I chose Meineke (this site) for all the great reviews I read, and they didn't disappoint. The mechanic was VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE about all the repairs needed. John is super kind and put me at ease. He kept me updated through out the whole process and explained the issues with my car, and made the technical part more easier to understand. The staff/mechanic provided great customer care and service. I definitely would recommend. Thanks guys

Went to have air conditioning checked. It was blowing warm air. Tech immediately found the problem. New part was ordered, delivered and installed. Entire repair took only 90 minutes. AC works great. Very satisifed.

Jonathan was a great rep and the mechanic graciously showed me all he did. The job was quoted as taking a half hour with a price agreed upon. Though the job took an hour, I was not charged extra! I would highly recommend this Meineke!

My experience at this Meineke has always been a positive one. Anything my vehicle needs I trust my car care with this place. If your vehicle needs to stay they do offer arrangements so you don't have to spend your whole day at the shop. They are precise and organized. Everyone is personable and very nice. My go-to guys are Jonathan and Joe. Love them to pieces! They make you feel like part of the family! They are so kind and generous! I know my vehicle is in good hands! Thank you so much for your kindness guys!

Was there yesterday for oil change. Hands down best oil change experience yet... very professional, I called first to check for appointment was told if I was interested in now. I headed right over, whole time spent was under 20 minutes, I will definitely be a returning customer and will also highly recommend this shop

I scheduled an oil change and came in on Monday afternoon. Jonathan was super helpful, polite and took mu car right away. Honored a coupon as a first time customer. The waiting room is clean with a Keurig available. Can't say enough nice things. Thank you! You've made a loyal customer

Jonathan- Manager is excellent. I reside in Lyndhurst and absolutely love the Rochelle Park Auto Repair Services. They did a great job on my brakes and I go there for oil changes. Excellent customer service and very professional. Love the Meineke in Rochelle Park.

Very good service at right point of time. Impressed by Supporting staff. I was stuck with flat tire near to Meineke car care center at Rochelle park location but As soon as I get there I don't have to worry about my car and they provided a best service they can. I do recommend Meineke car care center!

Had a great experience at the Rochelle Park, NJ location. From the moment I scheduled my oil change and tire rotation at 8am the next day using their convenient online system to the very clean waiting area and professional technicians! They were prompt and courteous. I will be back in 6 months!

Lucky to have found this shop. The manager and his team of mechanics are the best. They re experienced, professional and honest. Every customer that came while I was there felt like a family to them even though this is their first time to the shop. Go see for yourself.

Absolutely wonderful mechanics. From the first conversation with Joe, to the speed with which they got my van on the lift, to the sunny, quiet wait room with Kuerig, to not treating me like a dumb female, to doing only the work needed, for a reasonable price, I will not go anywhere else for my engine servicing. So worth the trip over from Manhattan!

They replaced my muffler quickly. Friendly staff. New shop location. Clean and bright. Will go back. I like that they take pictures of the problem and send them to you along with the quote. Very professional

One of my best auto service center I ever had in my past 25 years living in USA. Very honest loyal trustworthy people without any complaints ever. I love them most knowing whatever the vehicle issues will be resolved without telling anything else . Cheaper prices as compared to any private mechanic and millions time better then the car service center from the companies. This place does not need your business. Waited 15 mins at the front desk, during that time another customer came and left. Went outside, knocked on the garage door, owner comes out, told him I'd been waiting for about 20 mins, tells me I just got there and he doesn't want my business. Absolutely unapologetic and rude. Probably the owner or his son, please stay away from this place.
