I got my tires installed today at this pep boys.Very busy location and even I have appointment, I have to wait for 2 hoursGuys working at location are super nice and friendly but may need more people as all 4 bays are back to back.There prices are very reasonable for all the tires installation, rotation and alignment work.

Had a wonderful experience at Pep Boys in Ramsey NJ while getting 4 new tires installed during Black Friday sales. Pricing was great and the sales person made it fun and enjoyable. His name was JHAD and made 2.5hrs wait time seemed like only 30mins. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking to get new tires while having fun!

Pep Boys was so amazingly helpful when I needed a tire patched and it was right before closing time. They said it would be no problem. My usually place wouldn t take me. They completed it so quickly, making my life so much easier. Pep Boys has earned my business from here on out.

Excellent customer service, Jhad does all he can to put a smile on his customers faces and the rest of the ceew there is equally attentive. HIGHLY recommend this location for your auto service needs. I will definitely be visiting in the future.

I don t write reviews often but this Pep Boys and their entire staff deserve some serious Props. I recently purchased on 3/11/24Cooper Adventurer All season Tires for our 2013 Lexus RX 350. I cannot express enough my appreciation to Melvin the Assistant Manager for his Professionalism, Support, and Product Knowledge regarding all the details of my Tire purchase and install. He was Prompt in his responses, Courteous and Always available to answer my Car Care Questions. We were in and out in under 2 hours. Not to mention the price was the Most Competitive of all the quotes. Melvin is a Real Pro. That is why I am back this week for New Tires on my Lexus ES 350. I did not hesitate to reach out to Melvin who was nothing but Professional for this next Tire purchase. I have been purchasing tires from another Regional Tire Company the past 20 years and I have made the switch to Pep Boys for good. It s people like Melvin and Devon (Store Manager) that validates my patronage.Keep up the AWESOME Work Gentlemen .

Always transparent about the car issue. Literally showed me the issue on my car in the garage, explained it clearly.A previous car place (not Pep Boys) had told me a part needed to be replaced and was in bad shape. I held off and I'm glad I did because it turns out that part is 100% fine.Staff is always awesome, again upfront about the issue, how severe it is etc. Jhad especially was very friendly and helpful!

I had the best experience with Pep boys.I visited with a sudden flat tire and they were willing to inspect it.As it turned out, it was not a flat tire but a loss of air pressure due to the cold temperatures.They didn't charge me any money and said one word: if there are any issues, come back again.I have never had such a great experience in the US.I would definitely come back again.

Good service from pep boys and car is looked after well.Updating review from 4star to 5star. I initially left 4 star as my appt was at 8:30am, but no one turned up to open the shop until 8:45am. I understand an employee called out and a replacement had to come and open. These things happen. Happy with the service.

This service station did an excellent job when I needed 4 new tires quickly. Jhad led me to the most value for my money and provided great service in a timely fashion. My car was ready before it was promised to be and I received a personal phone call to let me know. He was very personable and friendly.

VERY FAST VERY GOOD PRICE FOR OIL CHANGE!!!What a great price for an oil change! I was able to use a coupon that I received online and it went from $50 something to ONLY $36.24!!! I'm so impressed. Very professional, polite, accommodating, and knowledgeable.Thank you again, guys! Devon Banton, the service manager, was very helpful! I called at 6:00 pm and he told me to "Just come in and we will take you right away." I'm so pleased that I found a great new place to get my car serviced! I recommend this Pep Boys location (Ramsey,) 100%VERY CLEAN WAITING AREA AS WELL!!!!Everything is spotless and new looking. VERY SPACIOUS!

This place is a FIND! I called with a my tire is actively leaking air. Help! Busy nurse- no time - call and Jhad answered the phone saying the words you want to hear come right down. We ll take care of you . Rescued, fast and on my way in no time. A GREAT BIG THANKS!!!!!

I was greeted very warmly from the door I feel comfortable, and at ease with Devon and Marco, both explained in detail what was being done to my car. I I sat very comfortably and waited while my car was being done in a timely fashion. I observed Devon absolutely be just as kind, just as helpful and just as accommodating as he was to me. I am very satisfied with the service that I received, and all the attention to detail is greatly appreciated.

Called 9AM on Sunday morning because my headlight went out. They said to come right in. Excellent customer service. Jhad greeted me as soon as I arrived, and offered me a couple of different options. Work was completed quickly. No hassles. Jhad was professional, but also extremely courteous and friendly, and gave me a discount on the final bill! Definitely going back for any future car work. Highly recommend!!

I was hesitant at first to come here due to a bad experience at a different local auto chain but I popped in to inquire about tires and service for my Suburban. I was met by Jhad and Melvin and they were like two long lost friends. They explained everything to me, met my online pricing I found and got my truck done within 2 hours. I was so happy with them that I went back a week later with my other smaller SUV and got tires and service on that one. The store is clean, plenty of parking, the guys Jhad and Melvin are good guys, straightforward and professional. I am real and this is a real review.....MIKE G

I ve been taking my car to Pep Boys Ramsey for the last two years. They ve done an incredible job on everything from tires, oil changes, alignments, etc. Their customer service is really what distinguishes them from the other auto body shops I ve been to. Responsive, courteous, honest, and transparent about cost. Highly recommend.
