I am extremely disappointed with the negligent service and will never return. I rarely take the time to do reviews, but I am that disappointed. Going to Toyota for maintenance we paid above market prices and the kicker is that the battery was not installed properly. The AAA dispatcher showed me the reason my car died the same day I picked it up from Toyota... the new battery was not tightened in its spot by the Toyota service team. I was picking my daughter up from tutoring at her school and I had my other 2 children in my car, including my Autistic 10 year old, when my car died in front of school. I had to call someone to pick up my 3 kids while I waited for AAA. I was then late for a work event due to the negligence of this service team.Toyota Service closes at 6PM, but the team did not answer the phone at 5:30PM and no one returned my calls after this happened. I left a message again the next day and also emailed them a video of the battery not connected (too large to upload here I tried). I eventually received an email apology many days later after emailing them the video and was told this was escalated to management. Javier called me and said we d receive a refund check for the labor and the battery, but it never arrived. It has been months. I called to follow up and was told that there was no record of my experience and that Javier was no longer with Toyota. How do you NOT have a properly documented client file? I left another message with the current manager and never received a call back. That is unacceptable customer service. It was recommended that we install a battery, get 3 new tires, air filters, etc. We did all of that for a total bill of $2,614.02. Mistakes happen, but Toyota didn t make it right and I m sick of chasing this check. I came here to warn others.

Outstanding experience bringing my vehicle for service today. I was checked in quickly and courteously, felt welcomed right off the bat. My advisor Javier was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Waiting area was comfortable and service was completed right on time. The video sent from the technician Dana was awesome! He visually showed me and narrated the work that was completed, and all the points checked during the inspection, right from the comfort of the waiting room. I ve been a Toyota owner for about 20 years and have been to many different dealerships around the country, this experience stands out as the best one hands down. Couldn t have asked for a single thing different.

Made a same day appointment, got there, drove in, checked me right in, took the vehicle to do the services, the Service Advisor Mr. Jeffrey Cicero was really polite and explained me everything, i sat down and waited for 90 minutes, which i was told before that it would take, and i got my vehicle back!Pleasure coming here!Will recommend it.All the best!

Excellent service.Everything went smoothly. I was notified about what was going on with my car as the techniain did his checking of my car. Caroline informed me about everything and all the details and choices available to me. Answered all my questions. Caroline is the best. I thank her and the technician for what they do. Prestige Toyota is the place to go to for excellent car service.

PHOTOS BELOW....We could have been seriously injured and my vehicle destroyed by the incompetence of the service manager's staff. I brought my Toyota FJ Cruiser to Prestige service to have replacement OEM rims installed. Right after leaving the service center my steering wheel was shaking significantly. I called the service center and they said it's probably from rotating the tires. I decided to check the tire pressure(should be 55psi for highway driving). The pressures were all different and very low, 22psi-24psi-26psi-26 psi. I filled the tires and the shaking was minimal but still present. I figured the tires need to wear in due to the rotation. A few months later I was on the highway with my girlfriend traveling 65MPH. I took an exit and heard a loud crunch/banging sound. Luckily I was only going 10-15mph on the ramp. I got out and to my shock 4 out of the 6 lugs on the front passenger wheel were gone. The wheel was severely tilted. After jacking up the vehicle I noticed 4 of the wheel hub studs sheered off. The vehicle was inoperable. I paid $253.00 to have the vehicle towed to my residence. I immediately called Prestige and left a message for Tom the service manager stating that I have a serious issue I need to discuss. I called again for the next two days. It took Tom 2-1/2 days just to call me back. I explained the issue to Tom. His response was "yeah someone tried to steal your wheel". I said that's ridiculous. I park next to a police station under constant CCTV surveillance. No one would steal a $175 truck wheel when there's all high end vehicles in the lot. I said my other vehicle's wheels are $1,000 a piece and they have never been touched. Tom's response was "I'm not doing anything for you, it's not my problem, there's nothing I can do". He said there's no way those lugs were loose. The conversation went back and fourth for several minutes. I said the number one cause of studs sheering off is due to loose lugs. Tom then admitted he's seen vehicles where the lugs weren't tightened and they fell off(so this has happened). He said but it happens after a few miles. I said not if they lugs are snug but not fully tightened. Then it's very possible to lose a lug here and there overtime or for them to get loose and shear the studs off on a turn(exactly what happened). I said if your tech is too incompetent to even put the correct air pressure how is it so far fetched to say he forgot to tighten the lugs? He said maybe you don't know how to read the pressure gauge. At this point I knew the type of manager I was dealing with. The techs incompetence is a direct reflection of Tom's failed leadership and work ethic. Tom offered no apology, was rude, disrespectful, and offered no solution. He also tried to blame it on some other mechanic shop that must have done something but Prestige was the last shop I visited. I told Tom he should be ashamed and he's a terrible manager. He then hung up on me. After this lovely phone call ended I checked all the wheels. Every single wheel had loose lugs. I had tighten the lugs a minimum of TWO or more full revolutions to correctly tighten them. There were also missing tire weights or did someone want to steal those too??? No wonder my steering wheel was shaking. Tech also didn't remove the stickers from the tire bead and they are stuck in between the wheel. I called Prestige back and spoke to a sales manager. I explained the issue. This manager immediately said I'm sorry this happened to you, offered a discount of service, and sounded concerned. I said "just tell all the techs what happened so no other person will ever have to deal with this, we could have been seriously injured". Several years ago I had an issue with Prestige when it was in the old location. I went in for an oil charge/tire rotation and they tried to charge me over $900 for items I didn't ask for(new wipers, flushing coolant, flushing other fluids, etc). They tried this again a few months later so I stopped going. I decided to give the new shop a chance but this service manager is even worse. Had to bring my car in for a 'Customer Support Program' . Not a recall , but a condition that they agree to rectify. The process couldn't have gone smoother . They kept me advised on progress , and took care of all the issues. Even gave me a loner car while they had mine. Kudos to Wayne Schneider for guiding us through the entire time, and making all the arrangements.Extremely happy with the service department !

I have been taking my vehicles to Prestige Toyota for service for over 20 years now. Jeff Cicero is by far the kindest, most thorough service advisor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Wait times are on the longer side, especially if they have a busy day. But luckliy they have plenty of seating and a free shuttle service to local restaurants if desired.

I ve been taking my 2019 Camry to the dealership ever since I purchased it from them. I mainly do the oil changes and tire rotations there because they are price competitively and they know the car very well do it yourself maintenance items I try and do myself like air filter and cabin filter. I did buy tires from them, which seem to be price competitively at the time my service advisor, Javier was very thorough and nice to deal with and they recommended changing my cabin air filter, cleaning my evaporator, which I believe is located near or under my cabin air filter and wanted to change my brake fluid and bleed my brakes. The oil change tire rotation went without any issues. It was partially cloudy, and it rained in the morning so they did not wash the car like they usually do for free. I waited at the dealership and enjoyed water and a pleasant atmosphere. At the end I paid for my oil change and tire rotation, went home and changed out my cabin air filter, which took me less than five minutes since I had already purchased them online.

I recently purchased my 4th Toyota from Prestige. My salesperson, Jeff Jafry, was excellent and easy to work with. He made the whole experience of buying a new car very enjoyable. We worked together to get the deal I was after. If you're looking for a Toyota, I suggest you seek him out. You will not be disappointed!

Service Rep Jeff Cicero is my reason for the 5 star rating a trust worthy and honest man that know his job. I am having a problem with the new location for service being connected with the showroom it gives me the uncomfortable feeling of being pressured to buy a new car where the old service area was strictly for service. In the new location there is much more time waiting for someone to pick up your car to bring it to the service area then waiting for someone to bring it back from the service area there's too much time being wasted just waiting around. I have perched my 2010 4 runner in 2014 at this dealership and been going back every 5000 miles for service so I have seen the change ......

SCAM!!!Do not get your car serviced here because these guys SCAM you! I had been getting my toyota services at this location since 2017 so my family and I are established loyal toyota customers. However enough is enough, the Ramsey service center has always been a pretty bad spot because their wait times are absolutely crazy but now their service employees are just scamming people.I visited the service center for a 5,000 miles tune up. During this appointment I was told (like many of you) that part of the tune up is your service technician would run a diagnostic and make sure if there were any additional concerns then you can approve/deny any repairs. I left the tune-up with a few issues that needed addressing but nothing I was able to approve at that visit. Not even 2 weeks later, my check engine light came on. Now I like many of you do get concerned when that light comes on and I am not a mechanic so I figured I'd bring it to the professionals.I bring the car back to toyota, get the same service advisor, and he explains that its $200 just for Toyota to first tell me what is wrong. He then stated and I quote, "Yes its a $200 diagnostic fee however if you choose to do the repairs with us today, they'll waive the fee." So I waited the 2.5hrs for the testing to tell me that my Gas Cap was not sealing properly and it would be a $40.00 repair. I asked if the fee was waived and was told no, the repairs would come to $254.00 w/tax included. I was livid, that wasn't what the advisor told me when I brought the car in so naturally I argued over the price.This is where Toyota gets real scummy and why I'm advising you avoid these SCAMMERs. Toyota's defense is that the diagnostic fee is only waived if the repairs cost equal to or more than the fee, then its waived. This was not how this was presented to me before I let Toyota drive off with my car, no no! They simply said if I chose to do the repair that day, the fee was to be waived. I then pressed the advisor why was this info not detected last visit? His response was Toyota only does a "Visual inspection" though its called a diagnostic, you have to REQUEST an actual diagnostic check with your car's computer which is a $200 fee. Apparently when your service advisor tells you they'll conduct a diagnostic during your standard service appointments, you have to request they actually do it or they'll just give your car a once over, missing things they should be using their tools to find, then charging you BS fees later, exploiting your lack of knowledge. Toyota would not compromise with me, despite my pointing out how suspicious their actives were. Toyota of Ramsey not only lost my business, but they lost my entire family who had been loyal customers for over 10yrs and purchased 5 cars (Between leases and financing 2 cars). Don't get your car serviced by these scammers, there's much better places you could go. Also don't bother with Ramsey anyway, these guys take 3hrs for a simple oil change when Valvoline can do it in under 20min

On Presidents Day , my husband and I visited prestige to purchase a vehicle . We gave a deposit to hold the vehicle but unfortunately, the deal fell through . Here we are a month later and have not received a refund on our deposit . Numerous calls and messages left - all unanswered ! Where s my refund ????????????

My family has been going to Prestige for decades to buy cars, and I have Been having my Yaris serviced there for years. So it was only normal that when I bought my first car on my own that I would go back there as well. Scheduling an appointment is a breeze with them. Andrew Eagle was our salesman and he made the scariness of buying a new car (RAV4 Hybrid) fun and comfortable, while doing what it takes to close the deal and make the customer happy. He was personable, funny and just down right great to speak to through the process. He was extremely knowledgeable about the RAV4 Hybrid and it made learning our way around the vehicle and its new technology that much more easy. I hope that when I buy Another Toyota in the future, Andy is my sales rep again. Gil was our financing guy and he was great also, although we did not have as much interaction as we had with Andy, Gil still got us a great interest rate on our financed loan. He explained everything as well when signing the documents. I cannot Recommend prestige Toyota enough and you ll be very happy with the team there if you decide to purchase a car from their dealership.

Prestige Toyota Service Center is an example of how service should be rendered. The staff if always polite, friendly, and helpful. Every question is expertly explained and pertinent suggestions are given. The estimated wait time is always accurate. The technical personal (although invisible to us, in a remote location) is extremely thorough, in communication with front desk, and provides suggestions on their findings often accompanied by video clips of your cars underbelly. Excellent place to service your Toyota!
