Absolutely amazing. Communicative, honest, and professional. The work is impeccable - the car looks brand new and they cleaned the entire car so the inside is spotless too. The car hasn't looked this good since the leaser dropped it off!Pics are before and after.Service: Body & Trim

I took my car today 10/12/2023 because someone hit my car while parked in my drive way and didn t bother to ring the door bell to inform me. If you ever need help to get your car fixed or anything go to Venice Auto Body & Painting Specialsts. The service I received was amazing and almost made me emotional because I was stressing out with the finances of the damage to my car. But the person who helped me made me feel more calm and relaxed. Then swiftly got the things done I needed for my car. An amazing shop.

We had a accident and Peter helped us repair our car. He seed no problem I got this and few weeks later our car was like new. Had no problems with the insurance he really took care is me. Thank you, I am so glad to have taken my car to his shop.

They spoil the authenticity of the car to get more money from the insurance.They prefer to replace the part in order to repair a small damage, in this way, the value of your vehicle decreases, I definitely do not recommend this place.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Late Friday night I was slowly pulling into my garage and my left sideview mirror caught on the edge of the garage trim.Luckily I was going slowly so just the back of the mirror popped off. I was able to stop, and pull back before doing more damage! I thought I'd be able to pop it back on myself on Saturday. Turns out it was impossible. I use the shoemaker next to Venice Autobody. and figured I'd bring it to them. I checked their website and saw they'd be closing in a few minutes. I met Peter in his office and explained what happened. He was so upbeat, understanding and friendly.. He was adjusting the piece to snap back on when his son Dominic came over to help! In no time they fixed it. Cost: zero! They deserve all the accolades for amazing service. I'l be back for a minor ding in my passenger door and will definitely recommend them! Thank youPeter and Dominic for your expertise, honesty and kindness at the end of a very busy day.

I scratched my car terribly against a wall and I brought it here to be repaired. They did a fantastic job! My car looks brand new! They even took the time to hand wash it and make interior look cleaner than it was! Excellent customer service. More than just a car repair service. Venice Auto Body is a family run business that goes far beyond restoring your beloved car! They are friendly and always available for their customers. Whenever my car has been repaired, it looks better than when I first got it. They take their workmanship above and beyond and thrive on perfection. Highly recommend this auto body and painting specialist to anyone looking for quality service. Not to mention, the office is so beautiful and clean, unlike most auto businesses!

Hands down the only place I'd ever go to when needed, they're very understanding of customer's needs, very helpful navigating the insurance claims process. I'm a picky person with my car and have never received anything but the best treatment here. Professional work, never had an issue with paint nor mechanical repairs and completed on time. Dominic and Pete will always have my business.

Wow. Wow. Wow.I ve brought my car in for repair twice in the past year with urgent need to have the repairs done quickly. Dom is not only incredibly skilled, but he is also very amicable and a pleasure to work with.Most recently, I had the paint scraped off on my door. Despite it being a difficult color to find, Dom had completed the job in 4 quick days.If you ever need any body work done on your car, I implore you to come to this shop.I have seriously never come across a better specialist than Dom.

Very professional and gave a great price. My husband took my car in to get some dents repair. Great paint job. They forget to buff out the scratches but did it afterwards and did a beautiful job. I definitely recommend this place! ;

I live in town so I went to have a fog lense and a tail light that water was getting into fixed.After the tail light had been fixed, I noticed water getting back inside. When i brought this to their attention, they tell me they only had changed the rusted light fixture not the tail light. This was not what we had agreed on, becuase this would not solve the problem of water getting in. The man began to curse me out on the phone when I simply demanded to see the invoice. Absolutely horrible experience. I thought for the price I had paid the tail light would have been fixed as well.

After being referred to go here I was disappointed not completely in the work but the customer service. You would think if your bring ppl business they would appreciate it.
