This was my second Mavis experience. My first at this location. I got a flat and came to get a new tire. It took 3.5 hours. There were only two customers before me. I paid and left the shop. After I arrived home. I was placing my trunk items back in my car and saw that the technician left my spare in the trunk! I called and was put on hold for the service technician. In other words they were passing the buck. No one answered and I was back at the shop. I wouldn't recommend this location! They don't communicate with you. Usually they have recommendations ortgey at least tell you what work they did. In other words where the new tires were placed on the front. When the tech finished putting my spare under my car he gave me the keys. No communication. "It's all done" or " I'm sorry you had to come back " Go with more experience! They seem new!

Just went here for a wheel alignment! Mike was very knowledgeable and sweet! Not money hungry like most places! Definitely would come back here again! They were very efficient and customer service was excellent thank you for the services today !-Abby

Micheal was and has always been VERY helpful and accommodating. Most importantly, he taught me and showed me all parts of my car. I LOVE education and it s exactly why I will ALWAYS come back to this location. The service is superb and my car is officially safe!

I received excellent service from Mike, Freddy, and Check at the Rahway NJ location. I was still in the parking lot and not sure if I came in too late, and despite closing in 15 minutes, Mike approached me in my car and assured me that he and the crew could still fix my problem. He quickly sorted all of the front desk work and all three guys were very friendly and sociable. I had a conversation with Check and Mike as my car was being worked on and Freddy replaced my tire in around 5 minutes. Mike even held the door for me on my way out. Overall, all of these guys know what they are doing and offer great customer service. I will definitely come back here whenever I have another problem with a car.

Gregg and his guys are awesome. Had an appointment for Saturday, called me Wednesday that the tires were and I could come get it done now. Couldn t due to work but I d drop it off so they could do it tomorrow. Got there about 5:20 and we ll do it for you right now Very nice group of guys, thorough job, with better pricing than Firestone. Highly recommended!

I've visited this location previously and have always been pleased with the customer service, but there is always that one person who works here with pride and passion. It was Mike today. He was really helpful and completed the task right away. He provided outstanding customer service.

I actually have the great fortune of living around the corner from this place. These guys are wonderful. Every time I ve had an issue with my truck they ve explained everything upfront, got the work done in a timely manner and did a great job. They were completely upfront and didn t over charge me. I would highly recommend their services.

Michael the shop manager was very polite and patient with me as I was kinda rude when I came in however was very professional about it the whole time. They got the job done in a timely manner and I appreciate that very much as I was running on a tight schedule. I would recommend this Mavis location to anyone needing work done on their car.

I had a great experience at this center. Mike was professional, helpful, and kind through the whole process. I arrived a little before closing time and he was more than accommodating and got my car back on the road in no time! I will definitely be returning for my future tire and brake needs :)

Five stars all the way for CHEK! I can t recommend them highly enough. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by their professionalism and dedication to getting the job done right. I was here at MAVIS TIRES AT 253 at George Ave in Rahway with a flat tire and the staff here was so nice and quick Greg and ken they both were very nice and polite. They fixed my flat within minutes and let me go. I was getting late to work but they took care of my car very quick and nice

Cannot say enough great things about Mavis Discount Tire, in Rahway. The entire team is professional and performs top notch, quality work. Mike the Service Advisor is awesome, he is honest, and does everything he can to make sure you leave with the work you need, at the best possible price that won t break the bank. I truly appreciate everything the Mavis team has done to make my car safe again!

Amazing service! Best tire center around hands down. I had 4 horrible days of dealing with pep boys putting not one set but TWO sets of wrong tires on my truck before they gave up ordering the tires I wanted and put my old ones on. I immediately took a chance and called Mavis and wow! What service. I should ve gone there in the first place! Not only were these guys knowledgeable but incredibly helpful in getting me the tires same day for a great price pep boys tried to charge me double on. You guys have a new customer for life! Keep up the great work and I ll come back in when these tires need to replaced or vehicle serviced. Just the absolute ease of service, scheduling, ordering and notifications on pick up and what s going on, made me feel like I was in the garage and not in the dark. Great company who values their customers. Thanks again for the amazing tires and service!

Took my Honda Civic here for the first time and they did the highest quality of work possible at a great and very reasonable price. The mechanics were very honest and ethical. They will go above and beyond to address any issues that you have. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Been coming to this location for a few years now. I'm always met by helpful & very knowledgeable attendants. "Check" has serviced my vehicles for the past 4 visits. He thoroughly explains everything going on with the car and suggests the best options that are within my budget and at the same time, satisfy my needs in priority order. He alerts me to the ongoing sales on the products that I need. The staff is friendly and they keep me well informed. My 2003 Honda Accord had some decent work done today, and I'm happy about the outcome! I Definitely recommend this shop for all of your car service and tire needs!

Setting up a reservation on their site is a big help to making sure whatever service I needed done gets sorted out on that time. Just went there recently and needed an oil change. I was out in 45 mins as they told me. Wifi to use while waiting, bathroom is there, and chairs to sit in to help the waiting process.

I highly recommend this business.I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Greg- (ServiceManager) deserves five star .Their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled.Efficiency and punctuality are hallmarks of their service. This is my go-to place - the best in town.

If there were lesser score of one star, that s what I would offer this location. This place continues to damage items within my vehicle after I come just for tires. I ve come on 2 different occasions over the last 3 years and each time it s a new scheme, or damage they cause. First it was tires which didn t reach tread covered under warranty and they offered me a discount on the new set which I needed within a year of the old set. Now more recently (Nov 2023) I needed new tires again and I take advantage of a Black Friday sale and they say I qualify for a rebate but because my appointment for installation was after the rebate period I don t qualify. Then, I come in with all my tire sensors working just fine and leave with all 4 of them not working. I contact them and they agree to replace them all at no charge if I provide the sensors. I come in during my appointment time and after waiting for 40 minutes with my car parked in the same spot, I ask how much longer and they proceed to take another 2 hours to do the job. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS LOCATION AT ALL! Not worth the time or aggravation of dealing with unprofessional staff.

Right from the start I had a fabulous experience. Your customer service rep in headquarters made the appointment and then the Mavis in Rahway called to confirm with me. Talk about the WOW factor. The word excellent doesn t even begin to describe my experience. When I walked in I was warmly greeted by Mike and another associate. Mike patiently walked me through the process and took care of my cars needs. Originally I was going to get one new tire and came out with 4. Mike talked me into the tire guarantee based on all his knowledge and experience. I am highly considering getting my sons tires done here too. Kudos to all the employees that work at Mavis Tire. They are efficient, and friendly. Great job

Just had all 4 tires changed yesterday afternoon, and the beads weren t seated all the way. I wish I noticed before I left because I spent my morning changing out a tire and sitting in a different Mavis to have it fixed. I know accidents happen but this wasn t a great first impression of Mavis for me unfortunately.

Customer service and actual work provided was professional and well executed. Michael, one of the service professional provided excellent customer service, was very patient, and took time to explain the process. I am more than satisfied with my experience at mavis!

Came here at a last minute s notice to have tires changed and balanced. Khalil, Mike and Nick were super professional and got everything done for me in under and hour. Definitely recommend them.
