This company is a lifesaver!!! I m embarrassed to say but I ran out of gas on route 17 at the worst possible time. It was rush hour in the evening- I was a sitting duck! I was told it would be up to a 30 minute wait , but with 10 short minutes Steve showed up to save the day with a smile and a few laughs. He was great and within no time I was out of danger lol. From the initial phone call to escorting me safely back into the flow of traffic- big tows is incredible!!! Thank you

$2700+ to tow my bobtail 46 miles! Never pulled the drive shaft or axel. Towed up with transmission in neutral and in high range. Tow driver also agreed to but never picked up my reflective triangles! NEVER again will I call these bandits!

My driver was broke down on the side of the highway, and Big Tows were the only ones that accepted the challenge. They came quickly and efficiently! We ended up having them hold the trailer over night and they kept me informed of everything going on the next day for delivery. By far the most professional and reliable tow company I have ever used. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good tow. (:

Really good company with great team, they performed job with high quality and speed , they did job which usually takes few days, but it took few hours to go to the two different dealerships and and get few different parts, Monica is one of the hyperactive specialists who knows her job better then anyone else , highly reccomend this company for fixing any kind of issuesThank you very much guys, thank you very muc Monica

Big Tow was extremely fair and easy to use. Monika picked up the phone and prompted my service very quickly. Within 45 minutes, the driver, Andy had arrived (45 minutes was the estimated time Monika had given me and he was right on time). Andy was able to get my car hooked up within 5 minutes (probably even less but I wasn t paying much attention), and then gave me a ride to the dealership. He was calm and friendly and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Thanks to Monika and Andy and would absolutely use this company again.

My boyfriend was involved in a little fender bender. Natalie in the office was amazing from start to finish. She kept us with all the updates and even helped us with the insurance company and rental car.After the repairs, the car looked better then it came in all shiny and detailed on the inside. Thank you once again, Natalie and the boys who fixed my car.

Julia helped me so much in the office! I can't help to write it out all in words, but that girl knows what she is doing and is always on her A-GAME. Thank god Big Tows repaired my car! I wouldn't want any other company to help me in a time of need. I definitely recommend their service!

My car suffered pretty significant damge after having somebody leave a stop sign too early and hit my passenger side front quarter panel and suspension. Police had my truck towed by Big Tows in Ramsey NJ and once adjuster came I had to make a decision within a few days. Monica made some pretty big claims over the phone and far exceeded my expectations!! My truck was done within the week, staff was great every step of the way (Julia) and they dropped my truck off at the house, even detailing it. The best experience we could ve had! Our car stopped working and we were stuck on the left shoulder of the highway with a wait time of 4 hours from our insurance company with our dog in the car and no A/C. Scared, we called Big Tows and they answered right away and picked us up within half an hour. They were so friendly, so quick, and the price was right. We could not be happier. They saved our day! Big Tows was amazing to work with when I had my car accident....from towing the car from at scene on the Thruway to working with me and my insurance company on all the necessary repairs. The entire staff at Big Tows are knowledgeable and courteous, and always reassured me that my car will come out as good as new. Monika and Ricardo are wonderful! Angelo and the body/repair shop staff did a great job on the body work and mechanical repairs my car needed. Awesome company. I needed a broken down box truck towed from NYC to DC on a tight last minute deadline, which is about a 4 hour drive. These guys made it happen and I had the truck in DC 7 hours after I called them. Awesome response and great communication. Thank you so much.

Rapid service from friendly people. I had broken down and a different company said it would take two hours to get a truck out there. two and a half hours later and they are still not there. Excellent experience with Big Tows. When I placed the call it was answered in a couple rings...Jasmine was great and only took a few minutes to get the information down and the truck was on its way. Dave, the service truck technician, was there in about 10 minutes and hooked up my car in no time. Price was very reasonable as well. Overall, outside of my car needing a tow, it was a great experience. Thanks!

I can not say enough Great things about my Incredible experience with this awesome company! From every aspect of my dealings with the entire company, they were nothing but friendly, professional, accommodating, fair, honest and ultimately, they do great work! They really go above and beyond for their customers. I would highly recommend Big Tows!!! They not only made me not want to go anywhere else, they have now made me a customer for life. Monica was the best. Called her to tow my car today and said she would be there within an hour and was there on time. Her employees went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was secure and even sent me pictures of the vehicle after it arrived. 5 star place hands down. If I could leave more stars I would. They treat you like your their only customer.

Recently I was stuck with car on 17 N. I called Big Tow Inc. They came in minutes and were courteous and helpful. Nick the driver made me feel at ease and safe during this time. He assured me everything would be ok and he flat bedded my car to Big Tow Service Station where I was met by Dave the owner he was professional and very helpful and informative. There prices were excellent and the service was impeccable. I live abt 50 miles away but I would go back to use their services as they were very fair and the service was excellent. If anyone reads this don t waste your time go to Big Tow.

Got stranded with customer vehicle during test drive which ran out of gas due to faulty gas gauge.Called Big Tows and asked if possible to get me off the highway back to my shop ASAP.I was told it would take up to 30 minutes for the truck to get to me.Guess what! I had Big Tows tow truck picking the car up in 23 minutes!I appreciate this kind of service!Service: Car towing

Just got my car back from Big Tows, this was my first time going there. I had a dent in my back bumper fixed and passenger side door fixed as well from a deer hit. Throughout the whole experience, Louis was so helpful and informative. My car came back looking better than when I first bought it! We received outstanding service and kindness from Big Tows Automotive in Ramsey, NJ. Our car was involved in a serious accident on December 22nd. We called Big Tows. From the time Charlie, the driver, arrived until we got the car back, yesterday, we have experienced nothing but service from them. They treated our vehicle as if it belonged to one of their own family. Louis, the shop manager, explained the process to us in complete detail and shepherded us all the way. Maggie took all of our calls and was most informative and courteous.There is no way I would ever use another body shop. The owners Riccardo and Monika made sure we were happy. We were. I had a reasonably big dents and scratches on the driver's side doors of my car. I originally wasn't going to have it repaired but the car is only two years old. But I'm glad that I picked Big Tows to do the work. The car came back better than I expected. It pretty much looks like a brand new car again.
