Outstanding experience! Easy in and quick service. A lot of care and concern on the part of every person at the store; a beautiful new facility which was very comfortable to wait while my Navigator was in for service. From the time I arrived to the time my vehicle was returned, each person was a pleasure, extremely attentive and efficient. I ve also used their Mobile Service, which I highly recommend as well.

5 Star / I recently had my car serviced at Lincoln of Ramsey . Gabriella DeLuccia was my service advisor and I was so impressed with the constant updates regarding my vehicle with me letting me know when my car would be ready, and everything we discussed would be taken care of.100% satisfied and they have earned my loyalty. Even had the service tech Earl explain to me what was going on.Above and Beyond my expectations.Keep up the great work !!!

Nice new clean place. Easy to schedule appt. Seemed pricey for service provided. Car wash not provided since was raining and they use outside service. They tell me they owe me one. Tried to upsell me on lug nuts for all tires. Just had tire repaired and tire place never mentioned. Charge service charge for using credit card. Ridiculous. Most likely will not return. There are other options. Staff was nice.

This is my first time being to Lincoln of Ramsey, normally I go to Lincoln of Wayne. The esthetics are very luxurious, I love the way they have it set up. Everyone there was very, very courteous.

Lincoln required my vehicle come in for service for a recall with a part Lincoln didn t have. When the part arrived for a 90 minute repair, your staff broke my taillight making me wait for THAT part to come in to replace it turning the over repair into a 2 dayordeal. Your staff was friendly though.

Great service process. They are very attentive in scheduling a home pick-up with plenty of notification and confirmation texts, excellent follow-up and updates as to the status of the service.

they returned my vehicle with 0 gas in it. It was kind of disappointed. Then they went ahead and charge me for gas what I used the loaner vehicle. I need full compensation credit for this mess.
