I spoke with Nick about a week ago and explained the condition my truck is in. He agreed to come to my house to look at it and let me know if it's worth it to fix it or just get a new truck. After waiting a week, Nick doesn't come, and a tow truck shows up to take my truck to their shop. I asked if they wouldn't fix it, how I would get my truck back home. They would charge me $150. I live one block away. Total waste of time and Nick didn't keep his word.

Stay away from this scam of an auto shop. He is never around and will charge you for services not properly done. Ohh and he will hold your belongings knowing the law clearly states it s illegal.On top of that they charge you a holding fee not because it s your fault for coming during business hrs to pick up the car but because the owner is not in the shop.

Malanga's mechanics are talented and knowledgeable professionals I was struggling with a roaring noise from underneath my Subaru. After multiple mechanics couldn't find the source of the noise, I brought the car Malanga's and Rich found the problem. It was repaired the same day and was reasonably priced. I highly recommend their expertise.

Front desk female employee had a terrible attitude over the phone and even worse in person. We ended up successfully taking car out of their lot and then politely asked to use a wrench or tool to put our temp plates on and she said a wrench is $25 to use. $25 to borrow a wrench for less than 2 minutes. A complete rip off , with terrible and rude service.

First thanks to NJ State Police for first class response to 911call from us on break down with a travel trailer. Thanks to Rick and his son Nick for the Professional Towing of are Suv and Trailer. Letting as stay in are trailer in there yard over Night. First thing in the morning Rick the Owner of Malangas did the Repair on are Suv ,Waterpump replacement very fair Pricing and professional. By noon we back on the Road again for are 4 Mont Trip. Thanks to the Mindful Truckers changing Lanes on 278 Highway for are safety. WERNER and Gisela and Maugeli the

Had a car breakdown. They were the duty tow for my town. They showed up quick, and were super friendly. Took it back to the shop. Unfortunately my car was an older one so the price for repair was more than the car was worth, but they were cool about helping me deal with it.

Malanga's Towing towed our car from a serious accident last week. Nick was professional, very courteous and helped to calm us down which was a real blessing. We are thankful to have been treated so well by this company and all it's employees (including the pup Jax).

Horrible company!! Avoid these guy s at all COST! Ridiculous fees for car "just sitting there" in their lot!!! This needs to change immediately!!! They want your money, Highway Robbery. Call owner to "confront him" and he doesn't return any calls!! Call any other Towing Company before these guy s.. Never recommend Malanga s to anyone. They will tow your vehicle - when another company is already on the way, so they are "jacking" your car!! Is there a zero star? They didn t deserve the 1 star review!!!

Malanga's automotive towed my car, price gouged me on towing my car, then damaged my car towing it. Said my car was junk and have no intention of repairing it since they promised to call me back and I still have not heard from them in two weeks. I since then repaired it myself and have been driving it everyday. I would not recommend Malanga's automotive to anyone. They don't deserve the one star I gave them.

Had a car break down and they towed it to a to my house. The cost is 125hr. The guy towing the car was great and i had a nice experience.

I had to tow an old MGA, which doesn't run, and contacted Malanga's. I had a few conversations with the Father/Son Team of Rick & Nick.These guys were a pleasure to deal with and showed up, as promised.Not only were they punctual, but Nick was EXTREMELY helpful moving this old car ro its new home.I would recommend them. Pricing was Great. Service was Exceptional and Nick was a Pro.I didn't feel like a transaction. And I appreciate that.

I drive all over metro area for work and I have an 06 jeep wrangler that I beat up many years ago as a kid. I always have problems with it when I go to other shops but when I take it here Duke (the mechanic) always does a great job. Its tough to work on my own car anymore because I don't have the equipment or time to even check it out (its lifted.) I've learned my lesson the hard way, I'll never go anywhere but here again. Its hard to find a mechanic who won't rip you off and will do good work.

Best people to deal with and they do great work... l deffinately recomend Malanga's for towing service and car servicing and they also do State inspections so you don't have to wait at Motor vehicles to get your car inspected. They're there to give the best services...Thank you Malanga's

Tried to get my car inspection done here. Waste of time. I can go to the state and get it done for free but I was willing to go here and pay $65, they gave me the run around. Sad because I live in town and help run a group page on FB with over 500 members. Oh well.

Had my grandmothers car in the shop here. Quality work priced fairly and the job was done quickly. I highly recommend this shop to anyone locally.

I dont have much to say about there towing, but they do shotty mechanic work, over charge you and you wait weeks if not months for the repairs to be fixed.... Do not go here.

I'm not sure how good or bad the garage is but as for Towing very high price storage of your car is very high price and the level of Employee Assistance is very inconsistent. Not a good experience at all.

Very strange people. Sort of..."the hills have eyes" for auto....There's something to be said for old school. ..but....you could do better for everything...even gas.
