Jim is very attentive to his customers, he's trees everyone with complete attention. He's a very good businessman he definitely knows how to deal with the public and they are the easiest to deal with because I've been there and I know! Once you get past that Mark which is way past I think you got it made of course is a very good mechanic his prices are very reasonable. There's not much less I can say about the man I could talk on and on more and more about them so if you want your car repaired the correct way and not getting ripped off, he's very honest he will tell you how it is and it's the right way go deal with him is a good man!!!

I'm an 80yr man who moved into this area some 7yrs ago and have been using Donovan's since then. It's been excellent. Was told there might be a transmission problem with my car. Called Donovan's and was able to make an appointment within the week to have my car looked at. They looked at it that day (no issues, thank goodness) and had it ready for me before the end of business. Then I realized I forgot to ask them to look at something else too, called them back on Monday and they said they would see what they could do. Again, looked at it within a day and fixed the problem. Kept me updated the whole time and worked with me the whole way. My car is old and foreign with a special trim, and has more problems than are worth fixing. They were honest and didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need. I think I just fell in love with an auto shop...and I hate auto shops.
