Nervous nelly here, I stopped at Richter's without an appointment last week when my oil light came on ahead of my anticipated service date. They were super kind to check my oil without an appointment and make sure I had enough to be on my way for a busy day with lots of driving. They recommended sensible next steps and helped me understand what might be the problem. I'm grateful for their kindness and patience with me.

I have a service plan for my Highlander with the dealer and had a few items that needed attention but were not emergency issues. I decided to wait a few months and went to Richter s so they could double check those items. Dave was incredibly helpful having them checked out and determined they did not need addressing at this time. He saved me about $500 and I will definitely be returning to Richter s for any issues not covered under my dealer s maintenance plan.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Great service. Repair jobs are done well and on time. Professional and courteous. Very pleased with the work done. Will continue to take our cars to Richter's Service. Dave and his team work on what needs to be done not like car dealers that always find things that need replacement or repair while in fact none is needed. No more going to car dealers for maintenance or repairs. Highly recommend Richter's s Service.

I don't typically leave reviews as service providers usually just do their jobs and you get what you get. However, I feel compelled to leave a review on Richter's. We are relatively new to the area and finding a trusted mechanic is always a daunting task. However, after bringing my Porsche Cayenne to Dave at Richter's, I can say with 100% certainty that we have found our mechanic for years to come. I needed to have the window regulator replaced and had gotten some outrageous quotes from other mechanics. Dave did it for a more than reasonable price and it was done much faster than I could have imagined. I brought it to him Thursday am, fully expecting to get it back some time the following week. He called me later that day saying it would have been done except he needed some additional parts and it was finished the next morning.Additionally, the service light had come on for routine service. Instead of saying..."oh you need this, and that, and this done", Dave looked up what was required based on the mileage and concluded that there really was nothing to be done. It is this type of honest work that will keep me going back as long as we live in the area!Many thanks to Dave and the team at Richter's. There is a reason that they have received so many glowing reviews.

I brought my truck in for a oil leak. Dave took my truck right in and had his mechanic diagnosis the issue and found that the oil filter housing was loose and was causing the leak. The mechanic tightened the filter and cleaned the residual oil around the engine. The amazing part is I was in and out in less than a hour and that there was no charge for the work they did. Dave and his staff were trustworthy and offered great customer service. I will definitely go back again.Service: Engine repair

I would never take my car anywhere else! The staff at Richter's are honest and competent. They always explain their services, and they have never recommended anything that's not necessary -- and will tell me if a particular service can wait till the next time I bring my car in. Great service as expected from such a reputable place! I came to Richter's on recommendation from other family members and was highly impressed. Not only were they able to address my problem right away, but they did it at a great price point. Walking in I felt that I had been there before a hundred times. I will be coming back for my other repair and service needs. I also know the guys there love Mopar! I have confidence my jobs will always be done right!

Honest, helpful, and low wait time. I stop by there any time I have tire issues from tires losing air quickly to "my car's tires don't seem to be driving well". If there is something they can do to fix my problem, it's typically done quickly (I waited today to get 4 snow tires put onto my car - they estimated I'd be waiting an hour and it took exactly an hour from the time I came in with my car). They've also offered me honest advice that has resulted in loss of business for them - I've stopped by to buy new tires and complain about my minivan's horrible handling in bad weather but they advised me that my tires were actually fine and had months left in them before I truly needed to change them.Service: Wheel alignment

My sister has been using Richter s for years. I finally went to them for a minor service after years of being ripped off by my dealer. They looked at my car on short notice and fixed the issue for a great price. I will definitely be going back for regular service.

First time with Richters and they will be my go to from now on. Needed new rear breaks and sun roof drain flushed. Dropped the car off at noon, got a call back within an hour on assessment and job was done by 4pm same day. Price was much less than dealer, who had suggested other probably needless repairs. Was a pleasure dealing with Dave at the front desk.

As always, the team at Richter's gets the job done right the first time. i needed an oil change and asked that they check out a few problems I noticed. A few hours later, the oil and filter were changed, they addressed most of the problems I asked about, and told me that one problem is a bit out of their scope (engine-related) so I was better off taking it to a specialist for my make of car. Good honest people work here; especially Dave. I'll never go to another service place again.

I've been using Richter's Service for 6 years and have had nothing but GREAT experiences. The work is always done well and service is always completed quickly. The staff are friendly and most importantly the work is always honest.

Dave was so helpful with my used car I just bought. Shortly after buying my jeeps lights came on the radiator was leaking and I was in a panic. I called and Dave said bring it buy I'll check it out. He was so thorough and respectful of my situation and was able to fix my problems and put my mind at ease that I didn't make a huge mistake. I will sleep better tonight. Thanks Dave so much!!

I ve been servicing my vehicles at Richter s Service station for a couple years now. The staff is always friendly and eager to check on my car. I ve never had an issue getting my car in for them too look at. Two thumbs up for sure.
