Quick to get an appointment (w/in one day for an alignment before a road trip.Dropped off the car, got a few recommended repairs - w/o the aggressive sales pitch - more FYI.Car was ready w/in a couple of hours as expected.Staff was courteous.

Rude and unprofessional. I just walked out of there now. I came in and said to the person at the desk Hi, I have a drop off appointment. She just kept looking at her monitor and after a full minute pressed some buttons on the keypad in front of me then went back to working on her computer. No greeting or any other acknowledgment that I am a customer who is expecting service I have an appointment for. I shouldn t be surprised as when I called them yesterday to setup the appointment they were very dismissive of the details I gave them. They asked for my number and I said I have a new number and a new car. When they looked up my number they asked me if we re servicing my old car, completely forgetting I just told them I have a new car. No attention to detail. This place is amateur. The location in Wall, however, was much more attentive and buttoned up. Asked me relevant questions and treats me professionally.

DISHONEST SCAMMERS!!!! I don t even know where to start, the lack of expertise and professionalism is astonishing. My mother in-law had her vehicle towed in after it died on her and would not start. Darryl, the store manager, called her and stated that it would need approximately $2,600 worth of work. This included a full exhaust system (including the catalytic converter), the rear oxygen sensor as well as all 4 spark plugs. He further stated that the catalytic converter was clogged, therefore it needed to be replaced. I asked Darryl why the rest of the exhaust system needed to be replaced and why the original oxygen sensor could not be used. He stated that the car has 200,000 miles and the exhaust is rusty (no noise or issues with exhaust). He further stated that the oxygen sensor COULD NOT be used, although there was no code for an oxygen sensor. Once inside the store, I asked Darryl to raise the car on to the lift in order to show me the exhaust, he refused to do so. I asked Darryl of a print out of the diagnosis, which I was charged $110 for, he also refused to do so. Darryl became loud and irate with me and stated it seems like you can t afford it . At this time I refused to conduct business with anyone who would speak to me in this manner. I would not recommend anyone bring their vehicle here, as their competence and professionalism is non existent.

I called while thinking of my Fleet vehicle to be serviced as I received a reminder. The store (Coleen) helped me get an appointment that fit both mine and Firestones schedules.I dropped the car and received a return call a few hours later that the car was completed and ready for pick-up.

My car battery died and Luis and the staff at Firestone got me in the same day. I kept having to call and update the time I was coming in due to the tow truck running behind schedule and they were understanding and accommodating. When I got there, I got in within 10mins and about 35mins later, my car s battery was replaced. Luis was super friendly and there were no hidden charges as I was charged exactly what was quoted over the phone. Overall, a fantastic experience given the circumstance.

Building trust in a mechanic is not always easy, and we are disappointed that fire stone broke trust on our very first visit. Having been burned before, we ve made it a regular practice to mark our tires before a rotation. Upon picking up the car, and being promised that the tires were indeed rotated, it was obvious that this was not true. Colleen, the manager, was very sweet and helpful, but unfortunately, our trust is broken. Friendly tip: always mark your tires before bringing them anywhere to be rotated!

Last Sunday I purchased 4 new tires for my daughter's car to return to college. I asked the tech if he thought I needed an alignment. He came out with the computerized test results from alignment check. The results showed that all 4 wheels needed re-alignment and the servicemen definitely recommended to have this done right away. I explained that I was scheduled to leave on a trip to take her back 6 am the next morning... So I agreed to getting the wheels aligned. The servicer told me that there was not a qualified technician there at the time and told me the earliest he could get to it was the next day (Monday) at 8 am. Which now delayed my trip to leaving Tue morning. After completing the alignment Monday, I noticed the pre-work computer printout of my wheel alignment was completely different then just 12 hours ago when I had purchased the tires. I was shocked as I was misled to have this done right away (causing me to miss an extra day of work and leave for my trip a day later.)I told the servicer that I felt that I shouldn't be charged for this work as I was clearly misled. Her response was that I would be given a lifetime alignment for a discounted price. (An up-sell) Then she insulted me by asking me why I didn't have the alignment done when I had the tires installed the previous day... I reminded her once again I was willing to take their advice and do it then, but they did not have a qualified mechanic on staff that could perform the alignment at that time... Then she spoke to her manager and then made an accusation that the vast discrepancy between the 2 print outs was caused by me driving the car home and back (approx 10 miles round trip) which was absurd. This was a very poor customer service experience.

How hard is it to keep an appointment? After booking an appointment to fix a flat tire and turning up on time I was told that it would be at least 3 hours to get to it, even if I was waiting there.I was told I could leave it and they might get it done by the end of the day (it was 1pm). I will take the car, and my future business elsewhere

Big thanks to Darryl, Dennis, Miguel and Colleen! Great experience. They made the order and install of my tires super easy and efficient. 48 hours from order to install and my wait was super short. We'll be back!

Firestone never disappoints. I can always get a prompt appointment for any service I need. Fair prices and quality work. It's the only place I bring my vehicles.

Me and my wife dealt with Darryl and he was so nice and we are very satisfied with how the vehicle was taken care of. You can tell they care about their work and customers.

Louis at the front desk was extremely helpful, courteous and kind. Answered a lot of my questions, and I had a lot. :) My tire was repaired on the spot, which I very much appreciated!

Overpriced for an oil change. My Fiance had an appointment for an oil change and a tire patch. It took over 3 hours after they told him it would be an hour at most. There was only one other person in the waiting room for about a half hour.

Despite some hiccups, they worked with me to get the right product and reschedule my service time. And they honored the pricing that had been quoted but expired due to the ordering/scheduling snafu.

When you go a places like this you think you can get some reparations in your car, right? however I got the worse experience here.I left my car there to get my battery change and when I went to pick it up, my car was scratched, I was in shock about how it could happens, so I spoke with the manager and he just told me nobody from there did it, he said go home and wait 2 business days, i will call you as soon as I watch the cameras, so I called the police to get a report; they went inside to watch the cameras and the cameras were not working, the manager lied to me, so, nobody took care of this, I really expect at least an apology from them, but nothing at all.

it's hard to say why I would rate them at three stars. I will tell you this I have the lifetime alignment on both vehicles. I've had to bring one of them back in twice and now it's going on a third time in less than a week because the alignment is still not correct. the other one I brought in once and the alignment is still off by a bit. so I'll have to go back in and bring that one as well. it could be that it's within allowable limits. however it's still not good and the car still drifts to the left or the right depending on which car you're in. as far as tires go they've done a great job mounting them balancing them and rotating them. the staff is usually friendly and very helpful.

Darryl was very communicative and went above and beyond to make sure I got a new tire from their warehouse the same day. They even finished the job two hours earlier than expected! I will definitely recommend this location to my friends and family

Very rude customer-facing personnel. Inefficient, impatient, and non-communicative. Mavis in Middletown provided much better service for almost $100 less than Firestone in Red Bank.Service: TiresService: Tires

These guys are great for maintenance. Had to swap to winter tires and put them on new rims but didn t have the right lug nuts. The guys alerted me that it would be unsafe to use the old lug nuts and told me exactly what I needed to get. Timely, straightforward, no nonsense service. I dealt with Chris who was very nice and even called me to tell me I accidentally left an item at the shop.

Customer service does not exist here, I've dealt with Firestone all across the country and this store made me wonder why. The guy that asked "what do you want", made me a customer at a different company. Farewell hope you liked my money because you won't get anymore of it.

STAY AWAY FROM THiS PLACE! I would give them zero stars if I couldHad a warranty on my front end alignment Their work was done wrong and it ruined my $400 tires.I had to go back to them to get it fixed. When I came back the next day to my horror they did not fix the alignment BUT instead rotated my tires AFTER I HAD JUST GOTTEN THEM ROTATED So I told me to to put the tires back and I will be there the next day to get my car. They did eventually fixed the alignment BUT THEY NEvER switched the tires back. And when I asked the employee he literally lied to my face saying they put the tires back. This place is ridiculous. STAY AWAY

Firestone of Red Bank is amazing! Called in the afternoon, went right over, and they fixed the problem very quickly, all at a reasonable price. Highly recommend you take your car there. Very courteous and professional!

Good equipment and fair prices but if you have any automotive experience these people don't want to deal with you. Kind of you're typical cookie cutter tire place. Bunch of kids out of Lincoln Tech with minimal experience and corporate leadership. The managers were not quality oriented and have a "good enough" attitude when it comes to getting the job done.
