Just got off the phone with Dave, was looking for a rear end for my Chevy and was confused on how to determine the gear ratio Dave told me exactly what to look for in my glove box to determine it, they didn t have my part but Dave pointed me in the right direction to get it. 5 star customer service

I called this place and asked for a price for an LED light for my Dodge, got to the spot then the price changed, when someone asks for a price tell the total with taxes included, what if I drove so many hours and only had the amount that was told to me on the phone, Companies really need to be more specific with the exact prices so no one be surprised when you get the different price of whatever your purchasing. I won't ever go there again the worse experience ever but the guy that brought out my light was nice.

Awesome auto salvage yard!! ROB went above & beyond to assist me & sent me pics/video of the tailgate before I traveled 6 hrs to purchase. I highly highly recommend this salvage yard. Thank you Rob for assisting me in this smooth purchase transaction & great customer service!!

I spoke with stan (rep). Excellent customer service. Went above & beyond for me. I purchased a used product from All American auto salvage. He also recommended a mechanic who deals with what I purchased. I will return again if i need too in the future.

I called this place before going there to ask about a price for a tail light I was told it was $75, I told them I would go pick it up. so I took my time to drive there because I don t live in the area and when I arrived he told me $85. then he told it was indeed in stock but it wasn t going to be available for today. The men was very rude and when I told him I called and I was told something else if there was anyway possible I could get it today, if anything I could remove it myself because i live far. He directed me to the back where I got lost then realized he was sending me to another yard. I guess my $85 wasn t good enough for this business. Short guy with a braided pony tail.

Met with sales specialist Stan. So helpful and quick to answer all my questions. Very fair on price. Drove an hour to get there so they were very helpful in saving me a second trip. Really appreciated their time. Busy but polite and organized. Will definitely call them first if I m in need again.

Very ignorant people working here made me drive 2 hours and come to find out the bumper they said only had scratches actually had two major 3 inch cracks and they wont refund me or adjust the price very Ignorant owner.

I have never used this business so I can not give any opinion on the quality of the company. I will say this to the company though.. Please tell your drivers to put down their phones and just drive. I had a Box truck following me for about 10 minutes and not once did I see him put his phone down. It's extremely dangerous to everyone and the driver themselves. Please advise your drivers to practice more safe driving. I have a photo of the person with the phone visible through the windshield.. I will not relinquish it though because I do not want someone to lose their job. Please tell them to drive more safely. THANK YOU

Purchased a rim from them with the promise that the rim will be available the next day which was a Friday.The next day I called and was told that the rim will be there in an hour or so I called back an hour later and was told to call back 40 minutes later I called them an hour before their closing time which is 5pm..I asked if my rim arrived and was put on hold About 5 mins later a guy came on the phone and told me oh sorry the delivery people called THIS MORNING and said they re not coming today I asked him well when will I expect my rim.. He said since it s the weekend, it won t be here until Monday.. I called them Monday at 12pm and was told to call back AGAIN in a hour or soI called them back at 3:30pm and was told that they re going to call the delivery guy I was put on hold for about 3 mins and was told that the rim won t be delivered today (Monday) but definitely tomorrow (Tuesday) at 1pm .This have been an inconvenience for me as far as getting to work Please do better or at least offer a discount for your wrong doings

Been here few times. Usually when you come to junk yards or call yards you get rude operators pick up phone. Dealt with this place on 4 occasions already and always happy with outcomes. Never rude, always polite and honest to what they got.

Today I needed a screw for my truck. Despite being extremely busy and facing technical difficulties, the gentleman was very kind and helpful. Excellent customer service, thanks bobby you re a lifesaver.

This place is the best! I m always able to get the pieces/parts I need. Every transaction is smooth and you cannot beat the prices. I can usually call in the morning and pick the piece up the same day. I have recommended them to so many people and the feedback is ALWAYS good. I would totally recommend if you are in the market for used parts.

Fast services Will update tomorrow only thing is that i have to return the next day to make sure they have my item....UPDATE 7/31/18 they took about two weeks to have my item everyday I went the guy kept telling me for sure tomorrow it ll be here come I asked for them to call if it wasn t so I don t have to waste my time going there for nothing & he never did!!! I was going everyday like he kept saying for sure tomorrow mind you I paid in full the very first day and they kept giving me the run around ugh

Such a bad place. I paid deposit for a part and I found out that I don't recquire that part anymore so I went there back within an hour. And tge guy was like I cant give the deposit back, after requesting a lot he asked me to come back on Monday. When I bought the part I talked to him about the refund and he told that he will give me back. And today he deducted 30$ from my 50$ deposit for a product which I never had my hands on. That's a place of cheaters. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. THEY ARE ALL CHEAP PEOPLE. THEY DONT GIVE MONEY BACK.

upset with their way of handling the issues.Originally requested the transmission with the harness, was promised it will be delivered as requested. Once it was delivered- there were no harness, so I called the office, and was advised there was no harness and nothing they can do about it.This in not how the business should be handled, I asked for price adjustment, but this was not even in consideration.Not going to recommend!

Just got my tail light replaced for a great price by great staff. The work ethic and straight to the point get the job done right mentality is noticed and appreciated. No wonder why they named this place All American! Thanks guys

I like Dave... he is very professional and acknowledged everyone's presence. Though extremely busy on the phone he handles like a boss in the madness. Sorry my part did not fit for my Nissan Trans but I am going back just for Dave. Lol

Don t trust them i called in the morning for audi bumper and got price 300 dollars i drove all the way from brooklyn to NJ almost 1 hour 45 mints drive after waiting 2 hours guy said me it s bumper cost 600 dollars very disappointed specially the bold person on front desk with extra attitude no respect or care if someone giving you business you should take care of him.

Super rude and very unhelpful. They seem like they don t even want to sell anything. Asked for a simple part and wanted to know extensive information about my car that was not needed. Do yourself a favor and don t stop at this shady place!

i found myself in their neighborhood I went in,asked for the part I needed because it was past 5pm i was booked to come the following day. I came the before 9am and item was no longer available. I drove 33mins on high way but I was messed up big time by that billshit. I can't recommend them...

I purchased a headlight, and it was slightly foggy- the owner happened to notice it, and they took care of it right away at no extra cost. Extremely professional service, and I would definitely recommend to all of my associates. Thanks again All American!

I called in for a part for my 04 Cavalier. Not only were they the cheapest on the part, but they were the only spot I called that could have it without a 2 or 3 day wait. Pickup was a breeze and everyone in the office was helpful and friendly. Will definitely deal with again next time I need something for my car.

I ordered a part said it would come the next day than I called they said something happened it would definitely be here tomorrow than another story about the part got lost than when am getting upset the guy was like mad that I was upset really am the customer am always right I would never go there ever again I believe they knew it would not come in on time just not to lose the sale. They did not handle the situation professionaly the way they should have.i would not recommend this place at all. What bothers me the mostvis that he should have dine everything they could to get the part thats good customer service there busy now but one day they won't be because there nasty. And while I was waiting there this ine guy was so nasty on the phone to customers like they were stupid unbelievable

I am not in the salvage business, but my four-year old son loves junkyards and trucks. We drove around the area and parked at All-American. After first being told it wasn't safe to walk around, Rob at the front desk said he would take us on a personal tour. He showed us the whole yard! My son's day was made and he won't stop talking about it. I couldn't recommend All-American more.

Extremely poor customer service skills I was helped by the spanish speaking guy they have in the counter he is rude and not very helpful I ordered a rim for my car paid and was told by him that I should get it on Monday I called tuesday and he tells me that it was no loger available. Okay atleast a call of courtesy to let me know it was no longer available. The guy has no knowledge of what customer service skills are and didnt even help me to find another rim. I will not recommend this place to anyone and will no longer come here.

All American Auto Salvage was awesome! Frank was so easy to deal with. After speaking to him on a Monday, he called me with my front seat replacement Wednesday morning to let me know the seat was in. The price was great. Totally recommend All American. Ask for Frank.
