They do a Great job! 100% recommend them to service and diagnose all issues with your foreign vehicle! staff is nice and very informative & Not hard to get in touch with. I owned a Porsche Cayenne before the Alfa and the run around and being turned to dead end after dead end was ridiculous, I was scared when I first purchased my Alfa for that very reason but these guys definitely helped and made me feel more confident in the vehicle I m in thank you y all

What an amazing experience.I came in worried I might have to leave the Giulia for a few weeks to a month and they had me sorted and out in two hours! Chris and his team are excellent and despite the wild storm outside, they also cleaned the car!Way to go guys! You have my loyalty.

Chris is the Alfa Romeo service manager. He is awesome, straightforward and takes care of you anytime you need service. They have a beautiful waiting room so I am able to work while I wait for my car. Our service representative Chris was exceptional as always. We brought our car in for a check engine light. We were prepared to leave it but Chris asked if we could wait a few minutes while he connected the car to the computer to determine the problem. As a result he was able to complete the service with a software update while we waited a short time in the customer lounge. Very happy

Had a great experience with Chris, in the service department. He was very thorough and took time to explain things to me clearly - such a pleasurable service visit. With his eye for detail, he even pointed out that the aftermarket valve stem caps on my tires could seize and cause an issue with damaging the valve stem, when trying to service the tires. He removed them for me and installed new factory ones, at no charge. Ramsey Auto Group has some good guys!

My overall experience with Chris was great! This was my first visit to your facility which was beautiful and my second service on the vehicle. However, the technician did not top off my washer fluid which was low when I brought the vehicle in.

Chris (service advisor) and the team at Alfa Romeo are fantastic! Service is done while you wait and only took an hour! Their lounge is comfy and equipped with tech-access and snacks so you can wait or work comfortably. Highly recommend this dealership and its service dept.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Met all of my expectations, clean and quiet environment, good energy And snacks @giovanny was pleasant and polite. He took his time to assist with my needs. I will come back and recommend it , worth the 45 mins trip and the tolls I paid to come there from manhattan. They gave me all the reasons not to deal with any other dealership.

I brought my Stelvio in for an oil change. I was taken immediately and the work was done promptly. Chris the service writer was terrific. He even found a coupon to save me some cash. In addition my car was nicely washed as a courtesy. Even though it is a bit of a drive fir me I will be back for my next Alfa Romeo service.

I brought both my Alfa s in for service today. My Gulia needed an oil change and my Stelvio warranty and wheel alignment.I waited for the Gulia which they did while I waited which was not a long wait and washed my car. Thanks to Deena who was a pleasure to work with. She got me in and out with no issues .

Hi, this was first time going there. And I have to say Chris the service manager was so helpful, even when I was making the appt. over the phone. Chris, was very professional, he was very attentive and was able to help me with the problem I had with my Alfa. I even called Alfa customer care and let them know that he was the only one able to resolve my issue with the car. Because of his fantastic service, I highly recommend this place and I will definitely come back. Thank you Chris again.

The service department was able to accommodate me the same day and the service was excellent. The service manager and staff was very friendly. The service manager was able to get me in and out and my car was cleaned on the inside and out. This is my second time dealing with the service department and it was a positive experience both times. The facility is extremely well maintained as well

Brought my Alfa Romeo Stelvio for a recall. Was greeted immediately by a representative in the service department. Gave me an estimated time for the repair ( which was actually done sooner) and offered to give the car a wash. Clean and efficient. 2 thumbs up!!!!

I called service department for 2 days in a row. Day 1, I was asked to hold and then was hung up on. I called back several times and received either no answer or they picked up and hung up. Day 2 there were no advisors available, so they took my name and number and told me they would call me right back. I am still waiting

Initially, I was concerned I had spoken with a few people on making appointment to bring in my car, but didn t get a return call. I then spoke with Chris Bataglia who got me right in and handled my problem quickly. Also, Dina was very helpful as well getting me information quickly. I was pleased with the outcome.

Chris Battaglia is extremely professional. He always make sure to have my car washed inside and out before he delivers it back to me. Service is always excellent and on time. I needed an oil change and he squeezed me in the following morning. Doctors and other professionals can learn from this instead of pushing our appointments until the next week. I don t know how Chris does it but he has never let me down. Highly recommended!Services: Tires, Oil change
