Doug and his team were wonderful I dropped car off they got back to me in an hour told me what the problem was gave me optionsAnd costs We agreed on process. Told me when it would be ready. End of the day I thought it was a big job which it was. It nice not to hear we can t get to it we don t know if the parts are in. None of that !!Very Happy everything worked out greatI am very appreciative of what they didThank you againDoug

Fantastic customer service experience on a tire issue. I didn't have an appointment, but they helped me as a walk-in.Randy up front was a pleasure to deal with and Doug was quick w the tire fix. Two thumbs up.Service: Tires

What a pleasure it was and it was my first time with Community Auto. I went there because I had hit a curb and bent and rashed my two wheels and suspected that my other wheels were still bent from a previous repair from another repair shop. They repaired all the wheels and they look brand new. While the car was there I had other work done that was for an excellent price and they did first class work and had the job done when they told me they would. Next time my car needs anything I'm going to Community!

I have been coming here for the past 30 years. Randy and Doug are up front about explaining what needs to be done to your car or truck. Prices are very reasonable and service is top notch.

Had crazy poorly aligned tires that went bad. The service here was quick and they did a really good job. The car is now like new.

They serviced my girlfriends 2009 Nissan when we broke down just a bit away.They were great with communication and pricing. I paid in advance because of timing issues on my end and they were more than accommodating. Thank you.

Excellent experience!! Everything from the friendly customer service to the work that was done on my car. I had smoke pouring from my exhaust. I saw their reviews online and took a chance to come in. When I arrived, Randy was kind enough to take my car in right away. Within a short time, I was given a no nonsense, HONEST, assessment and a very fair price for the repair. They were even kind enough to give me a ride back to my home while the work was being done. I got my BMW back later that same day. The result...amazing!! Not only was everything fixed, but she s running better than ever! John gave me a very detailed explanation as what was likely happening and how it was fixed. I cannot thank Randy, John, and the rest of the crew enough for their help! They have certainly earned my future business!! I highly recommend this place to anyone!

Have gotten repairs here several times and always honest service at reasonable prices. Most recently had to have breaks and rotors replaced and there were still some issues after the repair. They continued to trouble shoot and fix until everything was working perfectly.

These guys are boss. My dad used them for many years. When he passed away, they serviced his van for me, down to the nuts and bolts so I could drive it 1,000 miles home. They even fixed the wheel sensor that needed extra attention!! They did the brakes, steering and gave it a complete overhaul. When the wheel sensor (that they hadn't touched) failed after a short road trip, they stood behind the work above and beyond. They were always available to answer my questions. They are a hidden gem. There's an amazing service station behind those gas pumps. The best part is that they will treat you like family no matter what, that's what community means to them! Ramsey Community Auto did a great job putting on new tires, new brakes, fixing an oil leak and repairing an axle. My 2010 Audi Q5 is still running great because of their wonderful service. Their prices are excellent as well and the staff is informative & friendly. Like so many of us whenever I bring one of my cars into a repair shop I am always skeptical as to what they tell me. However about 10 years ago I started dealing with Community Auto and I will tell you it is one of the best experiences I have ever had with an auto repair shop. Randy and his team always treats me like I am their only customer. They are professional, accommodating, reliable and fair. I have priced repairs elsewhere and I have not found anyone that can beat them as to pricing, quality and warranty. On the rare occasion when I had a question or follow up to a repair they have always immediately fixed the issue without additional costs unless it was something unrelated to the repair.I strongly recommend you give them a shot as I am sure you will have a very pleasant experience!! They are really nice to deal with.

I've been taking our cars in here to get everything done from oil changes to major repairs. They are quick, and they are very reasonably priced too. The customer service is also fantastic. I either drop a car off in the morning and it's ready within hours, or I can wait if it's only going to take 30 minutes or less. The mechanics are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and topnotch. They also don't try to sell me on other services or repairs I didn't need. My whole family uses this place and highly recommend them.

The service was responsive and friendly. Randy and his crew accommodated my TireRack mounting, balancing, alignment and oil change albeit between my COVID + diagnosis . The transaction was completed remotely and the keys and receipt were left on the front seats. The most notable experience was the willingness to share Randy s mountain biking expertise and this healthy life balance.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

I was getting gas here when my car died out of nowhere. Turns out I needed a battery. Randy immediately got my car started and then replaced the battery on the spot. These guys were super nice and really helped me out! Highly recommend!!Service: BatteryService: Battery

Randy and his team couldn't be nicer or more professional. You get dealer quality work but not dealer prices here. They give you an estimate and there are no surprises at pick-up, no up sell, no suggested extra services. Your car is ready when they say it will be. They're open long hours so you can drop off your car before you go to work and pick it up when you return. Speaking of dropping off, if you need a ride home after dropping off your car they're happy to take you and will come pick you up when it's ready. These guys are honest, pleasant, and really know their stuff. Absolutely recommend them.

Quality, honest repairs and maintenance for your automobiles. I have been bringing my cars here for years (well over a decade) and I feel I can trust and rely on Community Auto to make sure my cars run well, without having to pay for unnecessary services. On multiple occasions, I have brought my car in thinking I needed an expensive repair, only to be told it's something very miniscule - or - that the expensive repair can wait 6 months or later. Not many places would be so honest, and this has kept me a customer for many years. Car work is always high-quality.

Had a headlamp out. Stopped in to see if they could fix it. They took the car in immediately and not even an hour later the car was ready! Very affordable too! Amazing service! They just earned a new customer.

I had tires installed and aligned. Randy was very professional, knowledgeable and easy to speak too. Work was done same day, he communicated pricing clearly. Most definitely will be returning to service my other vehicles.

I have serviced my cars here over the past 35 years here and will continue to do so for years to come.The owner and staff make you feel like family. Besides that the work is honest, affordable and done by people with years of experience. Even though I live in Vermont now I still travel down here for my service. I have 325,000 miles on my current car because of the fine service I get here, Thanks Randy and staff.

15+ years ago I was getting tired of over priced dealer service and asked a few friends where they brought their cars for service. Two mentioned Community Auto for honesty, value and great service. I cannot empathize enough how valuable those two referrals have been to me and my family over the years. The owner, Randy, and his staff are courteous, professional, honest and bend over backwards to assist in anyway they can. They even recently helped me with a blown carburetor on a lawn tractor!The business is aptly named, Community Auto, they treat you like (and they ARE) part of the community!

Community Auto & Tire is the only place I will take my Truck in for service and Repairs! So knowledgeable, quick and honest! Will always give an estimate before doing any work and will always communicate how long the repair will take. Community Auto takes amazing care of their customers!

Got a flat tire driving south on 17 going to an important meeting from out of state. Stopped by National Chain - " 2 hours before we can take a look at it".Took my 10 PSI tire to the closest local shop. They said "20 minutes in and out". Took them only 15. I never write reviews - but when EVER does this happen? Best retailer of anything... Period. Thanks for keeping your word.

Our family shopped around for a reliable car shop for a couple months since moving to the area, and we found it in community auto. They have been taking care of my family s cars for the past couple years, and they have always been fair, transparent, and fast. The staff is very attentive and provides high quality customer service. Love these guys!
