Drove 2 hours to buy a car from Mark. Most honest dealership on Autotrader and gave me all additional costs over the phone prior to my visit. Their cars are not listed the lowest but all said and done there are minimal non-published fees. In the end car was cheapest and the experience was a pleasure. Definitly going back for my next car....

We purchased our Land Rover defender from here and Mike made everything go so smooth. We flew in from Florida and we did everything over phone and text. Everything was exactly as he said with no surprises. We are so happy! Than you again Mike!

Recently purchased a Porsche Boxster and dealt with Stephanie and Mike. Great people to work with, very thorough, and professional, they had all the paperwork organized when I arrived so the process was very easy and fast. Mine was an out of state transaction and the final paperwork arrived a few days later as promised.

Bought our second vehicle from Auto Exotica within the past year. Both times were great experiences with a quality vehicle and a smooth, no hidden fees transaction. This is the first dealer I ve been to that express total transparency and honesty. Their cars are top notch and they go out of their way to keep the customer happy. At the end of my deal, I feel as I made friends and plan to come back in the future for more purchases. Purchased my second car from the Red Bank location yesterday. This truly is a different kind of dealership. They don t use shady pressuring tactics at all - they know they have great cars at a fair price and talk to you like an adult (unlike many dealerships in the area). Website prices accurately reflect the asking price, minus paperwork fees ($489) and taxes. The entire process with financing took just over an hour. Salesman Chris is a standup guy and super knowledgeable, I highly recommend you talk with him if possible.

Purchased My Car from them in July of 2023, and for someone who studies Automotive in college, I've been around different dealers before but these guys were just the absolute best! Even though I bought my car in July, (in which by the way, they made it so easy with no dealer tricks and fees), i brought it back because i was having an emissions problem to see what they can do and they checked it out and solved my problem with no hassle! Definitely coming back for my families next car from here! Always great when the customer already has a great experience with a dealership

Stephanie and Mark were amazing here! Due to constraints I couldn't come in physically but they were so accommodating I was able to essentially do a lot of the heavy lifting before I came in and only had to sign paper work and pick up the car. Truly such a great buying experience from what I'm used to. Such great and friendly staff!!

I went to Auto Exotica with my son to look at a BMW they had for sale. At the dealership we met Mark. He showed us the car and answered all of our questions.After the test drive the decision to buy the car was made. The whole car buying experience was very smooth and straightforward. Mark did not play any of the games I have experienced at other dealers. At no point during the process did Mark pressure me or try to up sell me on anything. Mark was a professional during the whole process.After the trip home I noticed a small issue with the car. After a phone call to Mark, Frank the owner called me. He apologized for the issue and inconvenience. He took care of the problem right away. During the repair process I met Matt and Johnny in the service department. They were polite, friendly and courteous during the repair process.All dealers should operate as Auto Exotica does. They provided a great buying experience as well as a great service experience.I want to say thank you to the whole staff and specifically to Mark, Frank, Matt and Johnny.I recommend Auto Exotica and they earned a customer for life.

Great car buying experience. Chris was fantastic, made the process so quick and easy! The whole place felt very personable, owner came by to congratulate us as we were doing paperwork. Much better than buying at a huge dealership!

I found my 2000 firebird at this dealer. It's always a shot in the dark buying a vintage automobile but I have to come here to say everything is ok 1 year later. They did what they promised they were courteous and negotiable. Stand up. I WOULD DO IT AGAIN. Very very happy. Thank you A.E.

I honestly can't say enough good about my first experience with this place. Specifically Mike! He went beyond what I had anticipated when I first thought about going here, way, way beyond! I was a fool to not come here first. I feel like I was treated right. He was honest and got me a great deal on my car, a beautiful Z4. I had a horrible exprerience with another dealership a few days prior because I thought I was gertting a better deal, and I most certianly did not. I should have went here first! I would highly recommend this place, talk to Mike, he was great! There's reason this place is AAA+ rated on BBB. More places and people should try to be like this.Thanks Mike, your were awesome!

Picked up a 2011 335i Alpine White M Sport Spec BMW (Rare spec/ low miles/not abused). Chris took care of me. Kept in touch through text/email was responsive, replied quickly, took care of everything pretty seemlessly. He's completely with it. Impressed with the show room floor, they even had the right news station on the Televison in the show room (Knew I was in good hands when I noticed this on day of pickup/payment). Took care of me well. Met the owner breifly he was nice/presentable/happy to see a customer picking up a car from his inventory. If you're interested in picking up a clean low mileage used vehcile from Auto Exotica, ask for Chris. Great guy seems to try his best to make every client happy out the door. Thanks again. Will see you in 5-10 years for the next one hopefully.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my genesis from auto exotica. I had bill as my salesman and johnny as my mechanic, both of whom were very helpful throughout the whole process. This dealership was also very transparent and let me know of a part that my car needed replaced. They took care of the replacement and did the job well, car runs great! Other dealerships may not have been as willing to go the extra mile that auto exotica did. Very good at communicating and making sure customers are taken care of.

I've been in the car buying and selling world for over 20 years. Frank and Mark from Auto Exotica set the bar for what the purchase process should be. Easy to access, unrivaled customer service, expeditious processing and most of all doing right by the customer. I have never encountered a more transparent buying process, I live on the opposite side of the country and buying a car over 3000 miles away was easier then any experience I've had locally. I know I can have higher standards than most and am an admitted PIA when buying cars and spending money. This dealership does not disappoint and goes the extra mile no matter what the situation. I can't say enough positive things about this purchase and it had nothing to do with the car, it was entirely attributed to Frank and Mark. Thank you fellas.

I had a great experience purchasing my car from Auto Exotica. Bill (my salesman) was very friendly and helpful and the owner, Frank is a fantastic guy and pleasure to work with. They were very fair with the trade-in value of my car and did not play any games when it came to the final price of the car I was interested in ... if you have bought cars from private dealers before, you know what I am talking about ... the price they advertised online was really the price being charged and no BS fees were added.Pros:- Car was in excellent condition- Car was exactly as described- Extremely nice staff- Very fast response time- Willing to negotiate- Do not apply pressure to "close sale"- NO HIDDEN FEES!!!!!!!!!!!!Cons:- I wish I had found these guys sooner!I will be back shopping with them again and will be referring all my friends and family to them.

I recently bought my car from Auto Exotica and I got amazing help from Bill and Mark. I felt 100% comfortable throughout the entire process!Together they helped me find and purchase a beautiful car that met the exact specifications I was looking for, at a very fair price.I will definitely be coming back to Auto Exotica in the future because it's so hard to find a trustworthy car dealership nowadays.Thank you again Bill, Mark & the entire Auto Exotica Team!

My wife and I had the worst experience with buying a vehicle from this dealership. We bought a 2017 Maserati Levante for about 60k on 11/09/2021. On the drive home the check engine light came on and went off. We took the vehicle to our local Maserati dealership in PA. They were not able to determined why the check engine light came on and off. My wife and I ended up paying about 1800 in diagnostic fees. We have taken the vehicle for regular maintenance. Now about 3 months ago the vehicle just stop working. We took back to our local Maserati dealer for diagnostic. At first they were not able to determined the problem; however after about three days of diagnostics they came to a conclusion. The main engine harness was badly corroded. We called Auto Exotica, they told us to get the vehicle to their Maserati dealership in Edison NJ for diagnostic. The Maserati of Edison confirmed the same findings. We contacted Auto Exotica and was told to contact our insurance because as they put it ' it was an act of God". The insurance ended up totaling the vehicle. Let me also mention that we have invested about 40k in this vehicle, and there has been no correspondence from Auto Exotica since.... Just bad business practice all the way around. VERY MUCH UNETHICAL!

Great experience and great selection of cars. They really have a car for everyone. Whether your looking for that Maserati or a more affordable option this is the place to go. The salesman Matt is fantastic, patient and really helps get you the best deal. I will be back for my next car. Highly recommend!

I live in Kentucky but bought a car from Auto Exotica in NJ. Bill, my salesman made it a very smooth and an easy transaction. I could not be at the location to check out the car, so I had no choice but had Bill check out the car for me. I was very lucky because he was very honest with me, and the car was exact as he described when I received it. Auto Exotica also took care of a minor issue on car after I received the car. I would recommend Auto Exotica to anyone. Thank you.
