I have been working Driven Fleet for a few months now, always reliable, excellent on repairs, turn around time is always quick! Corinna is is always spot on with communication prompt and courteous!

Today was my third time at DRIVENI had the privilege to have Mr Robert working (servicing)on my truck ... ! He was by far, one of the best mechanics to touch my truck ! Extremely professional... very knowledgeable... very humble guy...Congrats to Driven Fleet Services (Chris)"Kudos" to Mr Robert (5 )God bless you guys Looking forward to seeing you guys next month... Katie and Chris are absolutely wonderful at what they do. They are responsive, professional, and exceptionally personable. My current employer uses them to service our entire fleet of vehicles and any time my specific office has reached out to them for service, they have always gone above and beyond to accommodate us. I am exceptionally grateful for the professional relationship I have with Katie, and only wish the absolute best for her and Driven Fleet as a whole!

Driven is our one stop shop to get everything we need done for our fleet.Katie is amazing! She is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure the job gets done. Our fleet is always running 7 days a week, without the attention to detail and the excellent and expert service provided by Driven we wouldn't be able to keep our fleet running at 100% capacity. We have used Driven Fleet Services on multiple occasions for many of our vehicle needs. Two of our most recent services were minor body work and repairs to the front of our car. The work was performed promptly by Joe and Katie got our billing invoice to us within minutes. Also, they assisted us with getting a new tire for our trailer immediately as we needed to get it back out on the road. Their services are very reliable and they are to be considered highly recommended.Services: Tires, Body & Trim

Chris, Katie, and Steve are very responsible. They achieve excellence everytime that we are in need of maintenance on our Amazon DOT XL trucks. Tri-State Gutter servicesOur truck was stranded and left without Diesel fuel so we called Route fleet services and they put 3 cans of starter fluid in the motor which could have damaged it because starter fluid is meant to be used lightly. They also did nothing to fix the problem that was really needed when they were their. They then took my truck to the shop and charged me $1700 to remove and replace the Diesel fuel filter and start the truck with normal procedure while I do know that the towing service comes at cost but the price they gave me for the work that was done at the shop and where we were stranded was way too over priced. I am very disappointed in the service.

Great place! Knowledgeable and honest guys. Chris and Steve really helped us out when we were in a bind. Reasonable, fair pricing, and dependable. They went over and above for us. J&T Trucking has already, and will continue, to recommend their services!!!

My truck had an EGR cooler leakage. They fixed the leak but forgot to tighten the turbo clamp costing me 6 hours of work. COULD NOT TIGHTEN a simple 3/8 nut!They couldn t offer a simple apology & telling me something was broken.Once you give them your $$, you re on your own !!

Had a breakdown on Route 80 and got in touch with Driven. Chris picked up the phone right away, was very understanding and jumped through hoops to get us serviced quickly and back on the road.I won't be waiting for a breakdown...Plan to do business with them on a regular basis now. Driven team is fantastic. Used services in an emergency and they were nothing short of professional, organized and efficient. Even found a problem that would have been a bigger issue if they hadn't found it. Highly recommended. Clean efficient workshop. Top of the line computer diagnostics. They are able to handle most repairs on the same day. Driven also will come to your location to do maintenance and repairs.

They are not recommended for any services....my ttuck broke down on the road and I towed my truck to their shop on Friday and I was there till Tuesday instead of fixing my truck they created more problems on truck. First they said it was a ECM problem and told them to order a new one and after installing the new ECM, MY VEHICLE WOULDN'T EVEN START and they told me again it's a problems of ONGAURD ABS module system and I have to change it, like they don't even know what they're doing...they very expensive without doing anything on your truck, never would I come here again for any reason They are not honest in the first place they will tell you they can fix the problem but instead they make it worse.... I regretted bringing my truck here and it was a wasted time and money. now I have to tow my truck freightliner for another proper work and spend more money.
