Doug from Quality Auto Body was awesome!!! My 2023 Mercedes had an accident during snowstorm. He was amazing through out the process and ensuing I was kept updated with work including working with the insurance to ensure all is taking care. The quality of work done was amazing and car looked as new. Thank you, Doug for going above and beyond for amazing customer service!!

Doug at Quality Auto Bodyshop is THE man to have as your representative. From the get-go, he's got this incredible knack for addressing every question with thoroughness, leaving no stone unturned in making sure the job is nothing short of perfect.What sets him apart is the extra mile he goes providing a texting line for easy communication and even staying an hour past closing time when we could only pick up our car late.When it came time to pick up our car, Doug understood our situation. Living a good hour away and pressed for time, the only window we had was after regular hours. Doug decided to stay an extra hour past closing time just to accommodate us.When we got there, Doug took us on a tour of everything they did. It wasn't just about handing over the keys; he genuinely wanted us to inspect and make sure we were 100% satisfied with the work.If you're dealing with Doug, rest assured, you're in great hands.

The entire experience with Doug and the entire Quality Auto Body team was exceptional! Doug kept us updated every step of the way and made dealing with the insurance company a breeze after our accident. The repair work was top notch and our care felt better to drive than when we brought it in! I would recommend this shop to anyone and would gladly take the hour trip to get here for any and all future repairs!

Quality Auto Body is an exceptional business! They made the process of repairing my car (after a big accident ) seamless. I very concerned how everything would work out with insurance and the repairs. They have an incredible staff, especially Doug Zander, who oversaw my job. They helped me with the rental car and worked great with my insurance company (Geico) to get the funds for the service. And of course the quality of the car repair is amazing.My car looks as good as new!Thank you Quality for a job Well Done.I would highly recommend this amazing auto body shop!

I am writing this review because this is my 1st accident and it happened to be in a Mercedes. At minimum, that is not a fun experience.However, I called Ray Catena Mercedes and they referred me to Quality Auto Repair in Rahway, NJ.I worked with Doug to get my car repaired and he was professional, proficient and a pleasure to work with. There were some delays with parts, but once the parts arrived, they got to work ASAP and had my car back in a week.From the experience, I feel like my GLC drives smoother than it did before the accident.I am happy I went with them to fix my car and hope to never get into another accident, but if I need any body repair on any of my cars, I know to give them a call.Also, for a repair shop, they do a VERY good job of keeping their offices clean and welcoming to their guest.I added some before and after images because I feel like they did a wonderful job on my car.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

The shop repaired my vehicle and did a good job, however dirt was under the clear coat and required additional buffing. Also, a cracked light was missed during repair. All of this seems fairly normal which it is; the problem came when the items were pointed out and Dan appeared offended that the work wasn't to the consumers liking. Rather that make the additional repairsinstead he challenged me as if I had done it.

The worst place to ever take your car to. Got into an accidents early this year and called Ray catena and spoke with Vinny . they transferred me to this people called (quality auto body shop) which he also works for , and this people did a horrible job on my car. Am old man by the name JC is the worst person to handle your car at quality auto body shop . I mentioned to them there s a noise in my car after I got into the accident and he told me it s from the right wheel barring and he fixed it and am still hearing the noise. I feel very unsafe when I hear that noise . All this old guy could tell me is to take to a mechanic to check the noise and he sorry there s nothing he can do about my car . Am really disappointed with the unfinished/ unsafe work they did on my car . Never take your car to them .

Was a positive experience, start to finish. Doug was in touch and available to me regularly. Took what my insurance paid with no hassles. Made someone smashing into me on the parkway (a month before my final payment!!) a little less painful!

I had an accident with my brand new GLE in June and the Mercedes Benz of Union referred me to Quality Auto Body. It did take a little over 3 months to repair due to parts being back ordered but Doug was great at communicating the progress and updating me as we went along. He was transparent and pleasant to work with, and resolved my issues quickly. He explained the process and gave me a realistic timeline. I had a few small concerns when picking up my car and he addressed them swiftly and without argument. The car looks great and runs smoothly, they did a very good job!Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

I dropped my car there for body work, first they took so long to give me the quote for work I asked never received any call back for a week. I did call them daily but never heard anything back my advisor was Jimmy. When I went there to pickup my car he said they left my car at dealership without even telling me. When I asked him he denied it & started arguing with me that he told me he will left my car at dealership. I also has his email where he told me that I can come & pickup my car from there location. It s so ridiculous they are making there customers fool & wasting their time

I had a frustrating experience with this auto body shop. They took an incredibly long time to get my car ready, and what made it worse was that they hardly ever called to provide updates unless I reached out to them. The lack of communication and extended wait times left me feeling very dissatisfied with their service. I would not recommend this shop if you're looking for a timely and transparent experience.

Took an incredibly long time to repair my bumper which resulted in significant out-of-pocket rental car expenses. When following up and requesting a partial refund to subsidize the out-of-pocket expenses incurred as a result of the slow work, I was told it would not be considered. I will never use this shop again and encourage anyone using them to expect their work to take at least 1 month.

Al Caso of Quality Auto Body provided most incredible service. He guaranteed top quality and not just a patch up job on my Jag F-Pace and he did not disappoint. Al gave me a breakdown of what needed to be done, dealt with insurance and updated me with the progress. When I got my Jag back I was truly impressed with the finished product. Six stars out of Five. Highly recommend this place. Doug was super communicative throughout the whole process and made sure I was 100% satisfied. If I ever need body work again I will definitely return here and recommend family and friends. The work was amazing and was done in a great amount of time.

This place is awful. I had the displeasure of having to interact with Erik who was beyond rude. I was looking for an estimate to repair my Porsche and he didn t even want to give me the time of day. They make it easy to choose another shop.

I recently purchased a Mercedes Benz GLE Coupe AMG and within 2 weeks of having the vehicle someone struck the back rear tire damaging the bumper, tire and suspension. I contacted Quality Auto Body and was paired with Doug who has been nothing short of amazing! Doug was extremely flexible and persistent when it came to getting my vehicle repaired the correct way! My car was unfortunately involved in an accident, and my fianc� told me I should take it to Quality.He brought his car there previously, and said it s a really good body shop.When I first took it there, I confirmed it definitely is a good body shop!Doug is simply AMAZING!He looked my car over when I first brought it in, and mentioned that it needed to be kept for repair right away (insurance wanted to schedule it for weeks later).He was very concerned about my safety (the front tire was beginning to shred because of the way the bumper was warped), and he didn t want me driving with it like that.He kept in frequent contact with me all throughout the process, and kept me up to date on my car s condition.When I finally picked it up, he assured me everything would be fine with it (if it wasn t, he said I could bring it back in for any recalibrations), and thankfully everything was good!I would definitely recommend Quality Auto Body to anyone who needs work on their cars. And if you happen to work with Doug, rest assured you will be in the best hands! :-)Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

Highly recommend quality auto body and my service advisor Doug. Doug was transparent, kept me updated and informed throughout the whole process. This was the only dealership that could properly repair my Mercedes and they did a great job.

Thank you to Al, Doug and whoever else at Quality Auto for being the best ever!!! I was in an accident back in February and they outdid themselves with the physical work needed to making sure my car was back to its driving state and it looks brand new! Most importantly, they went beyond by always answering my phone calls with anything I needed and they also pushed to make sure my Lexus would be done by a certain time being that the vehicle took longer than anticipated since a part was on back order. Long story short, I wouldn t go anywhere else! Thank you to everyone at Quality Auto!!!

I dropped my R8 off to Nick and was fully expecting my car to be off the road for 2-3 months. Nick got the work done in a few weeks and it was absolutely stunning. They made my R8 look brand new!

Wanted to thank Doug and the team for all of their help with repairing my Lexus I S350 F sport! A kid hit my parked car, and I had to bring the car to be repaired and repainted. The entire back bumper was scratched and hanging off my brand new car. Quality auto did such a great job and everything looks perfect again. Took over a month to replace my bumper and headlight on a Chevy, which cause extra out of pocket cost for rental, they refused to reimburse. Had to bring car back to get headlight replace again. Other than that the work was completed and they detailed under the hood components.
