Joseph and his team are the best. Communication is awesome and their punctuality and friendliness can t be beat. They were not available the last time I needed a ride (completely my fault for waiting too long to book) and I had no choice but to book another service. I will never make that mistake again.

We recently had the pleasure of having Joseph as our departure driver and Jason as our return driver. Both gentlemen provided exceptional service. They were both professional, courteous, personable, punctual, and reliable. The vehicles were spacious, comfortable, and clean and we always felt safe. Joseph and Jason went out of their way to provide door-to-door service (literally!) and ensure we had a pleasant and comfortable experience. In this day and age, doing business with people who actually care is hard to come by and we appreciate it immensely. This wasn't our first experience with Jersey Drive Services and certainly won't be our last. Now that we've been using Jersey Drive Services, we can't imagine getting to/from the airport any other way!

Jason was excellent! I needed to be taken and picked up from Newark airport. He was reliable and on time (even early!) which is huge in my book, friendly person to talk to and very nice and clean car! Excellent experience and would definitely use again.

Our first time using Jersey Drive for our trip to and from EWR. Service, professionalism, courtesy was outstanding! We were recommended to Jersey Drive by a friend and will most certainly be using them again. Jason our driver was a gentlemen!Thank you for an amazing and easy experience. Even with a delayed flight on our return trip home, Jay maintained communication and alerted us to where he would be. Service above and beyond.

Rob was prompt, helpful with my luggage, made sure the temperature was good for me in the car and offered me water. Rob was an excellent driver . I will definitely use Jersey Drive again and will request Rob .

Joey was great! He got us back and forth to the Yankees game. He was on time . He was knowledgeable of the area as well as showed us some great places to eat on the way. I will use him again. I also plan to do a holiday tour with his company.

The service was very easy to deal with, the website was easy to maneuver, the cars and drivers were excellent! You are never in doubt that the car will be where they say it will be when the say it. Jason was an exceptional driver, who was very concerned with our comfort and safety! I will use them again!

As a Travel Agent, I am often asked about options for parking at the airport or transportation to and from. Parking at the airport used to be inexpensive but the cost now averages about $30.00 per day and then you have to worry about your car being damaged and the hassle of a shuttle bus if parking off airport. With all of this in mind I recommend taking a car service and always refer my clients to Jersey Drive Services. They are prompt, reliable and always go the extra mile. I know when I refer someone to them they will be in excellent hands and taken care of very well.

Jersey Drive Services is fantastic! A local, family-owned business who cares about their customers. I highly recommend them. They are reliable, very professional and positive, and great at communicating. They text the day before the departure and the day before the arrival. Tonight, our international flight was early and they were quick to adjust their schedule to pick us up on time. Thank you!

I would definitely use Jersey Drive Services again and highly recommend them. Their service is awesome! It was easy to set up an appointment over Facebook messenger. We had our flight canceled and had to leave from a different airport. They accommodated us without any issues. We were picked up at 2am. We told our driver we wanted to try and get some sleep. He lowered the lights and played soothing peaceful music. He even treated us to snack for our plan ride.

Used Jersey Drive for first time for service to and from Newark airport. They were fantastic! Very responsive, texts to confirm. When driver arrived to pick us up he let us know he was waiting whenever we were ready. Giuseppe picked us up late at night at Newark on a Sat night I just texted and he was at the door in 3 minutes-before our luggage! Very professional, excellent service, on line payment, very responsive. Will definitely choose Jersey Drive again!

I highly recommend Jersey Drive Service.Joseph Garcia, the owner, picked up my son & me in a black SUV on Saturday, June 25th and transported us quickly and safely to Liberty International Airport in Newark. Joseph even had Dunkin coffee and orange juice for us at my request.Michael, one of Joseph Garcia s employees, picked us up at Liberty International Airport on Tuesday, June 28th and quickly and safely transported us back to Hillsborough, NJ.Jersey Drive Services is outstanding!

My husband and I have used Jersey Drive Services for personal and business travel for the last 2 years. No matter what time of the day we have used their services, the drivers have been very professional, reliable and reasonable. From making the reservation to getting to your destination, Jersey Drive Services makes it very easy. The drivers make sure they are always 10 mins early, to having water or snacks in the car if your flight is delayed...it s been a great experience every time. They are the only car service company I will use.

We have used Jersey Drive Services for trips the the airport on several occasions. It s always a smooth ride and extremely reliable. I just hired Joe to take my daughter and her friends to their prom. He made their special night even more so by supplying them with fancy souvenir cups and sparkling cider. Joe is a good man with a great heart, who I m happy to give my business to any time!

I recently completed a round trip with Jersey Drive Services and have used them in prior years. Seamless service, on time, courteous drivers and beautiful large, clean cars to transport you. Joe, the owner, remembered a few parts of my conversation with him in a prior drive and that really surprised me, considering how many transports he must do a day. Picking me up at 5 AM but finding time to stop over to spend an hour with his kids before turning around for another pick up at 9AM tells me a lot about his personality. His philanthropic acts to use his business to raise money for the local food bank and other similar organizations distinguishes him from just any other transport service. And his tips to get you to beat the lines at the airport are invaluable! 5 stars for Jersey Drive Services.

Exceptional customer service both with the scheduling and the car service itself. The vehicle was very clean, in car accommodations such as water and snacks were unexpected and lovely, and my pick up and drop off were on time. I highly recommend Jersey Drive Services!!

I have used this company to travel to and from airport and for personal travel to the NY a few times. They are very organized, always confirm the day before of our travel, and reliable. They always reply quickly for a quote as soon as they are available to do so. I even requested a car seat during those times and it was always organized for me as requested with no issues. They were always courteous and the price is very reasonable. It's my go-to car service company now.

This was our first time using Jersey Drive Services. We were so glad we did. Extremely professional, on time, made everyone feel comfortable. Even asked if we wanted to stop for coffee.When arriving at the airport he made sure we were all set up before he left.Giuseppe went out of his way for us and we will definitely be using his service in the future!

I highly recommend Jersey Drive Services. I have used their service for all my airport trips, mostly to Newark Liberty and JFK. I travel a few times a year planning to fly out of Trenton once his year. I ve needed to be picked up at 4 AM, and have flights delayed for hours, and was picked up at the airport at 2 AM. Always on time, always friendly and helpful, with good prices.

Our driver Mike was on time, had great communication letting us know ETA, and was very calm and helpful while we were in a frenzy trying to install 3 car seats, strapping kids in, and playing tetris trying to pack the trunk with luggage and a stroller. All was smooth on the way to the airport with plenty of time to relax before our flight. Thank you Mike!
