You can get an oil change in 10 minutes. If you don't have time, I highly recommend this place. The price is average compared to other places. A place with quick service and automatic car wash.

I used them for my CarwashThere service was so bad, and over priced comparing for the service I have received, I payed 30$ for the silver service and I didn't get the service they mentionedThey finished my car in less than 5 minutes and of course it was not clean at all, the guy there was not helpful at all,... very bad customer serviceIt is my last time to go there... really it's a trash of a car wash

This was my first time coming here for an oil change and a car wash at Urban Auto Spa next door. The service was amazing and I was taken care of so well. I was informed of everything ahead of time and the attention to detail was better than anywhere I have ever gone. Well worth it to go here and I will continue to bring all of my vehicles here from now on. Giovanni, the manager was excellent, super helpful and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend!

Jiffy Lube on route 17 in Ramsey was a great experience. I was there on a Friday afternoon at 5pm and they took care of me right away. Giovanni, the manager was very efficient and understands customer service. There are many oil change / car washes in my own town but I will drive the extra distance to come back. Great Place!!

I visited the car wash that's attached to this Jiffy Lube. Spent close to $50(with tip) on the wash. I would have gotten the same service and spent half of that had I gone to a different car wash. Never got my tires shined(part of the package), the vacuum job could have been better, and all of the water that wasn't dried off ended up leaving water spots all over my suv. Overall, not satisfied at all.

Charged $60 labor for a oil change that took 15 minutes That is a rate of $240 a hour. A oil change even with synthetic should not cost $125 . A total rip off and on top of it the car was dripping antifreeze from a leak and never said anything. Will never go back and would recommend people to avoid them like the plague.

Pulled up for an oil change rear tire area was smoking. ? The team there assured me that it woukd be ok. They went above and beyond thier duty of an oil change. My brake caliper locked up. Once it cooled down, they were able to release caliper for safe travels 2 miles to my mechanic. KUDOs to them. I will always return there for service.

First time having oil changed at Jiffy Lube. Atrocious experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Suffern NY led me to try different place for first time in almost 20 years. I was quite impressed by my first time here. No upsell pressure whatsoever; in fact, I had to very slightly insist on going with blend for my oil change rather than conventional, as that's what I have used historically in my current car, which has higher mileage now. Reverse psychology? :-) Regardless, totally refreshing! Place was very busy with cars lined up out onto shoulder of Route 17, mostly car wash customers it seemed. Which meant me veering off to oil change lane more quickly. Though, in fairness, the wash lane was also moving pretty fast. Very well organized and courteous, efficient service. Fastest oil change I have had in a long time, maybe ever. And, this also included discounted car wash, which I took advantage of as I needed interior of windshield cleaned. Proactively received $4 discount on the wash and $7 on the oil change. Really nice touch not having to show coupon for oil change discount as first time customer. Will be having my wife go next, as her car burns oil and free top off between visits will be helpful. If that visit is as great as this one I will be sold and start spreading word to all my family and friends to go here instead of VIOC in Suffern, which has declined and don't care about customers or loyalty. This place on the other hand seems to be top notch. 5 stars based on today's experience. Looks like I have found my new go-to oil change and basic car maintenance place. I was worried it would take a while with trial and error. Glad to have found Jiffy Lube / Urban Auto Wash on my first time looking elsewhere.

Fast service and, surprisingly, no high pressure upsells. My total visit was about 20 minutes.There is a car wash on site, too.

I was overcharged by $60 (the cashier typed it in wrong). It was a total nightmare going back and the manager was rude and made me argue with him to get my $60 back. I am disgusted with the service rendered.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Use the $6 coupon located on the app to save in your next oil change... If you don't have it, ask when you bring it in & they will usually hook you up...
