Five big stars! From the first phone call to the delivery of my wife's car. All the staff was kind and helpful. It really felt like a team atmosphere. All my concerns were addressed and questions answered. My salesperson (Alfredo) seemed conscious of my time witch felt really nice. A great model of a car buying experience. Thank you all!

The Ramsey Infinity location in my opinion and experience, they provide great customer services. Recently encounter Christina and she was very helpful and knowledgeable with the issues I was having with my vehicle, she provided excellent customer service. Other staff like Gabe and Jennifer too were very polite and professional. These location is very clean and spacious. Glad I went there because I was very stressed out with my vehicle and the made everything go smooth and look simple.

Upon entering the establishment my husband and I received a friendly greeting. We connected with Dennis who was very thorough and gave us options based on what we wanted in a vehicle. We could not thank him more for treating us so great and getting us a car perfect for our family.

Scheduling the appointment and getting the car in for service was fine, but I had to with 90 minutes longer than the time I was scheduled to be done. After making several inquiries, a nice guy who may be a manager intervened and I got my car back 2 hours later and unwashed. I almost missed my medical appointment.

Elated with my service experience. Jenn and Luke have really elevated the service department. I have been consistently greeted warmly, treated cordially, had my expectations met and surpassed and made to feel like a very valued client. Great job!

Went to visit Ramsey Infiniti for oil change 4/5/24. All was well with that visit , however had to return on 4/8/24 for a tire blowout and here is where it went left .the towing of the vehicle went fine .called for roadside assistance as car was not drivable ..that went smooth ..driver showed up within an hour . Nice vehicle was dropped of to dealer. I then receive a call from the service dept s/w Zach was advised he was not able to see my contract for the service plan that was added to my lease and that I would have to either pay for the tire or have it towed out of their dealership I then began to make several calls as I was on my way to meet my towed vehicle after being on hold with customer service as I was trying to obtain my contract information . I receive a call from a Gabe at Ramsey Infiniti advising me that everything was fine and car would be ready shortly ..the treatment that received during this process was and is unacceptable and I WILL NOT BE SERVICING MY CAR ThEIR AGAiN!!!!!!!

Salesman Dennis was a pleasure to work with. He knew the car he was selling, and went over the options of the car. These was no pressure to purchase the car. A great experience at Ramsey infinite.

Purchasing a car is not normally an enjoyable experience. However, last week we went to Ramsey Infiniti and Sam Tehan (General Sales Manager) and Michael Willey (Salesperson), made it a far better experience. Both were incredibly efficient, knowledgeable and negotiated in good faith. We were in and out of the dealership in a little over an hour. When we picked up the car the next day, it was missing rubber mats. Sam said he would order for us and would call when they arrived. Very professional and great to deal with. We will definitely be back.Joyce D.

When I first came I was greeted right away and the atmosphere was really nice, my salesperson Daniel help me out with any concerns I had and was really nice throughout the whole time and I couldn t be any happier with the way I was treated, exceed my expectations and definitely recommend this place.

Horrible experience with service advisor Jenn. This is the second horrible experience with Jenn that me and my husband have experienced with both of our vehicles. This dealership charges more double the price for transmission fluid exchange. Every infiniti dealership within 60 miles charges half the price of what I was charged after I had to argue the bill. Jenn tried to charge me almost double of what i paid of the final price until I had a sit down with luke, service manager. My final price was still well over priced so i would not recommend service here.

I called back after I left when I noticed that they removed a sticker from my windshield. The lady who answered the phone in Service did not take the time to listen to me. Then she told me that I have to drive back there. I asked to talk to the adviser who served me while I was there. She said that they don t answer the phone, but she would have him call me back. I am still waiting at this time.

Normally, I am skeptical when having repairs performed at a dealership. Ramsey Infiniti was a pleasant surprise. The staff were professional and friendly. The repairs were done perfectly. Needless to say, I will be having all of my maintenance and any other repairs done at Ramsey Infiniti!

To star I was in the dealer for 2 hours for a oil change that part was ok but what I don t understand why the tech was soppost to perform a pressure test on my cooling sistem all he did was open the hud and look around with a flash light them send the secretary back to me to tell me my car needs a new engine that the engine is burning the coolant there is not such a thing for engine I guess the tech didn t realize that my car have a front recording camera I got everything in camera got home I decided to do a pressure test on my engine I discovered the leak on my own thansk for nothing Ramsey infiniti I will never take my car there for anything at all beware customers with this dealer making people spend money that they don t need to spend for not doing the proper repairs or test on cars

The team at Ramsey Infiniti is the best! Dennis Lutz is truly a pleasure to work with when buying/leading a car. He is professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable and makes the experience truly enjoyable. Matt in the finance department made the process of going through the financing paperwork effortlessly and was also a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Ramsey Infiniti & this team. The service department is also & has always been a great experience as well!

DO NOT BUY OR SERVICE A CAR HERE!!!This was the worst customer service I've experienced in the last 10+ years of owning Infiniti cars.The service manager Luke Incognito, and Dealership Manager will make promises to your face but then ignore your phone calls, emails, voicemails, and messages left with reception.When you finally do get one of them, they will lie about getting back to you and fixing the issue.I purchased a certified preowned QX20 in April 2022. It had a crack in the windshield that could not be replaced immediately due to a backorder.I was moving out of state in June, which they knew at the time of purchase.They promised to connect with a dealer in my new state to coordinate the fix.In Aug 2022 I had my new dealer call Ramsey. They spoke with Nuno (the assistant service manager), who said their Field office managers would contact the new dealership once they figured it all out.2 YEARS LATER AND STILL NO WINDSHIELD!I'm extremely disappointed in this brand that I've owned for over 10 years and this dealership I've used since 2016Update:In response to your reply this is the only review I have posted on googleLuke never told me that moving out of state was the issue or an issue at all.If I had known I would happily driven back to NJ and had the windshield replaced.All I wanted was for you to follow through with your promise of replacementLuke only spoke with me once last summer when I said the windshield still wasn't replaced and he thought it was doneHe said he would get back to me, when he never did I reached out to corporate for assistance.The first I heard about moving out of state being the issue was when corporate told me.If you need me to drive to NJ from TX to get the windshield replaced I will

Hands down best car dealership I have ever been too (and I've been to a lot!) Super quick, efficient, knowledgable and probably some of the nicest people I have ever met. The manager is so welcoming and helpful! Sales Rep, Michael, really knows his stuff and walked me through everything step by step!

From when I dropped off my car, from when they assured me that my car was finished and ready for pick up, they kept the customer service at a high level. Jennifer kept me informed about the loaner car I d be getting, no need to rush back to return it, and made sure everything was as good with my car. I d surely be back to get another vehicle from them.

My service advisor was great. However, I think they should all review a customers account before coming over and sharing the different repairs that the technician recommended this is the second or third time this year that I was told I needed windshield wipers, engine filters and in cabin filters, all of which have been replaced During recent service visit. It makes you wonder if they re really checking the car to see what it needs for if we re just trying to sell basic services to rack up the bill I m a big fan of the Ramsey auto group, but this is getting concerning.

The service here has severely gone down hill. My family has bought four infinitis from here and its safe to say I m not coming here anymore for service. They charged me 120 dollars for an oil change, tire rotation and a multi point inspection. Infiniti always give you a complimentary car wash, one of the reasons why I like going there. So after 2 hours, I hadn t heard anything so I decided to show up, saw my car sitting in the parking lot, unwashed. So I waited 2 hours for an oil change and no one could even call me when it was done? When they gave me their suggestions it was all things that I have replaced within the past year at another mechanic. When I questioned them about it, the service manager suggested I got all cheap items including my new time belt. They also said I needed all 4 tires to be replaced when I replaced them last year. The service managers always give an attitude. Honestly, this is the second time I had a bad experience with them, after the first I wanted to chalk it up to a fluke but its confirmed for me now and I will not be going back. Its clear they ve raised the prices of the service, but the quality has severely decreased. Not worth it at all.

I love coming to Ramsey Infiniti for my services. The waiting area looks like a hotel lobby. My service Advisor Gabriel was extra attentive in serving my QX80. When my car needed 2 new tires that were not in stock he offered to pick the vehicle up at house and return it after completion. Service. Thanks.
