Very poor service and management of schedule. I called in to see when I can get oil change and they said I can come in right now. But I ended up waiting 30 minutes because they were working on a car. Then checked with the front desk woman and she said I had to wait another 20 minutes so I left. Then they called back and had the audacity to say I wasted their time for leaving. You can tell this place doesn t care to have proper management and service.

I'm very picky about my own car and have seen the subpar work of many local mechanics and dealerships that drove me to always do car-maintenance for myself. For the things I cannot do or when I don't have the time, I go to this shop.This shop has not let me down!I've spoken with Manny and Jose in all my times here. They are both very knowledgeable, polite, and most importantly HONEST.They've changed the brake pads and rotors on my 2008 Toyota Tacoma while charging 1/4th of what the Toyota Dealership was quoting me on the phone. Did a great job on it too,Most recently I took my 2013 Lexus GS 350 to get the Transmission Filter and oil changed, brake-fluid flushed, and the front wheels aligned.Manny said all the right things when explaining what he would do. Other shops were kinda clueless when describing their process.I shopped around for prices and they were very fair in the work they've done for me.As for the recent maintenance work, the car is now shifting smoother and the brakes are not spongy (they didn't get air in the system which is good). The car rides straight on flat road so the alignment was also well done.I'm very happy with these guys and will keep coming as long they keep the Good and Honest Work up!Services: Transmission, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

Best shop in the area by far. Prices are fair, work is done right, and they never try upsell you on anything or charge you work for work you didn't ask for. I cant recommend this place enough.

Went to various mechanics and motorcycle shops, no one wanted to work on my lil Chinese dirt bike. These guys did. Manuel was top notch in service. Quick and painless. An auto shop was my last resort. Glad I went here. Will definitely come back.Now I can enjoy riding around my bike before winter hits thanks to this shop.Service: Tire rotations

I drive a 21-year-old Mercury with 100, 000+ miles and Manny and his crew are keeping it running beautifully for me. I am always treated with courtesy by everyone at the shop whenever I stop by with a problem. All work is explained to me and I am always shown the parts that needed to be replaced. I had more work done than I checked off this list (because they are not here) and the final cost for everything was very reasonable. Manny and his team saved my Jeep with a bad engine a few years ago, and now I'm taking my Chevrolet to them for brakes. I'd DEFINITELY recommend them to everyone. Clean, honest and reliable.

I came across this mechanic years ago, and I've used Manny's services ever since. Most recently he serviced my 2013 Caddy Escalade EXT, he took his time, and serviced what only needed to be serviced. I strongly recommend this shop. The staff truly cares for you and take pride in their work. Manny and Jose are miracle workers. It was a Saturday and they were closing in a few hours. My car was making a very scary sound so i took it to them and sure enough my axle was broken and no back brakes. They took me in with no hesitation. I was in need of a car and couldn't run the chance of not having a car Monday morning because I work early mornings and need to get by daughter to daycare. Jose and Manny went above and beyond stayed later than usual to have my car ready for me. I appreciate the sentiment especially being a weekend...who wants to stay late and take time away from their own family? Well they both did me that grand favor. They are truly amazing!

If u want your car fixed right and for a reasonable price come here. Manny is honest and straight forward and very experienced. I have a lot of custom work that I do to my jeep and Manny always does the job right!! His staff is friendly, helpful and experienced esp Jose, hes a great mechanic always keeps me in the loop with what's going on with my vehicle. I wouldn't have anyone else besides Manny and his guys work on my vehicles. Also there customer service is great Lisa is a great help and is very polite and answers any questions you may have regarding your vehicle. Over all great shop wouldn't go anyone else!!!

The best mechanics in New Jersey! Professional, kind, and always willing to help and go the extra mile. 5/5 stars!My car was off the road for more than a year and has been having trouble passing inspection. Manny is an honest mechanic and told me all the things I needed to do in order to get it to pass inspection. A week later, I ve got my car on the road with a sticker good for the next two years. You will not regret picking these mechanics to help you!

It's a great experience. Manny takes care of my car like a big brother would do. He's experienced, honest and thoughtful. And their service is not just good, but also transparent.My car was shaking when idling and sometimes the engine went off when I hit the brakes. It was so bad that my wife refused to touch the steering wheel again. Manny took a drive with me and tried to reproduce the issue while monitoring the car carefully. It turned out to be a combination of a couple of issues. An hour later, I'm driving home without experiencing shaking or any other problem. And the car has been running smoothly for a few weeks now.

Fantastic service, workers were extremely smart than people in the dealerships. Prices are negotiable and fairly cheap. Went to repair my Nissan 02 for some cracking sound by the engine after the fix it drives like a brand new vehicle. Highly recommend

Amazing service, quality work! My car feels like it s brand new again. Needed to get my timing belt & water pump replaced as well as 100k tune up. My gas mileage was definitely suffering and the dealer prices were definitely astronomical. Took it to Manuel and the gates of heaven have opened. Trust worthy mechanics that you can embrace and be confident that your car will be well taken care of. Totally go to this establishment and support the business. You won t be disappointed!

I was searching around for a good mechanic somebody told me about Auto diagnosis on Bergen Boulevard. I was greeted buy Manny who is the owner. It took care of the problem for a reasonable price. Since then I take all my vehicles to him. His honest and reliable. I took my car to another place for brakes and they said I need brakes and rotors. I got a second pain from Manny and only thing was he said it was Grease he had to put in the bearings I did not need no brakes so this why I trust that shop.

Wow these mechanics are amazing , from start to finish the attention I received as a customer was amazing . Kind and respectful customer service , fast and precise with my car . I walked in on a regular day the shop seemed busy and Manuel their head mechanic was amazing to work with . My four brakes on my suv were changed in speedy time . And a couple of things were found wrong in my car , I was quickly notified and showed these problems . Once again their mechanic Manuel took care of business pretty fast my parts were ordered and replace in a jippy ... thank you so much guys . Hands down best shop I ve ever felt with !!

Do not take your car to this rip off. He claims he can do the job and couldn t do it. He gave me one price to start and another one when time to pay. He forced me to get a more expensive part. And to top it all off he got in my face and tried to get me to have a Fist fight with him. He called me names and tried to get his employes to root him on. I m glad they had more brains then the owner. He told me he can fix the suspension and lower ball joint and well as take care of a tire leak. At the end I was out of money and barely anything got fixed on the car. Has horrible professionalism. Treats customers like they are garbage. Police had to be called because of this mans actions. Do not take your car he is not trustworthy. Save yourself the headache and find someone who can actually take care of you correctly. Will never be taking my car to any other mechanic than my regular mechanic. People like him shouldn t be in business.

The gentlemen here at Auto Diagnostic are great. They do a very great job at explaining what they are doing to your car and why.They take pride in their work and it shows and have revised any work that needed tweaking after the pick up without hesitation (at least with my visits). After a few visits, theyve gotten to know me and my Saab and will cant see myself going anywhere else. Also, they are great at estimating time of service. if they say something will be done at "x" time, it is done well before, and if they cant make it, they let you know with anticipation. Extremely professional bunch over here.

I have been going here for a year now, from oil change to a power steering repair. Manny and his crew are respectful, and will listen to all of your car problems and tell you what is wrong, and how it should be fixed. My Mercedes has been running perfectly ever since and hasn't run into any problems. After years of going to Reyco, Im glad I switched over to a more professional, and AFFORDABLE mechanic!-Levy
