I've Been to so many auto repair places but this one is the BEST! I truly trust them and their customer service is top tier I send all my clients to them! I will never take my car anywhere else. These people are sent from God and I'm not exaggerating. Plus I love how the receptionist would call and check on the car to see if it's running smooth. I should've been did this review but I wanted to see if my car would act up and it's been 3 going on 4 months no issues. I love these people

Came here to get my breaks repaired. They did an amazing job considering the short notice, also found other issues that didn't realize I had. Very Honest repairs and was very informative before doing any work. Looks like a family run business, they are very nice and wholesome when communicating regarding the repairs. Will definitely return for future repairs. It's also nice that they are close to the center of Ridgewood, plenty of things to do while waiting.

Attitude problem - a young man worked in store was very rude and don t want to do business. We actually call before I go. When I arrived on Friday afternoon, the guy told me he doesn t know how long I should wait, or come back tomorrow. I will never come back!

My family has trusted the owner of this mechanic shop for years. Never have they ever said no to helping out. Best prices, trustworthy owner, and amazing service. I come from west New York I definitely don t mind the drive to come over here. If you re looking for a new mechanic shop H & K auto repair is the place to go.

I had my 2018 Toyota Highlander serviced at our local dealer for years however it was time to shop around and I regret not doing it sooner. H&K team was able to offer me after market choices as well as original OEM parts at a huge competitive pricing from what the dealer quoted me. Their prices saved me hundreds and they guarantee their work which was very important to me. These guys are top notch! We thought our car was a write off after our daughter had a collision in it, (she is ok thank goodness). Ivan and his team have basically made our jeep like new again. It now drives and looks better than when we bought it at 2 years old. Throughout the process Ivan s communication and availability to answer our questions was unfaltering. Even in these times of scarcity of auto parts Ivan got our car completely repaired in good time. These guys are the best in the business in our experience. We went in with what we thought was a flat tire and were immediately assisted. H&K took a look and let us know that we did not have a flat tire and did not charge us for the time it took them to investigate. They were knowledgeable and we appreciated the fact that they were honest with us. We would definitely go back in the future.

This is the most dishonest place I have ever experienced. If you go there with a check engine light on, you better have somebody else check it before you get there. You will see how they come up with more codes. To make sure you come back, they disconnect the sensors so they can trigger the check engine light.Never again!!To answer you response:I have no intensions of making my information public. Somebody in your shop knows very well what they did. The first time, a few days after leaving your shop, ("what a coincidence") the check engine light came on. So I asked my neighbor to help me check on his the computer and it showed a bad transmission fluid pressure sensor. So I went back to the shop and after they checked on it, they told me that besides the transmission sensor, I need a new catalytic converter which would cost $600 to replace.I did not want to get anything done anymore. So, I went back to my neighbor and guess what: When he went to replace the transmission sensor, the connector was loose on it. And when he checked on the computer again, there was another code, this time for the oxygen sensor was showing that was bad (not the catalytic converter). But guess what happened when he looked into the oxygen sensor, it was also loose ("what a coincidence")Services: Transmission, Auto exhaust system repair, Auto engine diagnostic
