I have a good friend who has a tight budget and needed a car as soon as possible because her other vehicle broke down. After visiting more than 7 used car dealerships, we found Auto Banc and Julian. I can't thank Julian enough for sitting down with my friend and I and explaining every detail of the process. He was straight to the point, honest, respectful, helpful and funny. Thank you, Julian!

We had the best experience buying a used truck here! Julian made it such a great experience. He was very responsive when I inquired and when we went to look at the truck he wasn t one of those sales people that followed you all over the lot. Their vehicles are spotless! He came in on his day off to finalize my purchase. This says so much about his commitment to his customers. I would absolutely highly recommend Autobanc for your used car purchase! I spent MONTHS looking for cars, and went to 20+ dealerships where i got hassled, lied to, and everyone tried to rip me off and charge crazy amounts in fees, i was BLESSED to find this place and it is truly the best thing that could ve happened to me, Julian was the nicest salesperson i ve ever met, didn t hassle me, the prices were very upfront, everything was straight to the point, even when i struggled to get a loan since im very young, he constantly helped me out for DAYS even on off hours, couldn t have asked for a better first car shopping experience here, 10/10, if i ever need to get another car , this is the first place i ll go to. I ve had the car for 2 months now and im very happy with my purchase ! he even helped me out with my getting a good insurance quote! loved everything about it

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Getting a new car could be stressful but it really wasn t here. Julian was amazing from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, and when i finally picked one he made the buying and finance process so easy. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and got the vehicle I wanted. 10/10 will recommend this dealership to everyone I know.

This was my first time buying a car and going into Auto Banc I was very skeptic. Boy was I wrong! I couldn t be happier with the experience. Julian was amazing and very accommodating. Couldn't recommend more. If they have a vehicle of interest go check it out. You'll get straightforward numbers and information. Make this a first stop, not a last top, lesson learned and time wasted on my end going anywhere else!

I came here looking for an f150 Ecoboost and they showed me some trucks that didn't fit my needs . The sales mann Julian called me 2 weeks later and said he had a sweet one coming in that he's sure I would love at a great price. He didn't disappoint! Super honest, upfront , would definitely recommend.

We bought a Nissan from them and a few months later and about 500 miles later the transmission and alternator went and was told the control arms bushings were badly cracked and dangerous. We had the car towed while on vacation in SC and the dealer estimate was $10k. AutoBanc told us wouldn t be covered under lemon law and said good luck that s what you get when you buy from a used car dealer. I would not recommending buying a car from a dealer that doesn t inspect the car they sell you and not help you. I am filing a lemon law claim now

They have a high rate of phone spam. They got me with their warranty, and every time I have an issue, they only cover what is beneficial for them to cover. They call you and call you until you give up.
