I went to the Raritan location on 3/21/24 and just getting to write a review. Edwin was so helpful and professional it was a pleasure going in and getting greeted with kind and knowledgeable help. He got the part I needed and put the light in my car as well. I will def be back if needed. It is so good to know that there are people that take pride in their job and are professional with the customers. Great job !

I'm so pleased with this business. I called in the morning regarding a battery install and the woman who answered was so helpful. I wasn't sure of the exact model of the car and she looked up both options for me without hesitation.When I got to the store, David helped me with the different battery options and even tested the battery, alternator and starter on my vehicle.I will definitely be back if there's anything else they can help me with.

My husband was really helped by one of the employees there. Very professional. My husband actually doesn't really know how to work a computer, so he asked me to do this. That is how impressed he was. He thinks the employee's name was Edward. Great job Edward.

Amazing service from start to end. The guys here were very knowledgeable and friendly. Cody helped me diagnose my bad battery, found the replacement, rang me up and changed my battery in less than 30 mins. Overall I'm very satisfied with my trip here. With great service and knowledge they can help with most car problems.

Thanks to Cody and team for helping with replacing a bad battery. As usual when these situations arise, it was cold and dark already but no hesitation getting me setup in no time. Especially pleased after leaving another location that told me it was too dark to help me tonight .

I have been going here for over a decade and they are consistently polite and helpful. They will help you install items you purchase there. The store is well stocked with many useful item, especially for such a small place. For example I needed a wide rear view mirror (that lets you see your blind spots). I was pleasantly surprised to see they had one on hand.

Autozone in Raritan NJ. 5 stars (if I could give 10 I would) to Dave B for assisting me today with my car. He used the hand held inspection device and showed me the correct parts to fix my car! Runs perfectly now! Thank you again Dave and all the AutoZone employees! Ladies before you take your car to any mechanic - take it to AutoZone to get it checked out. It might be an easy fix that you can do yourself or have a neighbor help you out! AutoZone has saved me over $800 in unnecessary repairs this year alone!!!

Went there Saturday after at 330 on 13/24/23. Only needed 2 quarts of oil , after waiting 20 minutes for the only guy running register to finish he started helping the next customer, after waiting another 10 minutes ,I left. Im sorry but I shouldn't have to wait 30 minutes just to pay for something, you would think the other gentleman sitting at the far end the counter would pause what he's doing to help the line of customers, but noI'm used to waiting at this store but today was ridiculous

Had a great experience here today. I bought a new battery and Karl S popped it in (note that you should call and ask, they only do it for certain models), started right up! Other staff were also knowledgeable and have good advice regarding another replacement part in which I was interested.

I am happy to share this feedback. Just had a positive experience at the Raritan, NJ store this morning. James, from the store, helped me to identify my headlight problem, went the extra mile and was able to resolve it quickly and cheerfully. I am going to go with your store as first preference for my family s auto part needs in future.

I needed parts for my F- type Jaguar and the staff went out of their way to find the items in the store. I thought they would have to be ordered. The two items were only approximately $18.00 and yet two staff members assisted me.That kind of service is unheard of these days. Ron

Carl and Adrian were wonderful. I came in pretty close to closing time in hopes to get a battery for my sisters car. Carl was so patient and kind while we waited for her to meet us there. He had everything ready to go when she arrived and Adrian installed it quickly and efficiently. Thank you both for saving us the worry about her car not starting as she commutes to school. Much appreciated!

I had an emergency situation , I lost a windshield wiper blade mid rain storm. Eric and Dave helped me get a new wiper to get home safely. They are amazing! Thank you guys again !

This is not our first visit to Auto zone. The excellent customer service I have routinely received prompted me to leave this review. If you ever have a car issue consult with this store. The gentleman looked up the part I needed and came out to my car in 39 degree weather and replaced the part so I could leave and drive safely. They are the best!

Stopped by for an engine check light. They cannot go into my car to do, but did give me reader to get code myself. Gave me printout after with a friendly attitude!

I have been coming to this location for over 10 years and the staff has always been great from day 1. I recently stopped in with a check engine light on thinking the worse for my truck. Reggie went above and beyond to help me get to the point of the problem and within 10 minutes my truck was back to normal with no more engine light on. Turns out it was just the air filter and a problem with a sensor. Thanks Reggie for the great customer service.

My SUV headlight went out while driving, just as it was getting dark outside.I am so glad that Auto Zone in Raritan, NJ was able to assist me. Reggie, Auto Zone specialist, A+ excellence looked up the part installed the bulb and I am now safe to drive with both lights.Thank you

I wanted to let management know about their employee Anthony. I arrived on Christmas Eve, gifts, luggage and a dog in tow with a problem. My brake lights would not turn off. I spoke to Anthony, who was trying to understand the issue, and even took the time to hold my phone and watch a YouTube video I found addressing the problem. Within 10 minutes I was on my way.He was very knowledgeable, kind and gracious. Excellent customer service! Thank you so very much.

First thing I would like to say thank you guys. I went there to check my Harley battery because it is down. They checked it and charged it fully and gave it back to me without any charge and hesitate. I felt very happy this kind of service in these days is rare. Because people are very hesitated to do their work in some of the places without expecting anything. Thank you guys

I love this AutoZone!!! The staff and management are always super helpful with my needs, as well as every time I have needed a part or information about my vehicle they go above and beyond always. I am very appreciative of this AutoZone and keep up the good work!!!! THANK YOU GUYS!!!!
