This was my first time at Midas and it completely exceeded my expectations. Evan was extremely thorough in discussing my car s needs as well as what to prioritize. He was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I will 100% be returning to Midas going forward based on this phenomenal experience!

Excellent service provided by Dennis. Took his time to explain everything in detail. Found something that another auto servicer missed.Gave me pricing and explained details on that.He and Evan got me transport home so I didn't have to wait for hours. I will return with any future auto issues.

This shop was great! I had to get all of my brakes replaced and was a bit nervous as a woman to get overcharged, as I don t know much about prices for car repairs.They were so above and beyond friendly, reassuring, and did a great job on my suv! The waiting area is even comfortable :) I wouldn t have any hesitation going to this Midas! 5 stars and I ll be back for the next needed service!

Highly recommend this place. Kind and knowledgeable staff and great customer service. Dennis and Evan were great - explained everything thoroughly, fixed my car in a few hours and even offered me a ride home so that I didn't have to wait in there. Thank you, Midas team! 10/10

Needed my car checked before work they took me right away looked at it as soon as I got there. Was honest with what was needed and what wasn t. Was very understanding and extremely helpful. I highly recommend.

Evan and the Midas team diagnosed an issue with my car that had eluded several mechanics prior. They fixed the issue efficiently, and the car has been running well since. We will definitely be repeat customers.

Good group of guys. Had an issue with my exhaust that needed to be welded. They got it done in a few hours at what I think to be a reasonable price. Happy with Evan and the team.

I went in for an oil change. They did a courtesy check on all aspects of my vehicle. Turns out they say I needed 4 new tires, new brakes, pads, rotors, amonst other things. Little did they know I just had new brakes done elsewhere less than a year ago. So, I was cautious. I decided to take the vehicle to my local mechanic. I asked him to assess the brakes. He told me they were absolutelt fine, and not a single pad or rotor needed replacement. I did end up replacing the front tires, but the back tread was still very good. I do not trust this place. Beware and be cautious. You may end up spending alot more money than you need to.

The staff is knowledgeable and kind! Evan is a sweetheart and so lovely to deal with under stressful circumstances. This location has helped me out a couple of times with minor repairs and never tried to charge me or take advantage of the fact that I know nothing about cars lol cannot recommend them enough!

If you want to spend a few thousand dollars and not get your car fixed, then this is the place for you. I was told they replaced the radiator; they did, with the cheapest parts available for which they charged me 50% over retail price. I have to have it replaced again due to their incompetence. When I asked them to check the AC, it took 2 trips and they charged me over $1k and both times, 36 hours later it was not working. There was no refund, not even an apology, only an offer to have another one of their franchise locations take a look at it. Oil change? Good luck. Not only did they not do the work they charged me for, they also did not replace the oil cap that I brought to them, and conveniently forgot to give it back to me. If I hadn't checked the levels, I would never have known. If you are looking for courteous service, look elsewhere. If you are looking for competent mechanics, look elsewhere. They only overprice and offer no solution except pay more money.

The team there is great! I have brought both my cars for service there. This time around they helped me figure out what was causing a noise in my back wheel area and repaired it. Very honest about what needs to get done, what should get done soon, and what repairs would cost. Prices are very reasonable. 10 star experience from the crew at Midas Red Bank. They helped me out when I was in a big time jam and kept me updated throughout the process. My vehicle has never ridden better! I was having a very long day, getting back from vacation and having a flat tire was an absolute nightmare. but I made an appointment with them to get my tire changed. As soon as I walked in there, everyone was friendly to me and listen to my problem, and they actually cared. They were able to start working on my car almost as soon as I got in which is surprising for tire repair places. Shortly after they told me that the issue was with my tire valve and fixed it for me within 5 minutes. overall, the service was fantastic, very friendly people, and trustworthy as well. Thank you for everything!

I thought I was in for it! My muffler sounded like it had to be fully replaced but when Midas took a look at it they provided me with "options" versus jamming me with the highest cost fix. Very courteous from the moment I walked in door. They went above and beyond what I expected to resolve my exhaust issues. Evan followed up via text 2 days later to be sure everything was still to my satisfaction. Have trusted this team with 4 of my vehicles. They are very easy to work with. From Tires, to Brakes to Injectors and each time the work was done perfectly. If you need work done for your car or even just a regular routine oil change Midas is the place to go. Evan is always a great help, and whenever I need something done he always makes time for me to stop in even if they are busy. I noticed a screw in my tire. I called Midas to see if they had time to fix it. A very nice gentlemen Ken answered the phone. He said bring in you car and we will fix it for you. Got there in 15 minutes. Ken told me to have a seat and they took my jeep immediately and it was done in 10 minutes with a plug. Exceptional experience and will be back when I need tires.

I had a great experience at Midas on route 35. They were very accommodating and were able to get me in first thing the next day. My problem was with the exhaust system of my Subaru. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it within a half hour. They explained what the problem was and even brought out the old section of pipe to show me. And the price was very reasonable. I strongly recommend using them!Service: Exhaust
