We closed the deal today and I couldn t be happier. These guys made sure I left with my truck and got the deal I needed! Couldn t ask for a better team of guys and girls to make the process smooth as silk. Super happy with my new Titan. Going to dealerships, can always be a stressful experience, but I have to say the experience I had yesterday at Nissan of red Bank with Florette was amazing, I couldn t believe the customer service she was providing. She took me on 2 test drives, and showed me every single detail on the cars I would need to know about. I can t say enough good things about Florette. She went above and beyond yesterday she even helped me lower my car insurance!! I m looking forward to seeing her in March for my new cars first service!!!!Thank you so much Florette!!!

Very happy with the service I received on my 2019 Rogue.I needed an appointment right away and called another dealer, they said the could not help me for 2 weeks.I spoke with Michael the manager at Nissan City of Red bank.He asked me to bring car in quick. He fix car and had me on my way in same day.Very nice people at this location. They treat me like a family member.I would give them 10 star if able.Thank you

I rarely if ever write reviews, however, the service I have received from Fluerette at Nissan City in Red Bank deserves recognition . She has helped make the all-to-often grueling process of purchasing a vehicle as stress-FREE as possible. She is extremely professional and accomadating; also, quick to address all of our concerns and answering the countless questions thrown at her. FLUERETTE TRULY KNOWS HER STUFF!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND A VISIT IF YOURE SHOPPING FOR A CAR!!

We purchased our Nissan Rogue in 2015 and have had it serviced at the Red Bank location every year since then. Made an appointment (where we would wait for the car) to have our oil changed at 10:30 am on Tuesday, January 23, 2024.After waiting for 45 minutes, went to speak to the service desk representative who checked our car in. He didn't realize this. Still waited another 30 minutes. Effectively, it took 1 hour 45 minutes before the car WAS brought into the garage for a simple oil change, when we made a specific appointment to wait. This was unacceptable. The service representative offered a 10% discount but no apology. The bill ALSO included a charge for using a credit card - this is a first. Also no survey was sent to us yet we always get one after each visit. So decided to fill out a survey here to provide feedback. While we've been fine with the mechanical service quality, we've noticed a decline in customer service over the last few years.UPDATE: I received a call from Nissan Customer Service after posting this review. I was pleasantly surprised with their desire to discuss my issues and was offered a free oil change when I m due in 6 months. Besides the text here, I ve increased the rating to 3 stars.

My daughter s Nissan Kicks required brakes/rotors and some other brake system services. Greg was very helpful, and a good guy. Explained everything, I received a good price and had all work done. Very satisfied with the experience. Mike the Service Manager also came out to introduce himself and asked if all went ok. The only thing I was not happy about was a 3% credit card service charge. Still a 5 star dealer.

It took much longer than expected. I was told it was a full day job, but it ended up taking a full week. That being said, the service center made sure all the work was done completely and correctly. They kept us informed the entire time and also provided us with a loaner car for the week. I have been happy since having the car back.

Had a very difficult time returning my lease which was in perfect condition and under the limit of miles available. I was told on multiple occasions there was no room left on the lot and should try to return to another Nissan in NJ (which all also happened to be full or under construction ). Spent weeks dealing with Nissan Motor Acceptance Company who had to help set up a return of the vehicle. When trying to contact the manager the sales or receptionist would tell me they were transferring the call to the manager and then no one answered and when calling back, my call was no longer answered from sales or receptionist. I also went in person and was told the head manager was not there to ground the vehicle. When finally returning my lease I only worked with the sales associate and the manager was not part of the grounding process. Was finally contacted to return my vehicle the day before the end of the lease. Overall, I would not recommend.

A pleasant experience from start to finish. Went in with a lease return on a Sentra we originally leased from them and left in a brand new Rogue. Rich and Florence did an amazing job getting us into the car we wanted while keeping the payment within our budget. Rich took his time and did a great job laying out all of our options in fine detail to help us choose the right vehicle. Florence was excellent as well, showing us inventory and taking us around for test drives while educating us about each model and its key features. They both made us feel comfortable and never rushed. Seriously couldn t be happier and we thank them and the entire team at Nissan City of Red Bank for making our car leasing experience a great one.

Went to the location and the Service Department needs to document things better when customers call and schedule appointments. Also even when warranty work is completed to provide paperwork prior to departing the dealership. Even if it is a factory warranty, still need paperwork to validate the service. This dealership doesn't completely follow Nissan Corporation requirements. Very disturbing and disappointing, also look at the pictures and make your own judgement. This was a new car and the oil was low, but not showing a low oil light. The level changed from the morning to after the visit. I checked it at the same level location. I don't wear skirts so don't try and blow some up something that is not there! This location treat women differently than men. This is what I see with my own experience. But the oil was low before we came in and then it was normal after we got back home. But no oil was added is what we were told, because they checked it on a level surface. I am not uneducated, I am well adverse in mechanics. Been almost a week and still no paperwork for the work they did on my daughters car.

Amazing is an understatement. In my 20+ years of purchasing cars at various dealerships, I have never had an experience like the one I did this past visit. The entire team at Nissan City of Red Bank is phenomenal. I have never had such a pleasant car buying experience. Right from the start, my salesperson, Bobby Ippolito, was professional and friendly. The sales managers, Joe Ianelli and Rich Bentley, were extremely accommodating and understanding of my individual needs. It was nice to actually feel heard at a car dealership and treated with respect. You can tell this is a family business. Even the finance people were a pleasure to work with, and when is that ever the case! (Nick Corporal and James Manos).I had been to three other Nissan dealerships prior, and none of them compared in pricing, comfort, or courtesy. I honestly can't say it enough... businesses like this should be supported. I recommend everyone use Nissan City of Red Bank.

I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation. Turns out I also needed new wiper blades because the ones I had were broken, and I didn t even know. Very satisfied with the service. The service and maintenance department at Nissan are incredible!

Went to red bank Nissan yesterday looking at the pathfinder they had 0.0 Apr for 36 month. Haven t been to a dealership in years I usually use leasing agent. For the fact of dealing with pushy salesman and finance department. The salesman Steve Gardell was very informative regarding the vehicle. Seemed too nice of a guy to be a salesman went for a test drive. Liked the truck a lot for the money. Steve made it a pleasure through out the process. I guess not all car salesman are the same

I was looking for a four door used truck to replace my current two door truck. I did NOT expect to get such a good deal on a brand new Frontier SV 4x4 that ended up being CHEAPER than the payment price of a used one, after a VERY fair 10k for my used truck + rebates + dealership magic. Steve Gardell and the team made me feel at ease and kept coming back with "good news" every time I told him what price I was exactly looking for and he came back from the managers office. He made me feel at ease, very comfortable, and at the end of the day, blown away on the deal I got. I drove away in disbelief that my cheap derriere had a brand new car. Ask for STEVE GARDELL specifically, he will surpass all your expectations!

Nick was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. I had the pleasure of working with Jas Bronowicki today at Nissan Red Bank. I came in with an open mind of leasing an Altima or Sentra. Jas showed me both models and was very knowledgeable about them. He worked with me on down payments and monthly payments and was very transparent on what models were getting better incentives and weighed the pros and con of each. He sat me down and gave me the time needed to make a decision. I had spoken with Rich Willis and Joe I prior to coming in. They gave me details cars with best deal, what they had in stock, and what was best for me. Nick was the finance manager I worked with and he walked me through getting the finance part done. The entire Red Bank Nissan staff worked with me throughout the entire process and helped me get the best deal I could get. Everyone I worked with was courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. If you re looked for a new Nissan, Nissan Red Bank is the place to go.

Jessica G Is Great, friendly and very attentive when it comes to her job.Only negative thing I ll say back was a little over a year ago was a salesmen was very rude and it kept me away.Was debating on buying a new Nissan recently and she tried to set up appointments etc, and was kind.I recently bought a 2024 Honda Civic instead. Tho if your looking for a Nissan go check them out.

Since Nissan of Red Bank has new owners nothing is the same anymore. The previous owners were at least where more honest and customer friendly, but not under this new management. I was go to buy a new 2024 Altima from here, but not anymore, will be going elsewhere.

I recently purchased a Nissan Murano in black from Nissan City of Red Bank and had an excellent experience. My sales agent, Stephen Gardell, was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process seamless. He was patient with all my questions and concerns and provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision. The dealership itself was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Nissan City of Red Bank to anyone looking for a new or used car.
