Had a very good experience this time when i went to fix some calibration issues with my Grand Cherokee. I was fortunate to have service advisor Mr GIO CAMPOS (Ext 5665) who is very professional and knowledgeable about the issues. Communicated with me through the whole process and fixed everything within the time frame.Definitely recommend this particular service advisor with full beard. Can t miss him when you walk into service center.

My salesperson was Romeo DeLuca it was a great experience to work with Romeo he was kind, honest and helpful. He listened to my wants and needs he did not rush me and answered any questions. He walked us through the entire process and gave me choices. I would also like to add Michael and the nice woman from finance was also excellent. Great staff. My salesman Manual was friendly and helpful. No pressure sales pitch! Also Mike who went over my Jeep was also helpful and patient. Came back a couple of times to review the settings (plenty of them I might add). He always found time to show me what I needed to know. Plan to get my son a Jeep next year when he gets his license

I purchased a 2024 Ram Rabel from this dealership. The sales person Dani Kristinas s professionalism and friendliness was very impressive! I had a great experience, didn t have to deal with pressure or any of the dealership sales tactics that I had experienced at other dealerships in the past! Keep it up Dani!!

Vehicle brought in for Direct Connection performance upgrades. All went very well with Service Advisor Tom Moliterno, and he did an excellent job.Also, the Parts Consultant, Mike Mayer,did a terrific job. Ramsey Dodge has an overall great Parts Department, and Mr. Mayer is very knowledgeable and competent at his work.

If it possible to give the service center a lesser score I would. I have continued to be disappointed by this center. Let me start by saying the service center is down the block from my house so it would be extremely convenient for me to use however I will not be returning. The first experience I had was when the service center refused to book an appointment. They claimed they were booked and even when asked for an appointment any time in the future or earliest available they refused to allow me to make an appointment. Just recently I dropped my car off for service at 8:30am. I toon the day off work to accommodate this appointment. I explained my concerns with the vehicle and where it was previously serviced. At 2pm they called to tell me my car had not been looked at nor would it be looked at because they refused to address an issue that a local certified jeep dealer fixed 2 months ago. I explained that had they known that at 8:40 i would have never left my car and would have gone to work. I also explained that I explicitly told them where the car had previously been serviced prior to leaving it and if that would be an issue I would not leave the car at which point they told me it was not a problem and my car would be worked on regardless. It s truly a shame because I had a great experience with the sales team of the Ramsey auto group however I would no longer do business there nor refer anyone to this auto group purposely because of their negligible and quite frankly inconsiderate service center.

This place is awesome, way better than the one I went to in NY. The facility is so clean and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. It has a huge waiting area and they make it so easy to quickly drop your car and go. I usually leave service centers feeling frustrated with the lack of organization but this experience was way different. The staff works together well and I felt my car was in trustworthy hands. I will definitely be returning.

Deena was very helpful and very punctual with updates on my truck throughout the day. Ramsey service center was able to fit me into their schedule with no issues whatsoever. 10/10 would highly recommend going to this facility service center. Their team and all of the staff are great.

First time at this dealership . Took my RAM in for an oil change and tire rotation , as well as a few minor things I needed looked at. DEENA was the best ! She was kind and answered all questions. She was very professional and made sure my experience was a pleasant one. No hassle highly recommend .

I am not happy whatsoever, my 2021 dodge ram has transmission issues where a locks in the gears whether is second fourth eighth or sixth and so on, it doesn t happen constantly, but it happens every now and then you have to drive the vehicle day and day out and you have to know the vehicle which I know the vehicles I own the vehicle. When I dropped it off to get it, looked at and tried to get it repaired. They keep telling me there s no problem with it. There s no code cause they take it out when it s cold they ll drive it for a short run and they bring it back in. And tell me there s nothing wrong with it. I took a video of it when I was driving on the highway where it was stuck on gear and showed it to them and they told me all there s nothing wrong with it. I have it on video. they keep telling me I m pushing the gear on the steering wheel, This started happening when the vehicle hit over 30,000 miles. There s a transmission issue with it, I don t care what they say. I know the vehicle I drive it every single day there is a problem !The first time they held the truck for over a month then tell me there s no issue with it where I passed the service station, my truck The 2021 Dodge Ram was still parked at the same spot not moved. I m not happy. This time as soon as I dropped it off and generate a 2024 first response from the person in there was, but there s nothing wrong with the transmission without even looking at, calls me the next day and tells me what your truck is ready we change the oil is $96 and change.How is that possible to tell me the truck is ready without even looking at it.. but they still charge the Warranty company. But then, when I brought the loaner car back, the girl who took a picture of it, say wow you didn t bring it back the same amount as gas you took it, I said OK I will go fill it up but what about my truck when I brought it in it s not the same amount of gas either. I am not happy not happy whatsoever my transmission on the vehicle to 2021 Dodge Ram eventually is going to go. Who is responsible then when they tell me there s nothing wrong with it when I keep bringing it back telling them there is something wrong with the transmission ??

Worked with Gio for some repairs on my vehicle. Communication throughout the entire process was very clear and prompt. My Jeep was ready the next day even though some parts needed to be ordered.The facility is sparkling clean and very easy to access.

I drive over an hour to Ramsey for service. Their center is so impressive and everyone is very professional and friendly. Thomas is always my advisor and he is excellent. I will always drive extra for their impeccable service!

The service center was large and clean. The cost of my brakes was expensive but on par with other dealerships. They also did a diagnostic of my car and told me that there were a lot of preventative things I needed to do, but I never received the write-up of what needed to be serviced. The remote start on my car wasn t working and they told me that I needed another appt to get that checked out but never scheduled the appt while I was on-site. Jeep Ramsey seems to be good for traditional services but their follow through is unfortunately non-existent.

I was expecting a car wash and was told before pick up it had been done. Unfortunately that was not the case, so considering I have the Jeep Wave I am a bit disappointed. Staff is super friendly and professional

I had to bring my Dodge Ram 2022 in for a minor recall, during which the computer had to be updated/reprogrammed. It was easy to make the appointment. My truck was taken in on time and I went to the waiting area to do some work. The work area was pleasant and quiet and the Wifi was good. The truck was ready in about an hour. Overall it was a top notch service experience.

I had a great experience at this service center during my recent visit for recalls. The staff was friendly and service was prompt. Not only they efficiently fixed the recalls, but they went above and beyond to address the death wobble issue. Overall, a positive and hassle-free experience.

Great experience, I decided to try this dealership vs my selling dealership due to previous poor experience there. The difference is night and day! The waiting area is impeccable and even includes a kids play area separated by glass partitions to keep noise down, multiple tvs and sitting areas, a quiet area, work stations and a generous assortment of snacks, coffees etc. at no additional cost. My car was washed when it was returned to me and all service reminders reset.

usually have a good experience but I filled out a survey and the person said she would give me a free oil change on my account. Well I scheduled an appointment and confirmed this detail for last saturday 1/27 and drove an hour (30 mins both ways) and was told I could NOT have a free oil change and that I would be rescheduled for next saturday when the person who gave it to me was back, which was for this upcoming weekend 2/3. Well I couldn t make the trip up to Ramsey this week so I decided to call and cancel and was told I didn t even have a rescheduled appointment. Well good thing I did not waste the trip again. Pretty annoying when all they wanted was a good survey for their benefit and did not care for me. Probably will not be back so I don t waste my time and will go elsewhere.

As great as a service center can be. I ve been to the dealership on 46 in Little Falls and have been beyond disappointed in almost every aspect. The Ramsey location on the other hand is fantastic and it is the only location I will bring my truck to. Gio was professional and extremely helpful, whole staff was great.

I had a fantastic experience. Gio was great to work with. He was friendly, informative, and helpful. He made sure I was aware of everything my car needed, as well as the timing for the maintenance. Also, the waiting area was a comfortable place to make myself a cup of coffee and work remotely. I'd definitely recommend Jeep to my friends and family!

This dealership from sales to service is horrible. I DIDNT buy my Wrangler here because of the games they tried to play but bought one the following week FOR CASH at another dealership. Since then I have used them for service ONLY when necessary.But the all-time WORST experience was last week. I had received some recall notices some quite old and decided to finally bring it in. Made an appointment for Thursday 3/7. On 3/5 I lost my brakes...no pedal. I called in Tuesday to let them know zero brakes and would they still be able to get me in and out in same day and was told yes.When I dropped the Jeep off Thursday they apparently knew nothing about the brakes. The woman that checked me in said that she would be in touch with me throughout the day. That was at 7:30 a.m. Then at 12:30 after still not hearing anything I called and I was told well she hadn't heard anything so she didn't call me. So I said well maybe to go find out what's going on and get back to me and she said she would. 3:30 I still haven't received a call so I called them. Not only had nobody taken a look at the brakes but none of the recall service had been done either. I asked for an assurance that it would be looked at first thing in the morning and I was promised that if that would not be the case that the shop supervisor would call me I did not get a phone call. Next morning I didn't get a call early so I drove over to the dealership and I was told that they just brought the car back to look at It was about 9:00. About 15 minutes later I got a phone call saying that a " brake line exploded" and that another one was ready to go. And in order to fix all of that they would have to do a whole litany of work including replacing calipers.I grew up working on cars so I knew that this made no sense whatsoever. So when I inquired about it I was first told that they had to be replaced because they had brake fluid all over them. I asked them well how many are being replaced if only one line broke and why are we replacing calipers just because they have oil on them spray them with brake clean and be done with it. I was put on hold and then the person came back on the phone and told me that the reason that the calipers had to be replaced was because they were all seized. Now I found that very hard to believe because in order for you to check to see if the caliper is frozen you'd have to either press the brake pedal which they couldn't do in this case or take the calipers off the car and manually manipulate them. They didn't have time to do this either. The incredibly fantastic deal that they were going to offer me for all this work was over $2,500. I said take the car off the lift put it outside I'll be over and pick it up. So I went over and I picked it up I got the keys and I said did you get any of the recall work done. I was told that in the two days the car was there they got none of the recall work done.I then brought the car over to a mechanic I use in Ramsey who is known for his honesty and his quality work. After looking at it he called me up and said it would be ready in the middle of the afternoon and he'll show me everything when I get there.This brake line that exploded was actually a brake hose. That part cost $48. Since the other one was in fact not in great shape he replaced that one as well. the total bill was $315.So this service department was trying to, there's no other word for it except scam, me out of an additional $2200 that someone who did not have the knowledge that I do about cars would have gone and paid because they wouldn't have known any better. I ended up talking to the service manager and the shop superintendent on the phone later that day I was told I would be refunded the $195 diagnostic fee, which quite honestly I haven't even checked to see if it ever did get refunded yet, And they apologized.I just feel that an apology doesn't do this situation justice. So I am going to be leaving the same review on a number of locations because I think it's important for other people to know.

It was a good experience the wait time me is typical of a dealer, the sales person was friendly and answered all my questions. Finance always tries to sell you extended warranty. Overall my experience was satisfactory.

If going here to get your vehicle fixed underneath warranty. I would make sure that they fully tell you everything of what is happening.Because if they cannot fix something under warranty, they might tell you.You still have to fix it and also then charge you. And if you wish not to take the charge then that means the job will not be fully done and there's nothing you can do for your car but still get it.
