I dropped my car off to get my rear breaks done last Tuesday. I walked to my doctor s office and by the time i got back the car was ready and waiting for me. I love when the things i hate to do get done fast. Definitely will be back. Friends and affordable two great qualities that s are hard to find now a says.

The service tech's were very nice, helpful and efficient.They were able to get my car in and repaired within a 2-hour period.Trustworthy as well.They definitely do the right thing for the customer.

The team at Quality 1st is top notch. I ve been using them for the last two year and they never disappoint. Most recently I needed a bit of work, two new fuel pumps, lines, spark plugs that are gapped to a certain point, oil change, and AC recharge.They were not only prompt but kept me apprised of everything the entire time. Extremely professional and very responsible throughout the process.It s a better alternative to your dealer!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto A/C recharge, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Horrible experience! Was recommended by the guy we bought a car from down the street. The car needed new lug nuts because the one on the vehicle, when sold, were rusted. The "replaced" some of the lug nuts and they weren't even the same. A couple days later we went back because the check engine light came on and we were told by the guy that sold us the car that we needed to bring it there. Otherwise, they would not pay. So we went. We were told that it was the PVV solenoid. They replaced it but somehow our key got broken. We immediately informed them BEFORE leaving the business. They denied breaking the key, so we had to purchase a brand new key for the car and they wouldn't pay for it. A few months later the PVV solenoid had to be replaced again by the warranty company. We should not had to replace the solenoid again a few months later!! I believe the car dealer and "Quality" are in cohoots. When I tried to call them they refused to help us out with the key issue. Stay away!!! I'm sure they'll say my concerns are not genuine because that what they say.

Updated 6/6/22. The place is still a great place to come for first time customer and returning customers, I called them earlier today and needed a brake caliper replaced and brake bleed. They had the space and time to take it in today and fix the issue. Also they addressed different issues on the other side of the car with the other wheel and didn't charge extra for it which is super awesome today with everything getting more expensive it was appreciated that I saved money on that. I definitely recommend their prices are fair it's convenient service and plus they have air-conditioning in office seating area. Hope this helps anyone wondering about the place.Excellent service and honest guys and very fare pricing came in two occasions with different vehicle and I have to say they have wonderful service and I always recommend a good place like this to anyone. Lazy place. I brought my car there because it was burning oil & they took it for a day & they said the warranty wouldn t cover it & said the engine is just worn out & to keep topping off the oil cause its easier. I bring it somewhere else & turns out its an oil separator $100 part. This place is lazy topping off isnt going through 5 quarts a month

daz was professional driver , ETA dispatcher gave us was very accurate . Also he didn t Daz didn t try to add any extra hidden charges when I ask to pay using credit card except processing fee . Wajeeh also helped me with car repair and diagnose the pin point problem saved me a lot . Definitely 5 star review from me

I'm New to the colonial/ Woodbridge area.I Took my Acura in for a rattling noise underneath. They took car in, diagnosed the problem quickly, i also had them replace my brakes and rotors, great service , great work and had my car ready within a few hours. I would definitely recommend them to all, and will be making this my long time mechanic.Services: Auto exhaust system repair, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes

Quality 1st was on point with their professionalism and attention to detail. I described the issues i was having with the vehicle, the technician knew exactly what was wrong, explained it in detail, the repair cost was lower than the dealer quoted me. These guys are the BEST. I've been here a few times with multiple different cars. The service is excellent.They're knowledgeable, accommodating and very fair in terms of diagnostics.Shah is a really smart guy and puts the customer's interest first and foremost. I can't say enough great things about these guys.I highly recommend taking your car here for whatever you need.

I brought my car in for an installation of a sensor valve which I could not do myself. They did the job in about an hour and also suggested I replace my front brakes, the price was fair so I did it and watched how it was done. Spent 3 hours there (parts delivery took 1.5h!). Will bring my car back in the future when needed.

I took my car to Quality 1st after having the misfortune of driving into a pothole and completely messing up my exhaust pipe. It was my first time there and they did not disappoint. They were professional, friendly and got the job done quick. They kept me informed on exactly what needed to be done and how much it would cost. The pricing was very fair and I was impressed with how they finished the job the same day. My vehicle s (Benz C300) air suspension system locked up after the compressor failed. I did all of the repairs myself, but needed the diagnostic scanner to do a vehicle calibration, which was the last piece to fixing this issue. I m no mechanic, but I ve studied the air suspension system on Benzes over the last 3 months, and have become pretty well versed in how this thing operates now.Initially had an appointment at KDM at Talmadge Rd. for 8 am.When I got there, I saw one mechanic who had like 3 cars parked in the bay, and a lady, presumably his wife, by the cashier. The lady asked me to park my vehicle, and come inside. She had me fill out a form, and then told me to leave the car. I told her that I spoke with the mechanic when I made the appointment, who said it would take 1-2 hours to run the scanner, so I planned on waiting for him to do it on the spot. She essentially told me that is not how they operate, and that they would call me to pick up the car when it was ready. I told her no thanks, and left.I then called Mercedes Benz s authorized repair shop, and they were all booked solid. I called about 12 shops that specialize in German auto repair, and most were either booked up or wanted to overcharge (one shop quoted me 4 hours!) By the Grace of God, I called Quality 1st Auto Repair and spoke to the owner. He told me to bring my car in this afternoon, so he could take a look. He ran the scanner, which unlocked the vehicle s suspension, and now my car is fully functioning again. I was in and out in under .5 hours. He also only charged me for an hour of service, which was entirely reasonable.His scanner also picked up on another error code, which he voluntarily pointed out, so that I was aware there was some other issues with the car. He suggested that I have this other issued looked into ASAP, which could cause further problems if left untreated. Admittedly, I knew about it but downplayed the error code, but I ll probably try to tackle this other problem as my next DIY.Anyway, cannot praise this place enough. They have a full-fledged operation, nice garage with several workers, heavy machinery, state of the art diagnostic scanning equipment (huge, huge, huge, as it takes out the guess work when fixing cars, saving you the customer, time and money) lots of nice cars they re working on, so these guys must be doing something right. I will definitely be returning to this place for other work.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Very knowledgeable and professional. Best mechanics I have been to for my BMW! Changed the valve cover gasket for very very reasonable price.i m so happy that it s not leaking anymore.I have wasted so much money at the dealer for the last few years when these guys were right around the corner.Thanks again Shah

Adonny C came and changed my flat tire at 10:10 pm. Tire was too low to drive to get air, too low to sit over night, and it was too late for me to leave the house. He came and switched out my tire in 5 minutes-thank you!!

I've been coming to this shop for the last 2+ years and they are fantastic. They really know their stuff and will tell you the truth. A few times I thought I had a bigger problem with my car and they let me know it wasn't anything major. With my limited knowledge of cars they could have told me anything but they were honest. They are extremely friendly and helpful. I recommend them very highly. Very professional establishment, I have some underlined issues with my vehicle but the vibe I get from them is that it is a small thing to them. I'm not scheduled for service until Monday and I needed to get my car off the street and they allowed me to get it towed there the Saturday before. I have great confidence in this establishment and would highly recommend.

Instant wrong diagnosis of car issue and fixed wrong parts with double the market cost. Sorry guys!! but your ratings seems pretty fake to me or may be people are mesmerized by your detailed descriptions you provide and think they are getting good deal, but I am bluffed with double cost. Changing one Nissan Alternator costed me $600 which is in market $300 of same brand. And that too was not supposed to be changed as real issue still persists. And there was no need of alternator change , I understand its easy to change and its easy money making trick!!!

Came here because of the great reviews. I paid around $800 to have my AC fixed.. long story short, they fixed and replaced something that was clearly not the issue and after coming back in multiple times to resolve and identify what the cause is, I was told in the end that they just couldn t find the cause of the problem with my AC and that they are losing money by recharging my AC every time I came back Definitely felt like a smack in the face when I just basically lost $800 for nothing

Awesome staff . They know their stuff. Foxes had chewed through the wiring around my engine causing a cylinder misfire and they were able to fix all the issues. Plus they are honest which is refreshing.

These Guys are really professional. Know what they are doing and very reasonable compared to all the other mechanics I have been to. They were able to squeeze me in without an appointment. Waji and arqam both are amazing gentlemen and very thorough explaining the parts I had to replace.
