The ladies working at NAPA in Riverside are amazing!!! For the past 3 days, my dad and I were going back and forth cause apparently there was more than one problem with my truck. They were attentive, knowledgeable and made sure we got exactly what was needed. I will never go anywhere else!

We have been a customer at Napa for many years and have never had an issue. I and my husband Douglas are Tree service business owners and we appreciate the honesty and fast services so far that we have received from the old and new management.Not all businesses are the same but if you treat people with patience, humbleness and with a good attitude than your day and their day will be a blessed one.My daughter went in this week and gave a $100 extra for her parts she picked up and the lady worker called me to let me know the honest mistake.Now in days no one does that. So we appreciate them and what they have been doing so far and I m sure with the new management they will do their best to make it even better.So kudos to Riverside Napa.

Great selection and fair prices. However, unlike the other NAPA stores in the area, the staff at this location is not the friendliest in the world. Perhaps my experience is unique, but every time I go to this particular store, the employees always seem annoyed that I am there. For example, recently I stopped in to pickup an intake gasket. When I approached the counter to give the employee my make and model info, he loudly sighed as he was typing my info into the computer. Then when he found the part, he sighed as he stood up to go get it.

While Napa may be a big chain, they aren't anything like the others. This location (and most I've been to) are very personable. Their employees are knowledgeable, and are willing to share their knowledge to help you get your project done. Add to that their incredible inventory, and you've got the best parts store around!

Don t waste your time going to this store. They have no idea what in their inventory. The New Owner acts like you re annoying her, not friendly at all. The only thing they actually have is tools and care care products. This place is sure to fail under the current ownership/management which is a shame because Jack s Auto Parts and the last NAPA owners were great.

We were in search of a part for a truck that has been all but outdated. Went to local napa in Riverside and they were more than willing to help. In 1 day the part was found and ordered. Old fashioned customer service still exists with napa.

Had the right CVT fluid I needed that I couldn't find anywhere else. They also had everything else I didn't need to buy. Employees were very helpful.

The store hours is 8.00 to 5.00 but everyday they close 15 to 10 minutes early i call the store and the employee was very rude and hug up the phone i don't recomen before was some nice guys work there now its to old women very rude

Stay away from here. I was on hold for so long I drove to this location still on hold to find one guy here, phones beeping, other people on hold like it s no big deal. Stay away from here!
