I caught a flat tire on the highway and roadside assistance towed my car to the nearest dealership. I needed 2 tires which my dealership didn't have in stock. I called blue line and within 20 min they had my car and brought it to the tire shop. They literally had my car up and running in LESS THAN AN HOUR!!THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST! GREAT PRICES, EXCELLENT SERVICE, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, GREAT PEOPLE!! THANK YOU!!!

The place is clean with excellent service with very reasonable pricing. I needed 4 tires and were ordered and received by the next day. Process took to change all 4 tires was quick and painless. If you come here I suggest you talk to Jelsson he was the best!

My wife and I on Sunday the 7th of April got a piece of metal stuck in our 2019 Cherokee front steer tire and I looked up nearby fix a flats and this place popped up as open 24hrs. There dispatcher picked up and asked me what the deal was and I explained so he had me shoot him an address which I did he said so that he can dispatch his driver to me. 30 minutes later their dispatcher text me asking me if I had enough air to drive to their shop on westfield Ave , I responded and said yes and he gave me the address and asked me for details on our vehicle which I than gave 2019 jeep Cherokee he told me he will have his driver meet me at their shop so I went and he text me again ten minutes later telling me his guy would be there in ten minutes. So not o my did his driver pull up to service someone whom showed up after us but he than once finished with that customer he than walked past my vehicle as he looked at us and he hopped in his pick up truck and drove away. I called his dispatch and dispatch said well may e he did t know you were there which I m thinking is a failed system for dispatch especially when he told me he contacted their driver and the driver said he would be there in ten minutes or why ask for details of my car if you weren t going to give it to your driver or how about hanging up and calling your driver and having him come back to help us especially since you had me drive my car like that to your shop but no instead he hung up and took 15 minutes to call back just to say his guy now is headed to NY.... leaving me stranded by a so called 24 hour shop that had me come out to them with a flat and never fixing it instead they were full of excuses

My car broke down this morning and Carlos called me promptly to let me know he was coming to give me a tow. He was extremely helpful and professional. Thanks so much for helping me. A+ service! Would definitely recommend.

I got a flat tire a week ago and went through hell and back with Roadside assistance for days until finally giving up and reaching out to Blue Line Towing. I called them at 10am on a Saturday morning and by 10:23am my car was being picked up and on the way to the tire shop. Jelsson hooked me up and took such good care of me and my car. We were stuck with a 2022 Honda in New Jersey on Black Friday, and were towed to the closest Honda dealership who wouldn t be able to help until Monday. There were no loaners or rental cars available. AAA sent Raoul from Blueline who took us from hillside NJ all the way to our Honda dealership in Dover Delaware!!!!! He was courteous, polite and professional. We couldn t ask for a better way to end a very bad day. We were so happy with their service

Fast & affordable. I called a couple of other tow companies that quoted almost double the price and would have taken 30 mins instead of the 10 mins it took Blue Line to get to me. Josh was friendly & towed my car with care.

My car was towed Saturday night. I went Monday to pick up my car since Sunday is closed. The car was technically only there one full day on Sunday but I was charged for 3 days (24 hours in a day). On top of that when I arrived Monday morning there was no sign of the boss anywhere when they re suppose to be open at 8am. No inside workers just tow truck drivers ready to go. They re quick to tow a car but lack speed on opening the business at the written time they re suppose to be opened at.

My husband was in a motorcycle accident and blue line came quick to get the bike back home. We were stuck in the hospital and needed the bike to get back home and they did it all without even needing us to be there. After my husband got home there was the bike sitting there with all of the parts from the crash, the driver scooped up every last part and left it with the bike. Amazing service and great reliable people!

If it was possible to give a 10 star review I would I cannot say on how much blue line towing has been there for me every time I call they re are the in no time these guys are professional and amazing and let s not forget their tire service I ve never had a issue with there ties these are my guys for every tow needs from brand new vehicles to my old 2006 tsx anytime I need a tow I call them, they won my tow business I always recommend them to my family and friends no matter how far you are they ll be there to help you BLUE LINE TOWING FOR THE WIN THANK YOU GUYS FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO

My 2008 BMW 335xi with low clearance and plenty of outside cosmetic add ons needed to be towed for approximately 20 miles. Fortunately, I had Brian who was very professional, knowledgeable of his job and took great care of my car throughout the process. Deserves more than 5 Stars!!!

My car needed to be towed from my daughter s house to mine due to a cracked radiator. I was told by my insurance company they would be there in 60 to 90 minutes which is usually the wait time however Brian was there in 12 minutes had car hooked up and delivered to my house in less than 30 minutes. He was very professional,and polite. I would highly recommend them and if(I hope not soon) I ever needed a tow I would you therm in a heart beat! Excellent service!!
