Darwin was an excellent salesman. He guided us in our decision in the purchase of 2 refrigerators, a range stove and dishwasher. He found us the best deals. He certainly makes the task of searching for appliances a good experience.

Our overall experience was wonderful and Eddie O. was absolutely amazing! The process was seamless, and because of his 5 star customer service and attentiveness, we were able to get everything we needed quickly and without even having to come into the store. We were in a pinch when our dishwasher failed, and the process was so easy, that we ended up choosing to replace our washer & dryer as well. We were truly floored by the experience, and couldn t be more grateful! Thank you Eddie!!!

Been coming here for decades! Robert helped us get a washer with a great deal exactly as we needed. Was in the store exactly 15 minutes and will have appliance delivered next day.Have been using this company for many years. Service has been fantastic and very professional.Highly recommend!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience! I had wandered in before the holidays, not really knowing what I wanted to get for my family. I half expected to browse, but I ended up striking up a conversation with one of the employees, Eddie, and he was able to actually point me in a direction! His knowledge about the products was exceptional, and I truly felt like I was speaking to an old friend. He was able to successful form an idea of what I was looking for, when I didn't even know! Would definitely recommend this store - and absolutely would come see Eddie again next time I find myself in the store!

I honestly don t recall the last time I ve experienced such immediate, efficient and pleasant service. Even though there were some concern with my TV no longer being in stock, Andrew was so efficient and reassuring that he made sure I remain calm and hopeful. He provided quick response and follow up. Andrew was truly a perfect example of costumer service including his knowledge in the brand, size and additional items needed to complete the purchase. I can t thank Andrew enough for making this experience so positive and for my perfect smart TV!

My husband and I were looking to upgrade our washer, dryer and dishwasher. Eddie O Hare was extremely courteous and helpful by explaining all the different models from which to choose. He ultimately helped us buy the three appliances that fit our needs.The delivery men for the washer/dryer and the dishwasher were all polite and respectful of our home.Thank you for a job well done!

This is the only place I'll buy appliances and electronics from - my family has been buying appliances from Kerry for 18 years, and there's no one more honest or who cares more about making sure his customers are taken care of than Kerry. I once made the mistake of making a purchase from a different PC Richard because it was closer to where I live and I assumed that all PC Richards are the same - and when there were problems with delivery which I couldn't get resolved after nearly 2 weeks, I ended up calling Kerry who had it all sorted out in under an hour. I don't usually write google reviews, but I wanted to write this one because these days, with all the chain stores, it's hard to find a salesperson you know you can trust - I can say without hesitation that you can trust Kerry!

Our washer broke on NYE. I called today to verify if they had the washer I wanted in stock. From the time I called and spoke to Robert to the 4 hours later that I was able to go into the store Robert was able to track down exactly what I wanted from nearby stores so that I could have the units delivered this week. Very impressive customer service and quick turn around.

I just completed my second big appliance purchase from this Pc R location. Douglas, a sales consultant helped me both times. Both times were stellar and stress free. He found me the best prices, gave great support and advice and listened to my needs and wishes. He made it work out for me. I am grateful he made a typically not fun purchase easy and exciting. I just bought a replacement washer from PC Richards. Eronini helped me and was great! I had very specific needs (as far as size) and he gave me multiple options and completed the transaction quickly and easily--all by chat. I'd highly recommend his assistance. He said he's worked for PC Richards for 21 years. I believe it. He was super knowledgable!

I went to PC Richard s for the first time this week based on a recommendation of of friend. I had never been to a PC Richard s before . I met the salesman, Eddie O Hara in the Raritan store. He was so helpful, professional, and personable. since I have a very small laundry room, he was very reassuring that the dryer I had selected would fit. I had such a good experience with Eddie that I told him I would be back soon since I could use a new TV. My last two shopping experiences for appliances were not good. But I will definitely go back to Eddie at PC Richard s.

Eddie O Hare from the Raritan store was wonderful!! From start to finish in our appliance purchasing process he was there. He communicated timely with text and email, in general was very helpful! He followed through with everything he said he would and we are so grateful for his knowledge and help throughout this process. By far the best experience with a salesman ever!

Had a wonderful first time shopping experience at P.C. Richard & Sons in Raritan. My sales associate Kerry was SUPER helpful in finding me the perfect mini fridge for my room. Arrived in the snow looking for a wall air conditioner. Never thought I would find exactly what I needed. Richard was very friendly and helpful. He searched the dimensions I needed and presto! I had a delivery date for a few days later and in time for my renovation project. I was very pleased.

Wife and I went to PC Richard in Raritan to look for a new refrigerator since ours decided to retire. Upon walking into the store we were greeted and surprising not attacked by salesmen which was very nice. We went right into the refrigerator section and started browsing, left alone to our search. After a few minutes ,John , approached us and kindly asked us if he can help. We spoke to John, told him what we were looking for, he looked into the inventory and bam, we found our fridge. He set up delivery, we paid and left very happy because not only did we find a fridge but received amazing service w/out being smothered. John thank you for the easy transaction, we will see you soon for a dryer.

Eddie was great to work with. I needed a black dishwasher for a house I m selling and he found it and got me delivery and installation for two days later to have it in for my open house that weekend.
