High-quality workmanship. Highly recommend for custom work on your Harley. Took care of my bike better than Harley did. Explained my issue and problems received my bike timely and running like a dream. Only downfall they are small shop and appointment times are long apart.

I really appreciate ken , he is honest and very knowledgeable !! love the shop always get a good laugh with bill and ken . Had an issue with my street glide ken re tuned it .bike ran better then ever . just picked up 2021 road glide can't wait to see what he does with this bike . no reason to go anywhere else

I have never had an experience in my life at this place of business. I walked in from out of town and explained that I had a 600 mile road trip in a few days and I needed a few things for my bike to make the trip. The owner proceeds to come out and look at my bike to assess it and he didn t have the parts on hand and they wouldn t come in in time for my trip home. He then just starts taking parts off of his personal bike and putting them on mine. I was flabbergasted!!! He also squeezed my bike in for an oil change. This place has my business 100% when I am there, I don t care if I have to ride a hundred miles I will be going to this business where they treat you like their brother/Sister. Thank you many times over for what y all have done!!!!!

I have 09 fatboy. Ken and crew installed mini apes on the bike. Fantastic job! Such a better ride compared to stock. Very professional and trustworthy. My next project will go to black hills for sure

Went in to discuss a dyno tune. Great customer service, spoke about current build, and future planned build, and Ken really listened to what's done/going to be done and steered me in the right direction. After we decided a dyno tune this year was basically a waste of money, he still gave great advice and knowledge. Not just there to make a sale, they will truly tell you what's best. They will definitely see me in the future.

As a small local independent you live and die by customer service. These guys got it going on! The angry uninterested parts guy at the dealership can kiss my ass! If you don't like people don't work with them. Black Hills has a new customer for life. Go see them...

Ken is the best, they have a great deal of parts and the ability to quickly get you something they might not have. If you want your putt dynotuned Ken is the man!
