They say "call us" when people write bad reviews(which seems to happen often now). How about training your staff to clean the car properly the 1st time?? Who wants to drive back to get what you paid for in the first place.(or have the time)Butch's used to be great, not per my last visit. I even tipped the guys on the front end(vacuum) and back end handsomely. When I got into my car, there were still debris on the floors, in the back, cup holders, etc. As for drying/wiping down they missed spots on the back door and didn't even touch the rims. Never experienced this poor service. Maybe new owners is my guess. I even had to back up to the vacuums(which someone came over to me as they are for staff only) and had to vacuum all they missed. What a joke.

I go to Butches in Red Bank all the time and have NEVER had a bad experience. Today I went paid the $48 plus tax plus tip and my car looks terrible. I told the older gentleman that cleaned my car and he said we re not allowed to keep it very long not sure what that meant but I ask him to please at least wipe down the inside a little bit. He said the car was dirty!! Hmmm is that not why we bring it to a car wash?? So I go inside to try to talk to the girl who took my money but no one came to the counter. I m very disappointed and will not return.

Highly recommend a full service detail. I felt like I was driving my truck out of the dealership all over again, 4 years later. With two little kids, it was a mess and I couldn t be happier with the quality of service I received from Brian! Thank you so much, I will definitely be back.

I m not sure what happened today but normally I love it here. Today I got titanium package and my inside of the car was left less than ideal. 50$ plus a little extra for a tip, maybe just go with a cheaper package

I got an interior detail on my car and they did an unbelievable job, it looks brand new. I have a shepherd rescue and 2 toddlers so it was a disaster. I will 100% go back. Such nice people as well!

Better wash services than other places nearby. The washes all include a basic vacuum and a dedicated person who dries, shines the tires and cleans the inside windows for each car (tire shine is on certain plans) I ve been on a monthly unlimited plans for years and have had people mistake a 2 year old car for brand new. Thanks to Butch s!

I ve been to a few other car wash places in the area and this is definitely my favorite. They have very good customer service and seem to have more attentive workers than other places. It also has more of a family business feeling compared to others. I ve gotten my car cleaned on the interior and exterior. I got a car detail job done here and it was excellent. I have noticed an improvement this year as opposed to a couple years ago in terms of cleaning the inside of the car.

This place totally rocks! We had our Jeep detailed here. The price was very reasonable, a fraction of what we were quoted by others, and the outcome was unbelievable. Heard so much about this place. Got a standard wash for 25$. They missed 1/2 the interior. Won t go back here again. They really didn t care.

I brought my car in for a gold wash with extra vaccum - my husband was using my car for work the next few days. We have two children so there was crunched up snacks and sand from the beach throughout the back half of the car. The kid who cleaned the interior left it AMAZINGLY SPOTLESS- I was sooooo happy !!!!I feel like it looks detailed he did go good! Thank you for making my life so much easier butches !! I purchased the Titanium package and for 50$ I m not really impressed. Outside is nice and shiny.. inside is dull didn t even clean the crumbs in my door handles... overall looks good, but if you re hoping for a deeper clean on the inside, you ll be disappointed.

I ve been taking my car to the dealership for services and always dread making the appointment and waiting so long. I was shocked when I found that Butch s also does oil changes and full service. I walked in, no appointment and was in and out in 30 minutes! The service and employees were super helpful and the pricing way more reasonable.Service: Oil change

Been going to Butch's since I was a small child with my folks in tge 70's. I too looked through those little windows. Over the decades I have been away from home and used another - I always find myself saying "Butch's does a better job" Highly reccomended, great people, great service!

I have been using Butchs for a few months. Overall pretty good service until the last visit.The most recent time I went in I forgot to take my paycheck.(cash)By the time the wash was over my money was missing. I had a monthly membership and I will not be returning because I have zero confidence that whatever is in the car when it starts to be cleaned will be in at the end.Sketchy actions on films and police were involved but no confidence this will get resolved.I have not heard from the owner and a sorry from the manager was all that came of it.I will not recommend this car wash to anyone.Services: Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming

Had to pick up a rag myself and clean the interior of my car before leaving. Cup holders hadn t been touched, dust everywhere- zero attention to detail. I ll be giving my business to the hand car wash from now on. It is clear that Butch cares about quantity and not quality of service these days.

UPDATE 2023:Gotta take another star off. Quiet Saturday day afternoon wash and the center console wasn t even wiped off. Straw wrappers pulled out of nooks be the vacuum just left in the seats and floor. Best car wash in the area, but used to be 5 stars.This is the best car wash in the area, especially if you get the platinum wash. The extra vacuuming and attention to detail make this upgrade a steal. Having one person finish each car after the wash gets far better results than the five person rush at other washes.Since 2020, the service has taken a bit of a hit. Nothing crazy, but more things get missed here or there. Don t get the wrong. Still a great car wash, but you don t get more than you pay for anymore.Out of the 15 years I have been coming here I have only had one bad experience in early 2022, where they didn t pull the car aside for extra cleaning. One guy I had never seen before told me that didn t do that, unless you got full detailing. He didn t seem like a manager, but seemed to have the most seniority out of who was there. Never saw him again and the next time I was in I asked and they confirmed they do still take the platinum wash cars. Told them what happened and they said it was a mistake. Vindicated, but no discount or anything. Oh well.

Been coming here over 25 years. They have a deal where if you buy a car wash, you can get UNLIMITED car wash with same package for a small fee, for a month.Awesome!!!!

Paid for Platinum, but got less then par service. Chris and Angel from full service came and saved the day. They are amazing and so super friendly. Brett thank you for making amends and making it a better experience.

I went there for the second time today, I got the $50 titanium service with the "Xtra vacuum", there was no attention to detail whatsoever as the console, cup holder and under the seats were not vacuumed and cleaned at all. Gave them a second chance. Not going back.

It isn't a car, It's a Car spa, they are very Professional.and fact that they Recognize Vets with a discount. The whole staff are above par. You want a new car look. You've found it.

My Audi called for a qt of oil; I pulled in with my two babies in the car hoping to have a quick visit. Ryan was fantastic, in under 10 minutes I was out of there. Great, quick service; thank you!

Long time client, always do the $50. Service-no longer the best, last two time s disappointed with vacuuming and attention to detail in general.
