I was very happy with the sales experience at Dover Dodge. I purchased a 2019 Ram truck and traded in my Subaru, and they took care of me very well. I even had my mechanic check out the truck and he found nothing wrong with it. I am sure this truck will last me a very long time. Thanks, Mike!

We were able to close on a new Dodge Challenger with Myles. He was relatively new but we appreciated the fact he didn t try to fluff through our questions. If he didn t know he said he would get the right answer. That meant a lot. The financial part of the deal only had one minor point that was a bit less than transparent. We understand the goal of new car sales is to maximize profit. There was an option listed on the invoice that we hadn t agreed to. Myles was able to have the fee removed and we were able to move forward. That was probably the finance manager or other party at the dealer. Overall a good experience with minimal issues. Recommended.

From start to finish the whole process was seamless! The selection of RAM 1500s at Dover was amazing, and the staff the was exceptional! I was in and out in about an hour, and greeted by the GM and owner during that time My salesman Kevin was on top of everything, and was extremely knowledgeable about my new truck and ALL of it s features. This was my first experience with Dover Dodge, and they made an awesome impression, I will definitely be back !!

When you are looking to purchase a new vehicle, make sure to speak with Ken Reed. He was my sales representative and he was absolutely wonderful. I was way over my mileage on my current lease, and he was able to help me get out of a sticky situation and into a brand new car for the payment area I wanted to be in. He wasn t trying to over sell me into something that I didn t want or scam me like most sales representatives would do. Highly recommend this location. Everyone is very nice and welcoming.

It was a pleasure buying my new-to-me 2017 Jeep Wrangler from Dover Dodge. It was hard to say goodbye to my 2009 Jeep after 15 years together but Mopar Mike was very helpful and went above and beyond as did Eddie in finance and even the service department in putting it all together for me. They all made what was a stressful situation a lot easier. I got a great deal and a great car. I wouldn t hesitate to buy my next Jeep there as well.

Took my car to the service department on Salem Street in Dover Everyone there is always very helpful and attentive. The nice young man, gave me a ride home. He was very polite and friendly genuinely seemed to enjoy his job. I think his name was Nick.

My repair was completed quickly and to my complete satisfaction. The staff (Brian Z especially) was courteous and treated me as a valued customer.I have never been dissatisfied with the Dover Dodge Service Dept.

Love this service center. Professional, Friendly and accommodating. The woman at the desk is great at her job too. Didn t love that the tire isn t stocked and I had to leave with it leaking air but it came in the next day and I am happy to have a new tire.

Whenever I get an oil change, the service dept is great, only writing this review because I feel like the manager of the service dept on McFarland is a good guy and has good service.On a whole, I ll never use Dover Dodge again, have had a terrible experience with my brand new lease and so much back and forth with the service dept who handled that and Jeep/chrysler corporate that I will never have a Chrysler brand vehicle again. The actual sales dept and manager of that was also a joke, didn t help the situation either, said it was out of their hands when they definitely could ve helped handle the issues with my car.

Last time I used your service department I had a very good experience. Your service manager Brian was excellent.I had two vehicles there for repairone was scheduled and one unscheduled (emergency) repair Bian handled this fantastically. Took care of the problems keep me updated. Found an unscheduled repair on the truck, made this repair. You have a outstanding service department and a excellent service manager. This is why I've used your service for many years.

Avoid!! We purchased a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica that has had nothing but constant issues with the battery and electrical system. The service department keeps telling us there s nothing wrong with it but the car randomly won t start and has died on me at a traffic light. Now the air bag light is on and won t go off! Have brought it to other mechanics who have said they see a lot of pacificas with the same problems. It s a lemon and Dover dodge won t do anything to help us. We have been loyal customers with them after purchasing 2 other cars there before this one. We need a reliable car for my family with young children. The customer service has gone way down hill and I wouldn t recommend this dealership to my worst enemy.

Walked in with a plan to see one specific vehicle and Harry was absolutely wonderful to work with. He got me the keys for a test drive, and ran credit for me. I came back in the morning with my husband, and left with the Jeep Wrangler I had been looking for! Thank you for being so efficient and helpful through the entire process!

I ordered my 2022 Ram Rebel customized from the factory through Dover Dodge, thanks to Ken Read, he made every part of the process easy. He s a great guy and easy to work with.The only bad experience was the finance person who was a bit rude, but other than that everything was good. If you ever want to stop by at Dover Dodge, ask for Ken.

Considering how long transactions typically take at car dealers this one was unexpectedly much shorter and much more pleasant. They worked with me to get the deal I wanted, not what they wanted and that helps the customer feel appreciated. The salesperson Andrea can t be outdone. Once I told her my list of demands, she was remarkably helpful with providing insight and knowledge about the various vehicles which would fall in range. Highly recommended, and ask for Andrea.

Always receive excellent, quick and reliable service here. Everyone is friendly. It s clean with different amenities while you wait. Just recently I had low tire pressure from a nail in my tire and they saved the day for my two young sons and I by taking my jeep in and repairing my tire in about 20 minutes.

I would normally add more stars but since my vehicle smelled like it had been smoked in and I had dirt foot prints on my backseat I can t do that. I maintain very clean vehicles and this was very bothersome to me. Getting that smell out won t be easy and having to take it to get cleaned isn t something I should have to do after entrusting a dealership or any business w my property.Otherwise, they were great at answered my calls, always being kind, being patient w my travels. warranted the work etc.

They were extremely helpful, especially Brian, with researching my warranty and getting me covered for the problem with 2018 Grand Cherokee screen. They scheduled service to accommodate my availability as best as possible and the appointment was on time and quick. Very positive experience.

I have been buying Vehicles from Dover Dodge when it was on Salem St. since the 1990s and I m sorry to say that I will not be going back to the service center. Do to the service manager Adam lack of knowledge of the vehicles he is Entrusted in servicing. Trying to sell batteries to a customer that just put new after market ones. That surpassed manufacture specs. That are less than one month old. Is not good for a repeat customer. Free oil changes doesn t restore the trust that is lost.
