Excellent customer service! Bhavesh helped me with my front headlight questions and he also switched my key fob battery in store. He was super helpful. I highly recommend coming to this store. Thanks!

staff is rude and inconsiderate; they are fast to devalue your concerns / questions as a customer. can t do anything about that yeah blame the company said as per the staff. Such snide and rude comments for no reason.

Jim the manager there is one great individual! was very helpful in replacing my car battery made it quick and painless. Pleasant conversation he definitely knows his stuff! Would recommend this store just because of Jim. Arthur was also very helpful throughout another great individual!

My go to shop for Purolator oil filters. Great bunch of guys working behind the counter. Very attentive and helpful. I was here looking for a windshield crack fixer and the guy pointed me in the right direction and even recommended a brand he had a positive experience with. The store is well kept and clean.The store is extremely well kept and clean. The shelves are always full. If they don't have a certain item you're looking for, they'll go out of their way to point you in the right direction to find the item.

Went to buy windshield wipers and could NOT be more impressed with the hard working staff.I worked at a gas station for YEARS & could still not figure out how to install the new wipers.A VERY HELPFUL STAFF MEMBER INSISTED HE COULD INSTALL THEM SO HE DID.5 STAR SERVICE! JUST GO HERE. YOU WON'T BE BE DISAPPOINTED!

The guys there are incredibly nice and helpful! The manager is so nice to chat with and knows a lot! I can't thank then enough for helping me w my car battery! Prompt and nice service!!

Customer service is always available here. They take care of you promptly.(unlike other competitors down the road,who ignore clients regularly- will not post competitors name but they have a similar Orange sign-- ____zone).

I came here for windshield wiper fluids and didn't know how to put it in my car and Jim was so nice! And came to my car and helped me!!! I was really grateful and he was so nice about it! I definitely recommend this place. Excellent service.

Always helpful staff here so I don't go anywhere else. Prices are decent for most items and they have a selection of parts for most of what you need unless your car doesn't run or was built 30 years ago (just assuming)Cadillac ATS, SUZUKI GS500F (no oil filters available here, order online), Chevrolet Equinox

Picked up a battery which was not available at a few other store. Got it fast and installed it myself. Always ask for $10 coupon they'll be nice and give it to you

The guys here in Rockaway are great. One gentleman helped with my old chevy installing the stupid battery! Yea, the piece of metal had to be removed in order to install the battery... about an hour and a half... he did the work, and I tipped him well for it... Thank.

I was in need for a battery so badly for my mother in law. The doors were closed. I was about to leave when Jim comes to the door and asked what I needed. Told Jim the the situation and that my mom and law is an older lady. I couldnt believe Jim actually opened the door and told me to come in. So grateful because I live and PA so I'm not out here this much. He helped me with the battery and the brake lights.. Shoutout to Brad also. Great Staff, Great Guys. Thanks A Bunch Jim. I wish there were more star than 5 because they deserve more.

Very friendly and experience employees. Not the cheapest place to buy auto parts but do yourself a favor and get the Honey addon for Chrome, then use it to order parts online at 25% - %40 off. You're welcome.

Drove to them in need of a new battery because they stated they would install what I needed and that the model was in stock. After I got there I was told they didn't have the battery, tried to upsell me on another and then told me they didn't do installations like what I needed. When I questioned the entire situation the salesperson became rude and agitated.Ended up having to call roadside assistance.Glad I wasted my time.

Don't bother ordering online to save time. They take their sweet time to pick the parts. Counter guys are useless. They rarely find you the tool you need or pick the right part. Some parts are in terrible condition, dusty broken.

UBeen getting parts from Advanced Auto since the opened. Their parts are not of the Best Quality, but they will get the job done. Be careful what you buy and Always look for the coupons, Could save you up to 30%

Really bad customer service and returns depending on their mood. I got light bulbs for headlight and gave me the wrong one went to returned a few hours later. The guy with a really bad attitude kept on giving me excuse not to accept it

If you need an auto part, do yourself a favor and drive to NAPA literally couple feet down the road. Cheaper than Advance Auto Parts and better service.

Terrible store. Clueless behind counter. Bearded guy makes you wait 10 minutes while he is on a personal call about his own POS car
