I had a great experience at the Mini of Ramsey Service Center. I received quality customer service. Jason effectively explained all the issues/concerns observed during my vehicle inspection. My vehicle has been running smoothly since my visit to the service center last month. I highly recommend this location.

My 2012 MINI Goodwood Edition is a unique and special car. I am extremely satisfied with the service performed by MINI of Ramsey. Service Advisor Daniel Murphy and Service Tech Ash provided my incredible thorough service. Technician Ash even cleaned behind my rims after replacing all 4 tires!! Very happy with the attention to detail. Very appreciative of all their help!

Picked up new 2024 convertible. Everyone made the experience easy- from the sales associate to the finance person.All my questions and concerns were addressed.I have been going to this dealership for 15+ years. Never had a complaint.

Friendly but despite the fact that I was sitting in the waiting area no one informed that they recommended a tire rotation and balance. No one came to get me when they were done. I finally got up and saw my car and asked if I could get the key so I could leave.

Dan was great . They were very accommodating able to help me when I had a flat tire issue last minute with same day service. Even got my oil change done same time. Prices more than fair, having done service at multiple dealers on the east coast!

We had an amazing experience at Mini of Ramsey. Every single person we met at the dealership was kind, helpful, genuine, and extremely responsive in all communications. The associates really made an effort to get to know us and inform about all things Mini so we could make the choices that were right for us about our new car and extended warranty. Special shoutout to motoring advisor Ruby King, sales manager Michael Hostutler, and finance manager Michelle Wright for all your time and support; you made this easy and even helped us with our other Mini. We also loved chatting with service advisor Daniel Murphy! Highly recommend this dealership, even if you aren t local. They really make you feel like part of the family. We love our new Mini!

Great Service Dept.We live in central nj but still prefer to drive an hr to get our car serviced here. Dealership takes videos of the inspection prior to making any service work. Sends detailed charges and recommendations via text. Easy and pleasant experience every time.

Excellent service level with on gong updates and videos. I also had an issue with my title and the store manager dedicated his time to help me resolving it. Overall had a good experience with mini Ramsey

You re the best. You guys are very informative. You perform a video diagnostic and send it to the customer before anything is done to the car which is a great thing and at the end of the day I can always say your number one in my part of town.

This is the only Mini dealership I trust in NJ. I work 5 min from a different dealership, but Ramsey has that extra something - professionalism, friendly, and free drinks and snacks :)They are also cheaper compared to the other dealerships, and have proven themselves to be experts who don't rip me off with unnecessary repairs.Give them a try! They're worth the trip.

The least recognized are the front desk employees who are the contact persons of clients. Therefore , we want to salute them today for doing a good job.We are so impressed beyond words for them listening well and understanding our concerns and getting out of their way to resolve our issues. One is Maria, who patiently listened and replied without annoyance to our several calls that day and tried her best to help us even getting us in touch with the service manager. And Andrea who emailed us our appointment.early morning and was very friendly and accommodating when we called to confirm. Thank you guys ! Keep up the good job! No wonder your service center is busy and running out of appointments !

Firstly the Service advisors Dan and Jason are top notch! They provided me a courtesy Mini for the duration of my repair, and I was very thankful for that!
