered she asked what I need done i told her and then she the the guy on the he was very nasty and rude he hang the phone up. Very unprofessional
